I work on a medical building which requires daily cleaning and attention to detail on every spot to prevent the spread of germs and sickness, Western janitorial service have done a tremendous job at keeping the place shiny and clean for our patients to stay while waiting for the doctor. I would recommend this place 10/10 times. Great service and super helpful staff and management.

I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone for multiple reasons. 1. They don t train employees correctly and then discipline for not doing things correctly. 2. If you get hurt on the job they ask you not to go to the doctor, don t report it to osha, don t report it to the company that you clean for, and get mad when you take time off. 3. They turn a blind eye until to certain situations until they can use it against you. 4. They aren t responsive when you have a question or concern. 5. If they can t use you outside of your job, you become replaceable. It wasn t until I refused to help my supervisor with watching her boyfriends mom (who has dementia) that all these things happened.

Roberta and Laura are very unprofessional and the women in the office are absolutely rude. I feel very bad for the cleaning staff who work for these people. The cleaning staff does a good job but Roberta keeps firing the cleaning staff abruptly. She replaces them and me as a business owner has to wait for Roberta to get another cleaning crew to my store and office. It seems like Roberta and the supervisor think they can treat people the way she wants. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone or would NOT recommend anyone to work there. Im going to file a complaint with the BBB.

They didnt want me to come back because I demanded my raise. They were paying my partner 7.50, they expect you to do what they say without them giving anything in return. I do not recommend that you go to work there, there are better jobs.

This place is so much unprofessional. My daughter started working there. The ladies in the office are absolutely rude. The supervisor thinks she can treat people the way she wants and get there late when she wants and the place thinks thats ok. Things go wrong and its everyones fault but theirs. I would NOT recommend anyone to ever work there. Im going to file a complaint with the BBB. They suck.

If they have very good workers so that they are given the treatment they are given... I had a very bad experience working in this place, the person I had as manager Roberta Guereque is the worst and the owner of this company should listen to ( Mr. Bacon) to his workers...because Mrs. Roberta Guereque is a lady who fires her workers just for being such an insecure person and taking care of our husband, as if it were a big deal, Mr.... ...I tell you that I had my stable job but because I wanted to earn a little more since I have 4 children to support, I went to work at this company where everyone knows and everyone complains about this lady but they do nothing because the situation changes...
