Nice little playground, gazebo, covered picnic area with 3 tables. Enjoyable View of boats going out to the gulf under the Kemah bridge. Pelicans were feeding all around. Fishing was tough it was about 99F. I used frozen shrimp and had bites about 30ft straight out...fishing on bottom. No luck with popping cork or lures. Lost a lot of shrimp to quick bites. No catches this day. Note: there is a hangup spot on the right side, direction about 2 oclock.

This is my first time here I enjoyed myself its a nice park and fishing place but you got to fight off the birds and the only thing I will say is they need a bathroom out there Toilets: They dont have a restroom

Was fishing for about 2 hours when we hear a big splash in the water IT WAS OUR POLE THAT GOT PULLED IN THE WATER BY A BIG FISH. We thought about jumping in the water, we tried flagging boats down to help us get our pole and that BIG FISH out the water. Eventually since that wasn t working we used the other pole to try to pull in the lost pole, got it stuck on the tree :( cut the line and put more weights on it. A couple minutes later and it got hooked onto something, reeled it in real slowly and seen it was THE POLEEEEEEEE!!!!! Yuppiiieee Got the pole back and it s a win for us . But noo fish :(((

Small place to drop a line. Bring extra tackle... there are some snags close to the edge. Oh and dont forget patience. If there are other fishermen out there, you are gonna get some crossed lines

Its a great place to get a away too it even a place for the children to play all they need is a restroom for the public Playground: Its great Toilets: There are no restroom for the public you have to go all the way to the stores just to be able to use it the men go behind the bushes I bought a portable shower/portable potty and the residents called the cops on me and I have kidney issues so they made me take it down because they say it was not a city code and they also said that its used for camping and that Park was not a place for a portable shower / portable potty

Cute little park, my son and I enjoyed a few hours of fishing after we cleaned off the dock from the previous day s mess left by folks. Sadly the folks that frequent this place do not care to take care of it. There were two well placed trash cans yet trash littered all over the dock, beer cans, water bottles, cigarette butts, raw chicken wings with rope tied for crabbing still hanging from the dock, cut bait pieces littered in the grass area and boards of the dock. Not cool. Please show some respect to the residents nearby and clean up after visiting.

Fishing is hit or miss. Nice view of the kemah bridge. Often see party boats at night with people blasting their music. Love the sunset here and the occasional dolphin sighting. My kids are able to play on the play ground while I cast a few times. Nice neighborhood.

Been Fishing here for years. I just wish they would enforce the rules! The signs clearly states. FISHING FROM THE DOCK ONLY! It pisses me off when ppl fish for the areas to the left and right of the docks. It prevents the ppl following the rules from fishing properly

Its a nice little park. Has a small playground in good condition. Theres a gazebo with benches and more benches outside. A little deck area to look at the water. Simple, clean, classy. Does slope down to the water though so be careful when you run around.

Although yesterday we were ashamed of having any part in this place i will rate it for my memories! Everything else was awful. Oh tip: wear your designer clothes and pull up in your real vehicle, because if you wear clothes like your about to fish and borrow a suv to not pull any unwanted attention at youselfs....guess what you will end up with worse attention. So go in you designer gear and get a designer tackel box! Take you vet or tucks! This place has become a snob place! I will never go back! My family is humble and we keep away from eyesight! So screw this place now! Whoever was in charge 6yrs ago was amazing! I loved it then.
