Visited this location on yesterday and the food and service was Horrible. Ordered the special with the hamburger nuggets fries and drink. Total disaster. Hamburger meat was Cold and looked as if it had been cooked hours ago. Lettuce on the burger was the hard part that usually get thrown away. I spoke with Lupe(manager) regarding the burger and she said the burger would be made over. Wrong! Only the meat was changed and replaced with a warmer meat. Same lettuce and bun. I returned the burger for the 3rd time. The drive thru worker brought the lettuce to the window with no gloves on to explain to me that that s all the lettuce they had. I asked for a refund and Lupe(who don t speak English) didn t want to give it to me. So I asked for the burger and tore it up and gave it back to be put in the trash. No one else would receive that nasty burger. Nuggets was undercooked but they were hot. The cost of the meal can t make or break me but when I spend money on fast food I want it good quality and hot.

The biscuit on my breakfast biscuit was still raw this morning. I was already at my office so it was too late to go back. Needless to say, I was not happy. Lesson learned, check your food or just wake up earlier and eat at home. :o(

On July 10th an employee threw our 5 drinks at my car because we told him we ordered a 20 piece of chicken not a 4 piece. He also said cuss words at us for telling him we ordered 6 meals which means 6 drinks. He only gave us 1 and was throwing a fit because we ordered 6. I filed a complaint and no calls back. I can honestly say this has never happened to us before. During a disaster with Beryl, we were just trying to feed our family of 6 a warm meal.

Dine in, person taking order got most wrong . I did not order a biggie bag or nuggets and fries. I ordered Large orange frosty. BaconJr cheese burger. SO orders a Daves single. Not a combo. Not cheese. Got no Lettuce tomatoes onion pickle, but put cheese on got the med fries and small orange sickle frosty right.. Person need to understand what people order. Roof in dining room leaking. Floor wet, near door and booth only 1 caution cone set up . Food was ok. Frosty didnt taste orange.wont go back to this location

Impossible to get what I ordered. The fellow at the register either could not speak english or was stoned on something. I told him my order five times and each time he repeated it incorrecly. What came out was not close to what I ordered. I had asked him to repeat my order and he wouldnt or couldnt. Then got to the dining room which was full of uncleaned tables. But the best part was the hardware hanging from the ceiling and the water dripping all over the floor. I almost slipped on the large puddle shown in my picture below. If I could give this location a negative star I would. If what I experienced is just part of the problem, I can only imagine how nasty their kitchen could be.

I love wendys. I really do. When i have a black hole void in the pit of my stomach, Dave and the little redhead girl come to my rescue. That was the best Biggie Bag I ever had. Great Job! The only thing that would have made it better is if they had 2 for $0.99 Jack-in-the-Box tacos in the Biggie Bag.

3/13/24 Ppl say how good wendys are good ,ive never had a good experience with them. Had a coupon and went like two weeks ago or so the tiniest burger in the world i get i got the cheapest one but it was smaller than small wish i took a pic. it was also super dry around the end. LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!! I placed an online order for two frosty s. Once I get up to the window they tell me that they re not able to make them because they re out . I tell them that s fine and ask them to cancel the order. The worker then tells me that they re not able to cancel orders and I need to do it on my end. I then try to go in the app to cancel and it says they have already processed and completed my order!! I tell her that, and that I need a refund and she can t do it!! She just kept shrugging her shoulders!!! I asked if there was a manager or anyone I can talk to and she said no still shrugging her shoulders. I asked repeatedly that I was just supposed to leave with nothing and no refund to which she responded with no words and more shoulder shrugging!!!!! At this point I m beyond frustrated. I asked when a manager would be in and if I could leave my number to resolve this. She handed my pen and paper and said the manager would be in next morning. Of course I received nothing from them!!! I contacted corporate but because this location is franchised they can t process a refund and it needs to come directly from the store, of course!!! They said that the store manager would be reaching out to me in their own time frame and I haven t heard anything from them. Have been in store right after opening and store was dirty and feces all over restrooms- and store just opened up inside so it was like that for awhile. I don t recommend eating at this location. We gave our order for burger with bacon. We repeated it to be sure. Then when we received our burger, it had no bacon. My wife went inside to get it fixed. They said sorry but that is $2 extra. $2 is not a big deal. But they screwed up the order and instead of trying to help fix the problem, they had a bad attitude and wanted more money. Ive work for Wendys Before and personally love their food. But Today I spent over $40 on 3 meals. I tasted mine and was disappointed with the quality of the food. Old Dry meat and this burger was loaded with onions. It supposed to only have 2 rings and it had 6 total!! Just overpowering taste. Well thought It was just me, then neither my brother or sister ate their meals so I knew it was all the food with poor quality and you cant even at least be happy and eat your fries because they have been giving you the small portion on a medium size, totally wrong. Not to mention I stopped ordering my favorite Apple pecan salad because they dont have apples for it Nothing more sad than craving something and then being so let down. Wished they put more effort into their quality...

Sat and waited at drive through for 10 minutes because I was REALLY craving a frosty. About 4 other customers pulled out of the line to spend their money elsewhere. When the girl finally put her headset back on from sitting in the dining room on her phone to take orders I was saddened to know there was no ice for drinks and no frostys! I know things happen and I have worked in fast food so I know sometimes there are difficulties, but attitude is everything.

Literally had to go knock on the lobby door to get the girls attention that was sitting chatting away with what looked to be another employee so she could turn her headset back on to take our order in the drive thru. During the 30 min wait before I went and got her attention there were several other cars that came and went also noticed that the drive thru window was wide open they could have gotten robbed and never knew until she decided to come back to work. Definitely need to work on service because it was horrible and they didnt have the one thing that they are known for the frostys supposedly they were out of it which I find it hard to believe. This was the first time and most likely the last time Ill be coming here.

I demanded my money back and walked away..Its a shame I have known his Wendys for years and their service has gone down the drain am sorry this is happening to this location. This place was VERY CREEPY! We noticed from the parking lot that there were teenage boys walking in and out the backdoor and loading up a truck with multiple large white trash bags. Then on the inside, we were told that they were closed by the manager, but the dining room was full of kids and teenagers. (My receipt says it was only 8:51pm.) When I asked why we were not going to be served, the manager got nervous and was replaced by a 15 year old girl who worked there. When we left, we noticed the Drive through sign had been turned off and there was a hand-written sign on a white piece of paper saying that they would reopen at 8 p.m. that evening. The backdoor was still open. My Family and I felt very insecure and it seemed like a potentially very dangerous environment. We will never reccomend that Wendys and we will NEVER be back to that restaurant!

Just ordered 2 Specialty Burgers and 2 LG. Fries. They did NOT get the simple order correct, and couldnt give me a receipt. Also, the fries were cold.. We order out a lot and just wish for once someone could get our order right?????? No one speaks English, so order will ALWAYS be wrong and they dont like white people. Food was hot and fresh. The soda was out of syrup, so my drink was a little weak. They also forgot sauce for the nuggets. But overall not a bad experience. Again the food was made correctly and fresh.
