Great dog park and the people are mostly friendly also there is a place where you can wash your dogs that is amazing it is very easy to use and very cheap. I have brought all my dogs to this park and the dog bath and they love it. I recommend letting your dog play then washing it after. In the dog bath they have regular dog shampoo and also a more sensitive tearless shampoo. It also has a pet deodorizer and a flea and tick wash. And when you are Finnish they have a vacuum and blow dryer option to dry the dog and a sanitizer to clean the area for the next person to use it.

It has everything you need at a dog park. Bathing station (paid), poop bags, trash cans, fresh water with a bowl, shady trees, small/big dog area, shady areas at all times of the day, benches, awnings, etc. I love it!

Dog-friendliness: Great place to take our boxer. There is seating in the shade. They keep the bags well stocked. The maintenance guys arrived to cut the grass after we had been there awhile. They were very nice and patient to let us all get our pets to leave. Did not run the mowers till we were gone. There are three sections. Usually most of the small dogs are in one and medium to large in the second one. Then the third is closed off for awhile. It looks as if they rotate the two areas for the bigger dogs.

So much fun. Water faucet & dishes for pooches, two areas - one for large & one for small dogs. Grass kept mowed. No brown spots or mud. Large enough for running & playing, shaded paviliions for sitting & resting. Located on small beautifully tree trimmed road. Tollway nearby, but quiet area.

Great idea for pet owners who would rather bathe their own pets. User friendly. Bring your debit/credit card - if I m not mistaken is $10. They have shampoo, conditioner, smell good, a water hose and a blow dryer. The machine counts down the time allotted (12 minutes I believe). I have been bringing my cats here every few months. I bring one in at a time. One loves it and the other just isn t a fan of baths so. There is a sign asking people to rinse out the pet tub when done, so far it does seem like people are respectful of that.

Sunrise Paw Park is a welcome respite from the backyard norm and routine walks. While the park is not huge, the is plenty of room for both large and small dogs in their respective fenced areas. Added pluses are that the park is well lit and accessable 24/7 and also has a bath facility for those really muddy, sweaty times. There is a covered gazebo type area for observers as well as benches throughout both fenced areas. We love to meet new buds while sniffing all the new scents and running around just being a happy dog! Five Stars and highly recommended.

My dogs and I love going to this park. However, I am unhappy that the water dispenser in the small dog section has been broken for at least 2 weeks. This is exceptionally problematic given the fact that even the mornings are hot during East Texas summer.

This dog park is tucked away on a not very obvious street. We happened upon it one day when making a wrong turn. Decided to bring our dogs here on a Saturday morning. The park was not too busy but had about 6-7 other dogs/owners when we arrived. There is 3 large gated areas for the dogs to run free in. One is marked small dogs and the other two are large dog areas. Only one of the large dog areas was unlocked. It appears that they may rotate between the two areas being open since everyone present was in the large dog area. We took our beagle, chihuahua/terrier mix, and boxer mix dogs here. Most all the dogs got along well and seemed to be friendly. There were a few benches in the gated area with one large covered seating for owners. They provided a water spigot and hose to fill bowls with. There was also a small plastic kiddie pool that could be filled for the dogs to play in. There is a pay dog wash station that can be used to bathe your dog while you are here. I was disappointed that there is no bathroom facility or portable toilet for humans at this dog park; a very inconvenient amenity. There were a lot of cameras installed around the dog wash and storage areas. Not sure who monitors these but that is an increased safety factor. Our pups had fun and overall this is a good spot to take your dogs.

Great place for adults to bring their dogs and socialize. But parents with young children should monitor their kids - they went into 1 side and their kid stayed in the other side running up to all of the dogs and just running around in general. Teach your children to go slow around unfamiliar dogs to ensure everyones safety (human and animal).

I bring my dog here pretty often to get some exercise. Its nice and open, with plenty of trash receptacles, access to water, and multiple shaded areas with benches to sit on. Theres even a little kiddy pool. My dog loves water, so that might be his favorite thing!

Hubby and I had a great time with our dog, Persi, today! The park is well maintained, plenty of room, water, waste receptacles, benches and ample shade. We had the park all to ourselves so Persi got to sniff every nook and cranny to her hearts content! Hubby frequently brings her here for a bath in the awesome bathing station, too. We love this park!

There was a lot going on on the big dog side, but my little guys were the only ones on the small dog side. Nice pet washing station if you want to shell out $10 for 12 minutes. It was nice and clean. There is a place to leave donations, but otherwise its free to utilize.

We love taking our dogs to the park. Its gated and clean. Always has bags to pick up after dogs. There is a small dog section and big dog section. Benches to sit. There are no public restrooms so be sure to go before you get there. I enjoy that its open 24 hours so I can go anytime of day.

I took my pit bull to the dog park for his first time ever. He hadnt been around other dogs since he was a pup two years ago so I was worried how he might react. He had no problem interacting with the other dogs there. After only a minute or two I felt good about letting him off his leash. He had a blast. There was two times that two dogs started to scuffle but the owners were right there and got them apart and nobody lost their cool over it. It was a very good experience.

I love that there is somewhere I can let my dogs run around off leash. 4 stars only because theyve made the large dog area smaller and locked part of it and because there was a lot of mud right up near the gate which made entry a little slippery and my older dog slipped.
