We love this place. My whole family including my 6 year old loves the pho. One night there was an unfortunate fatality on 105 and I had ordered ahead. They stayed an hour past close to keep my food warm and wait for me to get it. Its our go to stop every couple of weeks.

Food was delicious, drinks were delicious, Ti (I couldnt hear how she spelled it) was fantastic. Honestly I do not think I have ever had someone as nice and attentive as she was. The one thing Im not big on was the brisket was fatty but I know a lot of people like it that way. The restrooms are also very very clean. 10/10, Id come back.

Went here a few weeks ago, the place was uncomfortably cold, service was very slow but the food was ok. My lunch companion said they regularly dine here and always enjoy it. I had curry and they had pho. The restaurant was very clean and fairly busy at lunch.

Very good Vietnamese food! We ordered the Build your own beef pho and picked thinly sliced eye of round, brisket, and beef meatballs. The brisket is very soft and delicious, and the broth is flavorful and not oily. This pho is comparable to Chinatown Houston area. Overall great family owned restaurant.

This little bistro has a LOT of heart in their dishes. Everything Ive had so far is delicious! The garlic noodles are not too over powered and their rice plates are not to be overlooked! The lady at the counter was so super sweet and even offered a free drink to me just because my food took 5 extra minutes. I highly recommend this place. The Dragon fruit limeade is really refreshing on a hot day. Very calm environment, and incredibly friendly staff my only regret is that I cannot give another star here.

I have been to this place over 10 times. From eating in or getting Togo, it never disappoints. They are all so welcoming and have became very familiar with us. From the moment we walk in to the time we leave they are all ensuring we are satisfied with everything. The feel of the restaurant is relaxed and the music they play is anywhere from pop to country. We have had several servers, but our favorite is Julie. She is very sweet and attentive and knows we love the Cafe au Lait and Crab Rangoons. The food is always brought out within 10 minutes of being ordered. Everything is we have had has been delicious and Im convinced I would enjoy anything that I order. I felt lead to leave a review not just because of the food, but because of the people.

My wife and I are new to the area and were looking for a decent place to eat. We settled on V Bistro, and were very glad we did. The service was friendly and on top of things. First time here today and it was really good. Had the chicken spring rolls and beef combo Pho. The spring roll was so good and very large I could have made meal just off of that. The Pho soup was so tasty the broth was wonderful with lots of nice cilantro, onions, and spices very flavorful. The price was very affordable and worth what you pay. My normal spot I go to would be about $21 for just the spring roll and Pho so I dont go as often because of that. We each had a hot tea, spring roll, and Pho soup our total bill was just over $30 for two of us Our waitress was so sweet and took very good care of us. I dont normally write reviews, however I feel this was well deserved. So glad I found this place today it will be my new go to for PHO.

Alright alright alright! Recently opened, this second location is excellent in every way. The interior is bright, classy, and inviting. The service is young and attentive. Most importantly, everything weve tried so far has been among the best Vietnamese weve had in a long time. The pho is deep and complex while being super fresh and vibrant. The chicken vermicelli is reminiscent of the best weve had at Ba Mien in FM 1960, or Huynh near downtown. A great discovery is their chicken wings, served with flat and drum attached. Perfectly and lightly fried, with an excellent sweet chili sauce - one of our new favorites. You can tell this aint their first rodeo - the space is very well thought out, beautifully designed and executed. This is a great addition to the growing options along the 105 corridor from Conroe to Montgomery. Were already regulars.

Food is good. I would recommend the eye of round Pho and Garlic Noodles with Shrimp. Really tasty! The boba tea I d rate at 4/10. Small cups, a lot of ice and tapioca pearls aren t real they taste wierd. Also you can really taste the powder in their tea drinks.. not good. Would be nice if they changed their tea menu.

Stellar experience and fresh ingredients only! The Vietnamese cafe latte features an adorable, glass as a keepsake. The combination pho and meatball pho are the attached pictures on this review. There is also the basil garnish plate, and eye of round steak for the combination pho. For dessert, I had the Taro boba smoothie. This was made with fresh taro and the tapioca pearls are tender. The staff will ask you, how sweet you want the smoothie. Conroe, do your best to keep this place! The other places were good in the beginning, but never stayed consistent. V Bistro is a decent Vietnamese Grill, food was ok, the PHO is lacking in flavor so this is not a place to go for PHO, the rest of the food is decent enough, they are new to the area so they just need some time to build up and adjust the menu. I had their H2 which Is the Basil Flat Noodle, I forgot to ask for them not to include the shrimp tail, almost all Vietnamese restaurants include the tail for flavor but I am not much on eating the shell of the shrimp tail, so that was my fault for failure to ask them to remove it. The rest of the dish was ok, decent flavor and fresh. We also tried their Pho GA with Meatballs, but they do not make the normal Pho broth but instead its basically slightly flavored water, meaning no additional real flavor, so we definitely do not recommend the Pho, we have had Pho from many places around Houston and they use the normal Pho broth but not V Bistro, so avoid that dish. Next was the Bahn Mi, it was missing the normal liver pate and only had the meat, cucumber, carrot and cilantro, not a typical Vietnamese dish either, with missing the pate on it, it lacked the typical Vietnamese flavor, so this is Americanized, and really not authentic, another food loss on flavor and substance, not recommended if you want authentic but if you do not like the liver pate then it might be ok for you. The pate really is a staple to a typical Vietnamese Bahn Mi though. Finally we tried their Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables, this was bland but ok, ended up taking it home for a leftover to eat later, it was missing something (not by menu, I mean by taste) but overall it was at least colorful and had chicken and they forgot the cup of soup. According to the menu, it says all rice plates come with a cup of chicken soup, but honestly I do not think that the R10 qualifies as a rice plate, so it really depends. This wording is below R13 in the menu, maybe it is a misprint and needs to be moved up to under R5? No idea. The employees were all very friendly and prompt which is a great selling point to the restaurant, additionally the place is very clean and organized, there was plenty of room to get around however, I could see someone with a wheelchair having issues moving around some, but with some shifting of chairs and tables they could probably get around fine. Overall I give this place a 4 only because of the employees and atmosphere, the food sits at a 3 though, not sure I could bring myself to get it up to a 4 based on missing ingredients in dishes and lack of flavor for authentic Vietnamese food. Give them a try though, let them know how well they do and if there is anything missing, they have plenty of room to grow and are a welcome addition to the community.

I live in a nearby neighborhood and am so happy this restaurant is newly opened. We just ordered takeout, and my entire family loved the food. Absolutely loves this location!!! This is the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. I am very spoiled and like traditional style pho. I have two favorites from previous places I have lived. A friend suggested this stop and although its new, it feels like home. We will be regulars and going more often than not! We had the pork spring rolls and the meat was tender and flavorful. Our pho was absolutely the best I have ever had. I will be telling everyone about this secret gem. The coffee cups are complimentary and made of glass with a glass straw. That coffee was amazing and had me thinking Starbucks who? Get in here with the whole family there are so many menu items. Everyone will be pleased.

I am so glad a Vietnamese restaurant has opened! A group of us ate there and everyone agreed the food is amazing! I had the Curry Chicken (hate i did not take a picture!). It was creamy goodness with just the right amount of heat. Our server, Julie, was very efficient and attentive to our needs, which can be challenging when you have a group of ladies who don t pay attention well. We will definitely add it to our restaurant list.

I love this place, I go to the one in humble bc it s closer to my job. So much the owner/manager knew us already, but wen I saw it was opening in conroe I was so excited. Food is so good I was happy to see the humble manager at this location she is so nice and sweet. Definitely recommend this place 10/10

SO HAPPY!!!! My wife and I use to live over in humble and we ate at the location there for 16 years, we were so sad when we moved up to Conroe because we were losing one of our favorite restaurants. A few months ago I was driving down 105 and saw the sign go up and I got extremely excited. It had been over a year. We had our place again!!! Today we went for an early lunch and were the first customers. We were honored. The flavors are the same and just feel comfortable. We had been missing this for far to long. So wonderful. The food is amazing, the staff and hospitality are the best ever. Soooo friendly and kind. The atmosphere is a little more modern than the original location but I like it very much. I cant wait to go back. I hope this location is blessed with as much success as the original one. Please go try this place out, you wont regret it!

The owner and her staff went above and beyond to make my first of many visits to this restaurant an awesome experience. The spring rolls were great as was the Bahn Mi. I also recommend the dragon fruit limeade! 10/10 for sure! And the interior decorations and the customer service was top notch! Can t wait to come back.
