Aaron Allison is the first attorney I have ever hired and all I can say is the man is phenomenal! He won my case and made the entire stressful process as easy to understand and get through as possible. I would also hope I am never on the other side of the courtroom against him because he doesnt miss any details! I hope I dont need his services again but if I do I would be happy to hire him again.

Do you want a run of the mill attorney? Then Aaron allison is not your guy. Aaron is a healthy combination of Jesus and Chuck Norris, he fights for the sick and injured and helps them heal, and when the time comes to fight for you inside the bounds of a courtroom, the man is ready and covered in his metaphorical warpaint. Smart, kind, straightforward, and as good of a heart as they come, Aaron is the salt of the earth. He took my complex case, made easy work of it, and bent the opposing counsel over his knee when we were in court. He did all of this with the class and grace you would expect from a top notch attorney. Aaron is an amazing Attorney! He took two of my workers comp cases and without fail won both cases. I can t say enough about Aaron. If it weren t for him my rights under workers comp would have been extinguished . He fought for me every step of the way to make sure I received maximum care and compensation. Trust me, you want this man on your side. I had a case that had put me on a two year workmens comp. Time was about to expire to start a lawsuit. The other party was saying how the accident was at my negligence and that I did not have a case. I called up Mr Aaron at Aaron Allison law and he told me I definitely have a case against this third party. With time running out he quickly drew up a suit sent it out to this third party and the rest is history. He got me my settlement for their negligence not mine. In the end Aaron finished the job with the settlement with a quick turn around. So dont ever take what other people say until you talk to this man. He is a rockstar in my book! Thanks again Sir!

DO NOT USE FOR WORKERSCOMP CASE ! save your $. I can honestly say from my experience that he did absolutely nothing on my case. Dont fall for his 2 hr long speech about how good he is and what all he can do for you. Every single hearing against the insurance blew up in his face. He tells you what you wanna hear, then drains all the $ he can get outta of you! Then he will comly with draw him self from your case when he sees theres mo more $ he can shake outta you. Basically paid him thousands to keep my hopes ups , because all I got in return was alot of talk . All he does is call you and reads the same letter that the insurance sends to you 2 days after you receive it. Lol literally plays the part like if hes doing something productive for you! Trust me , dont let my experience be yours as well. I can gladly fill you in if you have any questions . Obviously me sharing this shows how serious Im being about waring others about this shady snake ! Oh yeah hes charging you 200$ a hr while you sit & listen to him for 2 or 3 hrs about how good and knowledgeable he is. hes a weak joke and a legal thief !!! Youve been warned!! He wouldnt remove himself from my case leaving me unable to dispute my impairment rating. DO NOT THIS GUY

Aaron Allison took my case after a chiropractor who was assigned by the state of Texas as the Designated Doctor gave me a MMI and Impairment Rating. What was so mind boggling was that I was still in physical therapy for my shoulder when I had to see him. I suffered a torn rotator cuff on the job but the chiropractor who is not a MD wrote in his report that I do not need surgery to repair my shoulder (he claimed it was a shoulder strain) even though my physician (an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in elbow and shoulder surgeries and approved by the insurance company) had made it clear I was a candidate for surgery. Mr. Allison represented me from May of 2022 until November of 2022 when we went in front of a so-called Administrative Law Judge who works for the Texas Department of Insurance (Division of Workers Compensation). Mr. Allison did everything and beyond to prove my case. We had all the documentation including the MRI results that I had to pay for. I really felt good after the hearing because we proved everything beyond the shadow of doubt. However, the administrative judge took the recommendation of a chiropractor (who never looked at the MRI results) over my physician who happens to be an expert and specialist in elbow and shoulder orthopedics for The Carrell Clinic who happens to perform surgeries for the Dallas Cowboys. Mr. Allison had warned me from the very beginning that Texas Workers Compensation Law is perhaps the worst in the nation when he took up my case. Aaron will bend over backwards to help you anyway he can. His knowledge of the Workers Compensation law is second to none as far as I am concerned. He gave my wife and I the history and structure of Texas Workers Compensation Law and answered pretty much all our questions before we even asked him. He was always available when I had any questions and he made me feel at ease. He may not like this description of him but I told him he really is a crusader for the working people and its a shame there arent more like him. If your in an accident or have an issue with a workers comp issue Aaron Allison is the guy to call. He is the attorney who will get you everything you need plus will give you the right advise on what to do and how to do it. Mr. Allison will take time out of his day, which can be hours, talking to you and giving you valuable advise on your legal issues. He always calls you back and always remembers details of what you have discussed in the past. One of my favorite things about him is he is not your typical B.S. attorney your used to dealing with. He always talks to you in a honest and straight forward way and he always clarifies if you dont understand. Very easy guy to talk to, who will fight tooth and nail for you and will always have your best interest at heart.
