Ticket sales on October 4th give you the option of reserving a table. But when you call and ask, the bands are playing outside and there are tables but they cant be guaranteed because its general admission only. Im glad I called and didnt reserve a table online. I thought management changed in the last couple of years.

We love coming to this place! Food is always great and consistent, drinks are great too. We haven t sat outside yet, but there s always live music playing and didn t realize they have brunch as well until the other day. Very popular on a Sunday morning, but totally worth it.

You can never go wrong with Jackie s brick house! I will start with if you are looking for the best crawfish you ve ever eaten Jackie s Brick house is the place to go to get them. Anytime of the year though is a great time to go to Jackie s brick house outside is covered, if needed the plastic covers are put up and inside there is plenty of seating room. The food is always delicious sometimes Jackie s gets really busy with having a large seating area it gets loud and service can slow down a bit, but all the staff apologizes for the wait. If there is a live band playing it helps with the wait and music is clean making it suitable for children. There is lots of parking spaces even when it is busy, so you can still get a spot.

I come to Jackie s frequently and this time wasn t the best. Our server at the bar was great at the beginning, we came in got a drink, then went to play pool. The server came over to let us know our food was out, which took about 20 mins for it to be out and thinking maybe the server will bring the food over to the pool table area, no he just lets us know. Mind you this is a Monday evening at 4pm. Maybe 6 other tables in the entire restaurant. They weren t busy we get told our food is at the bar, we walk over grab it and walk back over to the pool table area, start eating, baby cockroach on the burger tray, cold fries, very cold and thin BYO Monday night special pizza. We then proceed to the bar to let our server know he s no where to be found, there is a new server and we let her know the problems and she has no disregard but to reheat up the pizza. She was not helpful, nor seemed to care about it that much. Check for a BYO burger with two toppings, fries, redbull cocktail, and Monday night $14 BYO pizza special came out to be $50. Great pool tables, great environment, but the service today was not good in the slightest.

It was very busy and the large restaurant was almost full. All the food we ordered was delicious. I think its easier to get a seat if you make a reservation. We didnt make a reservation, so it took a while to find a seat. The parking lot was almost full, so some people parked far away and walked into the store.

This is my 3rd time trying Jackies for my cousins 40th Birthday yesterday and I must say the atmosphere was great. A majority of the food was great. I did have a problem with my cousins crawfish that she sent back 3 times due to them being old and cold ! I was very upset at that because I previously had the spicy flavored crawfish before and they were fresh and hot. The manager came out and did nothing to accommodate my cousin which was very disappointing. The waiter Tristian was excellent and his customer service was through the roof. He suggested my cousin get the fried oyster and it came out hot and fresh and she loved it. Other than the bad crawfish, the overall experience was great and I would definitely visit again. Please make sure the crawfish is fresh and hot next time.

One waitress. Bless her. I didnt get her name but she was tasked with tending bar, closing tabs, bringing out food and drinks. She absolutely handled it like a Pro! Hats off to her as my wife was not feeling well even before we arrived and it got worse as we ordered our food. The order wasnt quite ready yet and I asked to close out and cancel if possible. She immediately ran to the kitchen to see ilwhat the meal status was. It was almost finished so she closed us out and ran over and got our food ready to go. SUPERSTAR!

Service sucked. The table behind us was so loud and annoying, they kept serving them alcohol knowing they were way past the drunk point and were driving. The food was okay my Philly cheesesteak really did not have any flavor was bland but the onion strings were great. The atmosphere was pretty good. Live entertainment and football on. The female servers try too hard to get their tips, so they are inappropriate with the men even if they have a significant other with them. Not all but a few.

Ask my waitress for a sweet tea my daughter had to go to the go to the kitchen area to get my tea. Their shrimp is good their crawfish is soggy . Also crawfish was brought to our table that I didn t order and still had to pay because the waitress has decided to submit the order when we weren t done ordering. Hubby was not a fan of the fries, but everything else was amazing! Appetizer (Potato Skins) came out seconds before the meal so we didnt eat them all, but thats probably a good thing as we would have been full! Check your receipt!!! BEWARE!!! We were over charged. Price of an item states one fee yet we were charged more. We didnt ask for anything additional which I would understand if there was an upcharge. Due to the fact that we had 9 people at our table celebrating a friends birthday, we were fine with the 20% added gratuity. However to our surprise when we arrived at home reviewing our receipt we noticed there was an additional gratuity amount added that we did not add! Furthermore we called and asked to speak to the manager (2 which are on duty) to discuss the matter and to correct this issue. We left out phone number and were informed a manager would call us back which NEVER happened. We wont be coming back!!! Trust has definitely been broken!

The service was horrible. We came in with a party of 11. None of the food came out together. The person passing out the food was rude and dismissive when we tried to tell him he was giving people the wrong food. My elderly mother had to yell across the room at the servers to get silverware and a drink. All in all it was not the best experience but this is not a good fit for a family lunch. Lesson learned.

Its been quite a while since Ive been here. Sunday 4/7/24 it was packed outside. I had the bagels and lox (cant remember the last time I saw that in Texas, usually they call it a smoked salmon sandwich). Update: We absolutely LOVE their crawfish, Tuesday shrimp and chorizo tacos, and basically anything else you could order is amazing! Shout out to Becca and Momma! Love y all! My husband and I have been to Jackie s many times and always had good experiences with food and service. Well, we came on a Tuesday night to watch the Astros play game 3 of the World Series. While the game was a nightmare, Emi was the bright spot of the night. She ran the bar AND took care of our table of 6. She made great recommendations to have the chorizo and shrimp tacos (delicious) and we never had a shortage of drinks. Emi was truly exceptional, and this was hands down the best service we ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back for the next game day! Go Stros!

I love this place, hands down, and love the food, but the waitresses I have had in the past, yes waitresses, not waiters, have been very much lacking. I hate that because I LOVE MY GURLSSS, but the waiting or lack thereof has been terrible lately!!!! We come and spend A LOT of money on seafood and tip very well over 20 percent, so its sad to see to get so out of hand. I have to ask other waiters or barbacks to help the table because I order something and it comes back wrong or its just such a long wait to get our waitress at the table (not busy btw) I hope to see a change soon. I came 2 weeks ago and everyone that helped me looked annoyed to have to tell my waitress to do it right even the manager outside looked annoyed at my waitress and shes not new Ive had her before. Despite the waitress being attentive, she struggled to keep up with refills and side item orders, earning her a modest 3 out of 5 stars. Came here to see what the hype was about and was a bit disappointed. The place itself is great, live music, spacious and had plenty of parking. However, what I found disappointing was the crawfish. I thought it was terribly unseasoned and not marinated enough to have real flavor. It wasn t juicy and the only flavor was the spiciness. Corn and potatoes were definitely not seasoned at all as I hoped which was also a huge bummer.

Had an awesome dinner here! Staff was super friendly and attentive. The place is huge! Great live music and patio outside. We dined al fresco until a storm came in, but our waitress kindly warned us & said she could take care of us inside. I had their Nashville hot chicken with fried jalapeños on top. Chicken was cooked to perfection & the breading was on point. It wasnt spicy enough to my liking. Not a fan of the sweetness from the honey. Sweet potato fries were tasty. My husband enjoyed their crawfish & crab boil. He got the boil spicy, and that was my jam! Crawfish and crab were cooked perfectly. Definitely excellent heat level. He said this was the best boil he had this year. Our daughter had their side order mac & cheese for dinner with a fruit side. It was homemade, cheesy, goodness. Overall, cool spot & we will return!

The food was well prepared, the atmosphere was relaxed and I liked the live music. However, they definitely need a hostest because finding a seat and flagging down a waitress was a chore. There is reserved seating. However, the website wouldnt allow us to reserve seating near the band, and waitresses were unsure if all reserved seating was booked. Regular reserved seating in the non band area requires a party of six or more. Next time, Ill call and reserve seating or order takeout.

It is a fun place to try for Louisiana style cooking. Great live music spot. Plenty of beer choices, cocktails, theyre a little limited, a few drink asks they couldnt do. Most of the food was decent..a lot of fried stuff. Parking is ok. It was pretty packed on a Saturday, so I cant speak to regular traffic.

I used to really like this place. Somehow the prices got more expensive and the food quality went down. Its not a bad place by any means its just more expensive than it used to be. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here before 9pm and I bring my 8 year old daughter every time.

I m allergic to shellfish, so needless to say, I don t eat it. I went to Jackie s Bar and Grill with a couple of sisters, and I was impressed. I had never heard of it and probably wouldn t have found it on my own, cause it was pretty ducked away. This place is huge and the parking lot is big enough to accommodate everyone! I ordered the sampler appetizer platter and was glad I did. The honey barbecue wings were great and I fell in love with the cheese sticks. Our waitress was really fast and sweet. Plan on making this a regular spot.

We had reservations for a 21st birthday party and when we got there they were very attentive, friendly and fast! The place was PACKED and there were reservations for the same table later on yet we never felt rushed to hurry! Great place, great food, great atmosphere and COLD BEER!
