It would be nice if I could consistently get bacon on the BACON avocado toast I order. I got it yesterday, made right! Today, it has 5 bacon bits on it. Like terribly depressing. I paid a extra dollar for a PINCH of bacon bits. The bread was not toasted. The seasoning was only on half the toast. This is a constant issue that me and my coworkers face with this location. So if you want bacon avocado toast, i recommend going somewhere else. And lord forbid i tell them there isnt enough. That hasnt gone over very well. This honestly has happened to me too many times. After the at least 10th time of getting either no bacon or the tiniest pinch, I think im done using their service.

I really think the young girl with purple hair doesnt even know what planet we are on. Very dissappointed in the service here. She said all they have is regular sugar and sugar syrup for a latte. Cmon man.. and the other young guy working there seemed a little lost too. Wont even make your drink right. No wonder starbucks is putting them down. What is going on with dunkin donuts now adays. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! if they don t have what you ordered, they just makes whatever else and hand it to you without advising you about or asking if you would like another item or a refund. Once or twice I can look the other way, but four times it s just plain unacceptable. Get your inventory right treat your customers right because ultimately they are the ones who decide whether this location will perform well and stay open or not.

We wanted to see the drive thru menu with ice cream flavors and their other options for sundaes, etc. The girl in the drive thru said they dont have one because theres too many flavors. So my husband ordered a strawberry milkshake and I asked for a single scoop vanilla cup with hot fudge only. It came out with candy sprinkles and whipped cream on top

was so excited to find a Baskin Robbins here in Tyler! this was a combo DD-BR we got there at 730 and it was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful we tried a couple flavors of ice cream and finally got a delicious milkshake and 2 cones. thank you!!!

I LOVE Dunkin, only just recently realized there was a location here in Tyler when they sent coupons in the mail. Went through the drive through, got 2 iced coffees and 2 donuts. Was pleasantly surprised they had not sold out of Boston Creams for the day yet, and both coffees were yummy. Only suggestion would be working on their drive thru time- I sat at the window for nearly 3-5 minutes before even being cashed out. I m unsure if they were short staffed or if there was another reason for the long wait- but I didn t mind. All staff members were polite and the parking lot was clean.

Not the biggest Donut guy out there, but perhaps its because I never had Dunkin. It has changed my opinion on Donuts. As an avid weight lifter/body builder, I went for a cheat meal for myself and brother. I spent around $30, but got 12 Donuts, 2 Breakfast Sandwhiches, and 2 Pancake wraps. Needless to say...there were no leftovers. Donuts were warm, soft, and full of flavor. Every Donut I had was amazing. The sandwiches as well! Listen, if you ever get the hankering for Donuts, go Dunkin. No joke. It is actually REALLY good. 5/5 Stars - Definitely going back soon.

Came here for the first time yesterday, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The atmosphere is so inviting! You can sit inside to eat your items or take it to go. Basket Robbins was intertwined with it, so you can have donuts & coffee or ice cream. Nice establishment and would recommend again.

I stopped by on my way to work and ordered a pancake wrap and toasted white chocolate latte, i paid at the window and they told me to pull forward and they would bring it out to me. A guy came out with my pancake wrap maybe a minute later and i asked about my drink and he said he would check. I waited about 10 minutes watching car after car pull to the window then leave with there items. I finally pulled around and had to go in to get my drink which the manager and staff were rude as if i was inconveniencing them. This also made me late to work when i should have just got my stuff at the window like every other car i watched.

I have always ordered Dunkin Donuts for over 10-15 years. I went to pre-order 2-Dozen Donuts Chocolate & Vanilla frosted with Holiday Sprinkles ( red, white, green, which they regularly have during Christmas anyways)for my child s Christmas Party. Went to pick them up this morning & NO holiday sprinkles!! I also had bought a Cappuccino Blast which comes with Whipped Cream & Cinnamon every time I have ordered it prior. Ive been going here for 6 years, and although the experience hasnt been perfect, it has been for purposes of this review. Ive maybe gotten a coffee that was slightly off once--but usually its spot on and piping hot, or I get an iced original or iced cold brew and its perfect nearly every time. Theres only been one time I couldnt get coffee because they were running cleaner through the machine (glad to hear they did--and you could smell it). Im very pleased with service Ive received here, especially when Jonathan, Casey, Sergio, or Heather are in. Since about a month ago, they have a baker which fills up all the donuts, so you dont get a donut without filling. He is very consistent and filling them too, and this is as of about the first week in October 2023. If you love Baskin-Robbins ice cream, I recommend the lemon custard, as its very smooth and exceptionally lemony. I also recommend the jamocha almond fudge if you like a nutty flavor mixed with chocolate. Dietary restrictions: A big plus is that they are one of the few chains to offer turkey sausage, so if you cannot eat the regular sausage which is pork, ask for the turkey sausage and youll probably find it smells better and has an even better seasoning over the regular! Parking: Be careful parking close to the drive through, when trying to back out. Kid-friendliness: They even have a store mascot called Dino and all the kids love him.

We came to Dunkin for a quick coffee & my kindergartener wanted an ice cream. While we waited 20 minutes for our 2 coffees, we cleaned up sticky nasty tables around us. By the time we finally got our coffees they just handed it to us without an acknowledgment of how terrible our experience had been. The place is gross, service was bad with 3 grown people working. I took my family there Sunday for a treat. They have been advertising the new Oreo cones and Fraps. When we arrived we looked over the menu but I knew I wanted the Oreo Cone. Todays visit was terrible and beyond unsatisfying!! First off the young lady who handed me my drink was licking and sucking whip cream off of her fingers as she was approaching the counter and then my 10yr old son found a hair in his drink and when I mentioned it to a young man... the manager on duty proceeded to laugh and make jokes. He was extremely unprofessional and is making the company look bad so he absolutely needs to be replaced. I dont know his name but he is of Indian descent and wears glasses. Duncan Donuts used to be a great place. I went there today with a coupon from a book that we bought from a school 2 months ago. Terrible service. I went through the drive thru this morning. I put my order in, not without being asked, is that all? between each item I ordered. When my order was finished, I was told to pull forward. The worker did not repeat my order back to me to make sure it was correct or give me an amount. When I got to the window, they had no idea what my order was. When I finally got it reordered and paid for, the worker went back to get my food. Was literally ignored for five solid minutes as they stared at that me and at the non-functional self-serving kiosk. They were too busy arguing with each other to notice that they had customers inside the store. Safe to say I had to go somewhere else to get any service that was worth anything.

The excellent customer service and drinks remind me of home! There may be a dozen coffee shops on my way, but Ill keep coming back to Dunkin. For those who are caffeine sensitive such as myself: I can only drink decaf. Every decaf coffee Ive ordered here has been exactly as requested. This is one of the few coffee spots I dont have to worry about. Thank you!

please start to answer the phone when a customer calls. its just you wont ever know when a customer is in need of a order or a positive complaint. I called for 3 days and i never got an answer very sad that you treat your customers like this.

Donuts are not so great anymore :( no icing on a glazed donut is strange. My kids didn t like the munchkins :( I personally just got an iced coffee and it was great but I bought some pods lol we like the ones other places but in Tyler the donut palace by the hospitals is still and probably always will be the best

My experience in the drive thru was fine..i placed my order on the mobile drive thru. The employee was so nice as always. When i arrived to work and took out the box from the bag i was given the wrong item. I do not eat hummus. I tried several times to call store but never got through. I finally got thru around 6:30 pm..when i explained what happened..i was rudely told that many people usually open the box to see their order. I trust them to place the correct item in the bag. So this employee that i spoke to clearly doesnt trust his employees so please if you purchase anything correctly and you can prove on your app what you ordered they will not correct it. The morning crew are great..enjoy my daily morning visit..the man i spoke to at 6:30 needs to learn how to speak to loual customers.

I ordered 10 small hot chocolates to give to school teachers in the drop off/pickup line on a cold day. We had a few leftover when we got home, so the kids and I tried them. These were the most watered down hot chocolates we had ever had. We tried stirring them in case stuff had settled, but they were still just as bad. I feel bad for the poor teachers we gave them to. I called the store to let them know what had happened, and no apology or refund or anything, just, Okay, by.

My husband got the peppermint mocha for me and I have to say it was the worse peppermint flavor I ve ever had. They did NOT get it right at all. Not sure if it was the person who made it or if that s just how Dunkin wants them to make it. Either way it tasted fake or skinny . Just wasn t good. Donuts were okay. Tasted more baked instead of fried. But for a donut it was edible unlike my coffee. Smh. Stick to Starbucks for coffee.

I went here with someone that was inquiring about a job. However, still being a new individual to Texas, I took the time to observe the customer service, which was ok, could of been better. I was going to order a drink, but after seeing some negative service go down I changed my mind!!

I gave it a two because the staff is friendly. The donuts however tend to be on the dry side and icing seems to be applied rather stingily. I like cappuccinos. Unfortunately I cant order them here because they just taste like hot milk. I tried an Americano with better luck. On my next visit however, it also tasted like watery hot milk. occasions than I should have trying to give

The stupidity is real here . Who forgets to make pumpkin and apple donuts during the season? The two most sold flavors during the September season ? They had so many donuts but forgot to Make the most sold flavors ? There reply was we didn t make those today ! That s like saying fall does exist !!! Had to get my money back to go else because I was getting a dozen fall flavors wasted a half hour on stupidity and ignorance . Guess all the pumpkin signs they had up should be taken down !
