Great representation by Mr Fickman. I d HIGHLY recommend him to represent you as well. My case was very sensitive and extremely emotional for me. I loved that Mr Fickman made sure I was comfortable with all decisions made before continuing and I Can very easily say that my outcome was a lot better than I would have thought. Note: He WILL NOT sugar coat anything he has to tell you. Which I really respected. I will say, his representation is not cheap but worth every penny!! I always think back to the saying you get what you pay for . Sometimes it s hard when you re on a budget, trust me because that was my situation, but I d rather be in debt and free to work and pay it back rather than have zero debt and locked up.

He will give you his honest assessment of your case and never stop fighting for your rights. What I appreciated most about Robert s approach is his ability to listen and make me felt herd. I personally witnessed how the DA and the Judge respected Robert Fickman in the courtroom. At the same time I witnessed a lot of attorneys in the same court room that lacked knowledge, confidence an understanding and application of the law. Good lawyers know the law and Great lawyers know the Judge. That means they have the necessary experience in the court room. After consulting with many lawyers, Mr. Fickman initially stood out among the rest by taking the time to listen to and fully understand my background and my case. He was very flexible in coordinating meeting times and made available the use of email and text for communication. He always handled my case honestly, professionally, and in a timely manner. He was available when needed, walked me step-by-step through every process, answered all of my questions and concerns, and kept me updated throughout the case. About ten years ago Mr. Fickman successfully represented my son. Shortly after that my son died in a LE involved incident. I turned to him for help and support. Mr. Fickman promised to help and never forget my son. True to his word, he has helped me try and find some justice. This effort has continued over the years. He is a very good lawyer but more than that, he is a very good person.

I found myself in a very dark place. I was able to get Mr Fickman to agree to work on my case and try to help me. Mr. Fickman is one of the most dedicated and hard working professionals I have ever been lucky enough to be around. Mr. Fickman was a great communicator and kept me up to date with regard to our progress and what his plans were to get through this issue with a positive note. Mr. Fickman was very helpful in keeping me upbeat and hopeful as we went through a long and complicated process. First, I want to say thank you Mr. Fickman. For the past 3 years Robert has been my counsel, and never once did he not believe in me. He showed me compassion, heart, motivation and many more amazing traits that he had to offer. At times I wasnt the best client to have due to frustration, but he stayed patient and confident. He is understanding of the clients wishes and is without a doubt great at giving advice. He and his team spent countless hours going through documents, filing motions, speaking with family and myself. When the pandemic happened, he didnt stop fighting or working the case when the world halted. He pushed through like a tank of freedom. Mr. Robert J. I woke up one morning and found myself in need of legal counsel. I was from out of town and didn t know anyone in the Houston area that I really trusted. I reached out to a friend and he recommended Robert Fickman. After speaking with Mr. Fickman for a half hour or so on our initial consult, my gut told me he was the right person to help me. I retained him the same afternoon, on a Friday, and we hit the ground running the next morning at 9 am. We spoke daily leading up to my court date, much to my surprise. Every time I called, he answered. He spent a lot of time explaining the process to me and letting me know what I could expect. Once we entered the courtroom, his experience and expertise were well demonstrated. I expected that my case would drag out for months, but it didn t. Instead, it was dismissed that day. I cannot express enough what it means to have someone working on your behalf that is as diligent and hard working as Mr. Fickman and his staff were. He was fair, honest, and got the job done.
