They always take so long to give you your food in this location. And some ladies there also seem so angry to do their job.. I understand maybe you ve had a long day and I wasn t asking for more than what they could give me but their responses are so dry and rude. Also, I was asking for some sauce and they acted as if they had never ever heard of that sauce before and I order it all the time. After asking for it from different people they said they could give it to me but had to exchange it for what they had already put in the bag so pathetic

Although it is on the border (Laredo) their staff does not all speak Spanish and we struggled a bit with the selection when ordering the food, but everything went well. Parking: Sufficient parking and access.

Just went about 30 minutes ago 12/31/23 and got attended poorly. Took 30 minutes to get our meals. Cashier walked away when we were trying to get his attention because apparently gossiping with coworkers is more important than working. Still had to get down cause they were missing our orders of churros. When my father approached them the lady laughed at him yea I know hahahaha. I understand no ones likes working New Year s Eve but if your employees don t wanna work they should stay at home instead of laughing and joking around as well as gossiping. Not only that I came home to missing an order of fries and my sprite tasted like tap water. Never spending my money here at this location again

Waited a while for someone to attend me on the intercom but no one answered so I drove up to the window and still took a while to attend me. They guy had asked, can I help you? Like if he had no idea what I was gonna do and clearly I wanted to order. I got home and saw that my order was incomplete. Never again, thank you for the bad experience.

The male cashier was polite and helpful but the female supervisor/manager seemed careless. She was wearing litterally workout leggings and seemed messy. The atmosphere was meh, its in a Stipes gas station so there were some weird guys just hanging around eating but seemed off. I was going to eat there but I had my 2 daughters and the atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable to stay with my children and I ordered the breakfast platter(McDonalds atleast fills the platter) Jack n du Crack didnt. Not what I expected

Jack in the box on Saunders st is just horrible. Very bad service, they can never get an order the right way. And just to say they don t even have a call back number, every # they have is just a machine saying that there mailbox is full. Don t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself time and go to whichever other fast food chain.
