Staff is awesome, food was really cold. I went on a Wednesday, .50 cent wings, they only had one person at the bar and another one running around. This is the second time this has happened. Be ready to wait a long while after you finish your drink to get another one.

Bar with actual good food served late into the night! I love that this place is low key off the usual strips (uptown + downtown). 2 sides, the other side has couches if you want to get more comfortable/ intimate with your group. Great receptive staff

I had it a 5 star from my first review but I had to change it. My friends brother and I had our tickets charged like an extra 90 dollars. It seemed they changed the 10 dollar tip to a 100 dollar tip or something to that effect. No way pizza wings and 4 alcoholic beverages cost almost 200 dollars. Not good business. I recently visited KISS & FLY and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the bar was perfect it had a cozy vibe with just the right amount of lighting to set the mood.Overall, I had an exceptional experience at KISS&FLY and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great night out. My friends and I had a bad experience here. One of our friends had taken in a mini shot bottle from the store and left it somewhere there. We ordered drinks there and we were chilling when some fat chick came over and asked whos mini bottle that was and my friend said hers then the chick told us we needed to leave. I agree my friend shouldnt have taken in outside liquor there, but the chick couldve just warned us. We had bought a lot of drinks there anyways and we were planning to stay and buy more. Also she had an attitude and had a security guard quick us out before we finished the drinks we paid for. Never coming back. I shouldve listened to Michelle Muas experience here when they called the cops on her bf.They dont warn you or anything. They go to extremes.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. Customers need to be made aware of this since I have brought the issue up to two different bartenders, on two separate occasions and nothing has been done about it. The below examples are from my last visit and viewed in the photo of the receipt from that visit which I have uploaded here. First, is the Non-Cash Adjustment Fee (3.00%). Anytime I go to a bar, night club, or even some restaurants I always pay cash as a security measure. I started doing so after being burned once at another bar in McAllen. Despite paying cash this fee was included on my bill in both instances I brought it up to the bartenders. In both those instances they replied by saying its a fee thats in the system and that they couldnt remove. One saying, Im not getting it (the money), its the owner. I pointed out whoever was getting it was not the point but he didnt understand and I didnt want to argue. Being a small fee I just paid it although I shouldnt have, since I was paying with cash. Even though it was a small amount the last time (14¢), when they do it to every customer who goes there, it adds up to a significant amount of money. Again, the amount is besides the point. If you are paying cash, you should Not be charged this extra amount of money no matter how small or large it might be. Secondly is the Service Gratuity (18.00%) which can also be referred to as a tip. A tip, is a customers choice to leave. It is not an absolute requirement. This business is requireing customers to leave a tip by automatically including it in the bill. If I receive lousy service and do not feel the employee is entitled to a tip, with this business Im still forced to leave one since they automatically include it in the bill. I know a lot of people, because they are having a good time or are ready to just go home at the end of the night, or in general, simply dont take a hard look at their receipts when visiting bars & night clubs. This is a perfect example of why we as customers should indeed do so. Bottom of receipt, Crafted With Love. Lol

Horrible service. Came in for a shot and Jamie made it but asked security guard for my ID after I was sitting at the bar for 2 min. I went out for my ID to my car and when I came back to the bar she had left my shot there in front of everyone, (mind you anyone could have slipped anything into that shot without me knowing)...I told her I was not taking that, she demanded me to take it ! Gratuity policy is a joke apparently if you spend more than $100 you automatically get charged a big party gratuity. The waiter didn t give us the opportunity to open a tab right away he wanted us to close the account even though we weren t done. Each check was under $80 but apparently if you had 3 checks and it adds up to more than $100 you get charged $20 gratuity. So dumb! Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. With just two drinks and 4 shots you get that charge! Our thing is we wanted to tip and the the very end according to our grand total but spend $60 get charged $20 tip automatically.
