Miss(og) shopia , She is amazing.Has helped me get my insurance straight and updated, This office is amazing. Ive been going here for 4years the only Dr Ive seen since Ive been in Texas. Helped me through my knee replacement and broken neck. Helped me through my heart attack. The new nurse practitioner is as sweet as can be and very very good. She keeps all my meds straight (and thats alot If you need a great Dr for yourself or family give them a call. They will treat you like family ,. Love you ladies

This is the best Dr. s office I have ever been too!!! I ve been going a couple of years and for the first time in 15 years I am a controlled diabetic and pain is under control! I don t know what I would do without Dr Maram and Shannon. The staff is also very friendly at the NRH location and office is very clean!

Worst experience with PCP in my life. Dr maram was awesome but staff is horrible. Lost coverage due to covid-19 and they refused to work with me. And once I showed dissatisfaction they started treating me poorly. Including trying to make me pay for a urinalysis. I hate to say this but I feel like I was discriminated against. And will be finding a new PCP. You can t run a successful practice with horrible staff and not be willing to work with people in the midst of crisis. I drove 30 mins today only to not be seen. I ve called multiple times every time it s a different person different excuse and new policy.

The staff at NRH is wonderful and professional, Ido not have health insurance, but they manage my high blood pressure and diabetes with ease and my out of pocket costs are reasonable, even for my blood panels.

I have a Masters degree in education. I am a Christian and write the truth. Usually, I write positive reviews because I believe in uplifting others. However, the truth must be revealed. When I scheduled the appointment the office ladies of only X weeks (all of them new) failed to inform me how I was making an appointment with a nurse practitioner, instead of a doctor. Next, the lab lost my blood? The office manager-wife of the doctor was very angry for inquiring about Ms. Brittanys credentials. I had to research on my own and discovered that she has quality schooling yet they hindered me.... This review is solely about the office staff and office manager. 24 hours later, I changed my 2 star to 1 star because the response included a lie of how I did receive my lab work. They only communicated data from my urine, not my blood which they claimed was lost. This review does NOT reflect Britanny Dirdack but all staff impact the care and well being of each patient. P.S. Apparently, the office staff has changed yet have the same characteristics as the previous thread of Ney. Ms.Brittany is the best part of that place but everyone does influence patients too.

I have been going to this clinic for over a year. The staff is typically friendly. Brittany is amazing and also pleasant and direct. However I was shocked from some of the staff lack of professionalism the past few days. I called because I had not heard back from the office regarding my visit. When I called I was left on hold for 16 minutes. When staffing returned they were clueless to what I wanted. I was told you have to excuse us were having a Botox party twice... Then I was placed back on hold only to be told they left specimen outside of the refrigerator. Were sorry, you can come back in and take test over. I dont live close and taking off a 3rd time within a week.

Loved them, I was rude at first (for personal reasons I dont need to get into)but apologized to the staff. They were very forgiving, patient and understanding. I loved the NP, she was knowledgable, informative and super friendly. I have found my forever clinic. Super satisfied.

I do not recommend going to this clinic at all. My experience with the NP was horrible. She does not recognize the signs and symptoms of basic sickness such as sore throat and running a strep test. She even said theirs 50 different strep test and asked me which strep test did I want to have done. Due to me having anxiety due to strep lingering in my system she prescribed me anxiety pills only, first 5mg then second 10mg as if I was crazy. I kept coming back because I still was not feeling better. This time both of my kidneys were hurting and I was having chest pains, chills could not think straight. In Texas they have 3 different locations which explains why the doctor cannot be at every location at the same time. I bumped into the Doctor due to consistently coming in the doc office because they failed to give me antibiotics for strep that I test positive for with a blood ASO two months later. The doctor ran the strep test without my knowledge which could have prevented me from getting a second opinion from another doctor if he would have communicated that he was running the test. I feel the doctor ran the test without my knowledge because he knew the nurse practitioner dropped the ball because I originally told her that I had a sore throat early on and she never swabbed my throat at all. The doctor kept telling me to stay off of google, but google was the only thing helping me. I had chest xrays and ultra sounds of my kidneys and liver done as well before the doctor prescribed the antibiotics. After taking antibiotics, of course a yeast infection came on and the doctor did not prescribe any diflucan when he prescribed the antibiotics. He knew I would be back for another prescription for a yeast infection because antibiotics clear out the good and bad bacteria. I also spoke with the supervisor of this clinic by phone, she was VERY RUDE and she yelled at me over the phone and disconnected the phone in my face. I literally went through hell and back with this clinic all to be fired by the doctors office by phone. This means (I had to google this too) I cannot go back for treatment although I had a current infection. That is against the law. I almost lost my life and I pray you do not go through the same with this clinic.

I have never been so consistent going to a doctor s office until I found this Family Care Clinics. They provide endless services and treat me like family with their professionalism and welcoming attitude. I highly recommend this office and especially Brittany!

When my doctor had closed her office due to medical issues I was devastated. I had been under her care since I was 19. Now am 30 looking for a new doctor. After praying one day I googled in searched for a new healthcare provider. When I saw their page it was an instant feeling and urge to call. When I called and explained my situation they were very understanding. They had an opening within a week to see me. The nurse practitioner Brittany is very knowledgeable. She reviewed my file and instantly knew my vitamin deficiency was due to me being vegetarian for over 5 years with poor diet to supplement the lack of iron. While others just kept giving me meds and never properly read and assess my symptoms. Now I see them for everything and couldn t be more satisfied! The girls are very professional and welcoming. You will not be disappointed! Give them a call. Ladies, they even do medspa services at an affordable price. I couldn t be more blessed to had found them!

I started see Dr. Setoudeh-Maram after being overdosed by another doctor. He is a very intelligent Doctor who cares. His Nurse Practitioner is Amazing as well. You would never guess she wasnt technically a Doctor because she knows what she is doing. I have gone to this Doctor for 5 years and not only have they listened to my issues, they were able to discover a problem that has been ailing me for 15 years. Every other Doctor told me it was a mental disorder, when it turns out I have a heart deformity. Their discovery could save my life! If only there were more Doctors like them... I highly recommend them to anyone! BTW.. I dont have insurance and they are extremely affordable. A lot of testing is done in house which significantly saves on lab costs.

Very bad service! have been there couple times never saw any doctor, only nurse practitioner... They dont follow up and dont pay attention to patients needs. very rude and unprofessional staff. I got a broken toe over a week and they havent come up with an appointment with podiatrist yet. just wondering how hard can that be! Of course there is no benefit in referring out .... I dont recommend this place to any body even my enemy!!!
