Were so fortunate to have a First Watch in Tyler, Texas. The food is high quality, freshly prepared and nicely presented. Its so nice to have a place you can feel good about supporting. I need to frequent this place now often, and highly recommend it. Vegetarian options: I had the steel cut oatmeal, it comes with fruit, brown sugar, almond milk and a homemade muffin. It was delicious

Overall, pretty good restaurant, but way too expensive for what you get. We asked if our 2-year-old could get just the pancake from the kids meal because she couldnt eat the whole meal (which would thus be a waste to buy), and so they gave us the pancake but still charged us $7.50...for a pancake...which was the price of the full meal. Absolutely ridiculous. Lol

Tried First Watch for the first time in another state, than in Austin where I live. I visit ETX frequently to see my family and had to take them to First Watch when I saw there was one here. We have come several times and each time the staff is friendly, great quality meals, and delicious coffee. Highly recommend the traditional for a classic breakfast but their rotational seasonal items are always delicious.

We have eaten here three times and it s always great. My only suggestion would be to have the waiter/waitress take care of the ticket instead of having everyone try and cram up front where people are trying to come in. The cash register could be moved and the front desk would be for the hostess greeting new customers. This would be a whole lot smoother than the way it is now. Other than that it s great

If so could give service ten stars I would. Every restaurant in Tyler needs to come watch this well oiled machine run on good attitudes and hustle. Im a former food service manager. Pulling off Sunday Mothers Day as well as these people did is a real feat. Hannah our server was perfect. I will be back. Keep it up guys. I saw what appeared to be the fastest moving manager on earth pitching in to make everything go smooth where needed. That is a real professional...his attitude is contagious and it shows!

Great food but terrible service. We signed up online for the Get In Line service. The 15-25 minute wait ended up being 35-40 minutes. After we ate, one member of our party of five paid for two leaving the other three orders for me to pay for. Somehow, four of the orders ended up on my bill and I didnt realize it until I got home so I had to return to the restaurant to get it resolved. An apology for the inconvenience would have been nice. I came here about a year ago with a friend that lives locally ( while I live out of town) and she introduced me to First Watch. I fell in love with this place and I look forward to returning. Food is delicious, and their eggs are FRESH. I enjoyed every bite of my food. The only complaint I have is about how expensive the chocolate milk was when I went. A single glass of milk when I went in 2022 was 3.59. I think other than the price of the milk, that everything else was well worth the price that I paid. Will definitely return!

I love this place because my wife can eat here and not have any problems. What I mean is they gluten free and dairy free things they make for people who have sort of tolerances. Not everything is gluten free and dairy free which good for the normal people haha. I like getting the sandwich and soup combo. On certain months they have specials on like a black board which is cool. A lot of older folks come there but its not a big deal. There is a waitress who know sign language which is good for the deaf. I have not had a bad meal there and I encourage people to go there and try it out. Update they have changed. There are a bunch of new people also there is no dedicated non-contaminated area anymore everything is cross-contaminated. You just got to ask the right questions and make sure that youre okay with cross-contamination now going and going in there. Update 10-26-23 Still nothing has changed except the price of coffee went up so thats fun (yeah right). A cup of coffee now costs $3.85 plus tax. The coffee is not that good so my advice is just bring your own. Also almost all the entrees cost over 10 bucks and when the food comes it does not look like its worth ten dollars. Maybe its me because I do not eat out that much but I could buy ingredients and have a much better experience. People are still coming here so I guess they do not mind paying but for me that I try to save money the best I can and go out to eat as a treat. I get that things are costing more but we need to be smart with money unless youre rich lol. Vegetarian options: You just need to pay attention to the menu and ask questions about what youre about to order.

The servers do NOT know how to handle big crowds. Took 20 minutes for us to get drinks and another 20 for the food to come out. My order was wrong and it took me a very long time to flag down my server and even longer for the mixup to get fixed. My drink was never refilled and the only good thing on my plate was the pancake. The eggs were flavorless and mushy. The fruit was room temp and sort of slimy. For the prices and wait, this was a horrible first experience

Amazing breakfast restaurant. Had a table of 10 and nearly all of us ordered something different and everyone raved about it. The fresh squeezed juices were incredible, I had a plain iced coffee and I was not a fan, but another at my table had one of the specialty iced coffees and thought it was amazing. I personally had the French toast and it is in my top 3 for sure. Some other items my table ordered was the biscuits and gravy, Belgium waffle, and the million dollar bowl or something like that and they were all top tier. Only complaint I have is that nobody mentioned to me that you pay upfront so I sat there for a bit and felt awkward before I figured it out. But a minor complaint in an otherwise amazing breakfast.

When I say to you this place did not disappoint from entering the parking lot to leaving was a vibe. The place was packed out at noon and we thought we would have to wait but was immediately seated upon entering the building. The decor, waitress and the young lady who seated us were kind and knowledgeable of the menu choices. The price was not over the top for what we ordered and it was tasteful. Im a omelet lover so I was impressed by the different flavors inside the omelet down to the roasted tomatoes lol. We will definitely be back to try other menu choices. I never eat all my food but as you can see I enjoyed. Thanks Vegetarian options: There are plenty vegetarian options and it actually taste fresh right down to the spring lettuce mix

We stopped here for breakfast and were very happy with it. Wife had pumpkin pancake breakfast (part of the Fall menu) and I had the farmhouse skillet hash. The pancake was absolutely delicious and so fluffy, and the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor. She also got a wonderful juice and the wet stuff was helpful and prompt.

The Seasonal Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict was something to swoon over. The presentation alone said it was going to be excellent, & it was beyond. The black beans are a little boring, but I upgraded them with a lot of Cholula. (Tx style) The sauce on the eggs had a great spice, so maybe I was supposed to mix the beans with it. I felt welcomed by every smile that every single employee gave me, & opening the door for me. Nice job First Watch!

Absolutely the best service! Our server came back and checked on us before our food arrived, and twice after. She made sure everything was to our liking, and refilled drinks. The food was beyond incredible and we will be back to visit several more times! We had the strawberry tres leches French toast, florentine egg Benedict, and salmon egg Benedict.

What a busy spot I recommend you get there with anticipation of waiting (On Sunday) but it was worth the wait. The cornbread was amazing and moist. We got The Works omelet, which was okay, but the Chickichanga was crazy good if youre on the fence, get it! The iced coffee was a bit too sweet for my liking. The waitress was friendly but they forgot my French toast which was disappointing but I will go back for it and try something different.

I just cant say enough about how good this place was! Great service! They have an abundance of fresh options for breakfast or lunch. Love how they have a whole menu of choices and options and not one of them do you have to feel guilty about. All healthy!! And they have these great handmade fresh fruit waters!

Probably the worst service I ve encountered in a long time and the food was just ok. First and last time going to this place. I ve witnessed this from this place before but I was door dashing and I thought that it was just busy, but now that I ve tried it, it just gave me a whole new outlook. We was told there was a glitch and somehow our order didn t make it but your writing it down, seems like our race/black, had something to do with it as others around were receiving great service VERY DISAPPOINTED.

After placing an order, we waited at least 15 minutes to find out our order somehow got lost and never made it..so now theres an additional wait on top of that to reorder again. It makes you wonder if race played a part. Our service was horrible, but on a positive note the Kale Tonic was good.
