Always a great time when I visit this location. Grace, Jordan G. & Jordan Y. always take great care of me. Mikala is great! I ve never seen a more involved manager. She truly cares about this store. The kitchen has always made my food right & it s always fresh! 10/10 location for Hoots.

Ordered an online order for hot (sauce type) roasted wings, paid extra for flappers only, and let me just tell you that these were the worst. Wings. I have ever had. Not only was the taste quite obvious they had either been refrigerated and recooked, or just outright old... but they were so overcooked that the bones were all shattered and the meat was like chewing literal leather. This place specializes in wings. Fast food chains would have apologized for sending these to someone and expecting them to eat them...

horrible cuatomer service. waitress took our drink order and never gave us our drinks nor came to take our order. she passed our table multiple times without even looking our way. i had to literally stop her and tell her we were ready to order. mind you, it was not busy at all and she went the table next to us three times to give them drinks. after i stopped her to tell her we were ready, she had the worse attitude while taking our order. we ended up leaving. her name was Daphne. honestly doesn t even deserve the one star.

Great place, servers are always on top of my order. The only problem I have is the wings are usually a bit more dry and hard whenever I order carry out, but are always hot and wet when I order in. Im not sure why. It sucks a little bit, but I still cant get enough of the wings, so Ill keep coming back, LOL.

Have been going to the Southwest location for years but the management is about to end that. On Mondays after Chase Elliot places in the top 10 in his Nascar race you can get a free order of fried pickles. Have been getting a 50/50 order of pickles and jalapeños for as long as I can remember but was informed by management today that I will no longer be able to do this because now get this the button they have to push on their ordering system wont accept it. The food at this location has been going down for years so this just adds to it. I dont understand this company, they get good management in there,food gets better then they move them out,move new managers in and the food and service starts dropping.

We walked in and waited 15 mins before anyone came to seat us. While still waiting to be approached, someone walked in later on and immediately someone came to the front to approach him. My husband had to tell the lady we been standing there for 15 mins . All the waitress was either being rubbed on from table to table and one right by the door at the table with her boyfriend laughing and touching on each other. Once we seated, we waited another 10 mins before the boyfriend left the table beside us and the waitress came and asked about drinks which we didnt get after 10 mins. . Very poor service . This use to be the GoTo place for my familys outings.

We dined in and sat at the bar yesterday approximately 8pm. The server/bartender behind the counter was nice but horrible mannerism. She kept sitting on the counter like she was at home talking to another waitress who was sitting on the other side of the bar and a patron speaking of things that shouldn t be hard by other patrons. Then, I guess her spouse and daughter showed up, the small child must have been about 7-9 years old and sat at the bar. I know the Texas law does not allow minors to sit at the bar regardless of being with a parent or adult. And, I know you can immediately lose your license as a server if you allow this. The server finally gave attention to what seemed to be her family once the other patron left and the other waitress went back to working. So she then proceeded to sit again very unprofessionally and eat an entire meal being the bar. I understand times are hard. But this was unacceptable as a patron and we will not be going back to this particular location.

Over sauced wings, and when I asked our server if she could put a little more seasoning on our fries, she did so with a attitude and when she brought them back we could not even eat them because they were so salty like they dumped the entire shaker on the fries .... Hailey was rude. This place is not for the cocktails. I ordered one that seemed great and it tasted nasty so I asked if I could have a different one. She tried to say it was my fault for not reading what it had. I did read it and chose it specifically for the jalapeño juice and it tasted like chemical red 40 combo idek. Usually Im not picky but if im gonna pay 12 bucks for a cocktail I would like to like it. However its not her fault. I think hooters is not for their drinks. Her attitude couldve been better though.

A friend and I used to go to this location once a week. The only thing I really liked was the hot wings and they were grossly overpriced at over $2.00 a wing after tax and tipping. But they were good and a decent size. The last time we went in, we noticed that the new wings were the tiniest, most pathetic little wings you could imagine. And the price remained the same. We were so pissed, we swore to never go again and we havent. Ive swore off chains like these. Its always about their shareholders and they will screw the consumer as much as they can get away with. Was not eating today. Been visiting Hooters a very long time and brought a friend new to the place. I am new to their app, which is not intuitive at all! I drive an hour via tolls and pass 6 different franchises to get to this location. The trip is expensive and worth every penny before I even step in the door. The wings are awesome. The burgers are awesome. The. drinks. are. Awesome. Angel, and Pricilla are some of my favorites. Super friendly, have some sass but are playful with it, and they make sure I m taken care of. Veronica on the other hand is the absolute best. Her bubbly personality always makes it easy to talk to her. She s sweet, and is always quick to follow up with me after my order has been taken. Mikayla is usually the GM there everytime I sit down, and have never had a problem with this place. Give the place a try if you haven t already.

I went there and I was seated and that was it. I had a menu, and that was taken from me and given to another table in front of me. So I was thinking maybe the server was busy with the 2 at that table and would at least ask me what I was having to drink nope. Three different servers waited on surrounding tables around me, and no one bothered to look my way. After 5 minutes, going into 10 minutes, I finally left. Im bummed!!! Took my son for the first time and fortunately his food and experience was good. He had the B.Y.O.B. burger and loved it. Started great. Server was friendly and prompt with drinks and appetizer. I was in the mood for nachos, seems simple enough. They were HUGE, but other than missing jalapeños (was told they didnt come on them normally) the heaping pile of chips with the handful of lettuce and tomatoes had a small dollop of sourcream but the cheese was barely there and had ZERO flavor....ITS CHEESE!!! Strangest thing ever. Even after having a side of jalapeño brought out (and charged for them) and dumping as much Tabasco as I could handle they we r e still bad. Like I said Im really not a picky eater and was starving, but I couldnt eat them. Not even for the salted veggies that were on top. Our server migrated to the bar and stood between two guys where 4 of the other girls were also obnoxiously flirting. I had to get up and go get her attention for a refill on my soda. Honestly the worst $60 Ive ever spent. Food and service sucked, but at least they were all great looking

This location used to be AMAZING. Since they remodeled, honestly, the wait staff service varies from subpar to terrible. The food is great! Which is why we return when the wing craving sets in. But we ALWAYS expect that 1/2 the order , whether it s a party of two or four, WILL INEVITABLY be wrong. Half of us eat while the other 1/2 wait for their food. Then the rest of the party waits while the other two eat. Not my idea of a dinner out with friends/family. It honestly makes my question our decision to keep returning. I know it s not just the waitresses fault as I remember being in food service. It s team effort and there s a definite break down in team work. Being a business owner now, I KNOW that falls on the management. Leadership is key. I hope this location starts improving in these areas. It s very frustrating & harder with each visit to be patient and not walk out 1/2 through the 1/2 delivered order. Managers do better.

This is the most ridiculous to go experience I have ever had. We placed the order an hour ago and we are just sitting here waiting for the food still. The workers are all bad. I have gone up to check on the food multiple times and, the same cashier that cashed me out approached me and asked for our name and said we don t have that order she was the one who we payed with over 30 minutes prior. It looks like they are just now going to start making it. To top it off all the workers just hang around. A cook came out into the dining room and chugged a dos xx, then went back in the kitchen. Cooks are back there vaping while they are standing in circles talking with the manager. Now for the food when we finally got it and took it home. The gallon of Lemonade wasn t full and it tasted like water. The fried pickles were soggy. They forgot the ranch. The wings were extremely small, like smallest I have ever seen, way overcooked, dry and crunchy. We also order the chocolate decadence mini and they decided to give us the cookies and cream mini instead because they were out of the one we ordered. They put it in the bag, I guess hoping we wouldn t notice or care. This was hands down the worst experience we have had at a restaurant. It blows my mind how bad it was. We love getting wings and this was our first time at Hooters and probably the last. After reading recent online reviews, I am disappointed in management not taking any action. It looks like this location has been going down hill.

Horrible service from waitress. Long wait to get our food and food was cold!! Manager was sitting around paying attention and hanging out with there co workers who were off the clock getting them beers and refills meanwhile it took 20 mins to get a water refill. We came on 5/19 afternoon. Could see food just sitting in the table but not getting served. Btw it s always empty so they can t use the excuse that it s busy.

Ordered chicken nachos. Menu said piled high with cheese, lettuce, jalapeños, sour cream , and chicken. Only thing piled high was the chips. No jalapeños. Really dissatisfied.

Was never greeted at the door (even after making clear eye contact with several employees). So when my kids and I walked to the hostess, her vibe was honestly like what yall want? Either way, I needed to eat and feed my kids. We had just wasted an hour at Pluckers and still had not eaten. After that, we were seated. And waited. And waited. And waited. Then asked the lady that was cleaning all the tables and waiting on other customers whether or not she knew who our server was. She went to get her. From that unsatisfying moment onward, everything was good. The food came out at a reasonable speed. Waffle fries and curly fries were good. And the server checked on us a lot. From now on, itll probably be Hooters over Pluckers.

When I walked into Hooters yesterday to enjoy a drink with my friend after a chaotic week, I never expected what happened. When ordering our drinks, the waitress refused to serve me and friend because our IDs were from two different states and thought we were using fake IDs, even though we are 24 turning 25 year old women. She proceeded to summon over her sad excuse of manager who agreed with her accusation of having a fake ID. We then offered to show him a copy of our passports with our DOBs and he launched into a rant of how that is illegal it isn t. As a woman of color, being verbally assaulted by a white man who refused to give two compliant women a chance is sad. I would also like to point out that this Hooter s is next to a hotel and people travel to Texas for work, hence the reasoning for having IDs from out of state. It is unfortunate this man is incompetent and treated us poorly. I hope upper management realizes this man is an issue and deals with him properly.

Two of my good friends went there this past weekend for drinks, and the manager is a wannabe tough guy who harassed them because he believed they are under 21, which is factually untrue, as they are both 24, almost 25 and provided proper identification. Furthermore, they offered to show copies of their passports (which is perfectly legal), and he claimed that s it s illegal (which it isn t) because he was in the military. I understand that you need to be over the age of 21 to drink, however, the audacity this man had harassed two young women, was uncalled for especially for two repeat customers. This man needs to be fired. I know for a fact others in general have been fired for much less. This man should no longer be allowed as management in not only Hooters, but any restaurant. Hooters just lost several customers due to his actions. If I could rate this Hooters less than 1/5 stars, I would. Shame on you. Shame on your families.

I had made an order online. 30 mins later I went it and I m told they can t make my order due to them shutting down their stations early . No one called or even emailed me saying order cancelled . I was literally the only one in the restaurant. Terrible service !

Liberty was an absolutely amazing server! She is so sweet and really went above and beyond even while being one of the only servers on duty and the restaurant being busy. We went in on a Wednesday around 530, and there was an older male manager, Liberty, and a bartender on duty. Liberty and the bartender were very busy as they were the only two serving for the first hour. During this time, I observed the male manager yell at both of them from across the room and bar when customers came in. The way the manager yelled demands at the servers made me extremely uncomfortable. He seemed like a mean, possibly misogynistic manager based on the way he barked demands at the female servers like they were dogs. I did not like seeing them treated that way and I almost wanted to say something or ask Liberty if she was okay. She seemed stressed and I really hope that this was just a fluke and these servers aren t talked to like that on a daily basis.

Food was excellent. Havent had it in awhile but they were just as I remembered them too be.. Only thing was service was slow.. Waiting for soda refill or asking for Mayo took awhile and they were not busy at all. We were there at 1 pm on a Tuesday . Took sometime to get the check too.. Maybe this is still from the whole covid thing and they are short on wait staff. I would go back again though because of the food.
