Dr Rizvi & his staff are the kind of medical professionals, I want helping to monitor my health! Although no doubt he could speak, so far above my understanding, he doesn t. Dr Rizvi explained his findings & proposed treatment plan in a logical, convincing & understandable manner. He ultimately advised an alternative & less invasive treatment than what others had suggested. One that monitors me 24-7, & communicates with his office, so they can see any changes & alert me!

Dr. Rizvi is just fantastic. He is such a kind man with a great personality. I needed to have a pacemaker put in, and as soon as he walked into the room with that warm smile. I knew I would be in good hands. He went out of his way to explain the procedure in detail where I could understand it. He took his time with me, and answered all my questions. I knew right then I want this Doctor to do this surgery. On the day I had it done, there He was with that great smile, and reassuring tone. I was completely relaxed. Everything turned out great. My follow up visit was just as good as the first visit. He asked me how I felt, if I had any concerns, he checked the monitor and said my heart isnt missing a beat, and its a strong rhythm. Yet again he never rushed me , and took his time with me as if I was his only patient. I cant say enough about what a great specialist he is. Im really blessed to have him as my Doctor.

Dr. Rizvi did a phone visit with my 98 year old mother who is unable to go to office visits any longer. She has a pacemaker which he monitors. He replaced the battery 6 months ago so battery life was not an issue. Monitor was down loaded so he had all the info. We appreciated his willingness to accommodate her needs.

The ladies in the office are the absolute worst. I can best describe them as lazy, unhelpful, liars. My spouse had a stroke and went to the ER we then had to have the ER cardiologist send the records to an inetwork cardiologist for follow up. I did as they instructed and had the records sent over to the two fax numbers they provided. Even though there was an electronic confirmation from the original cardiologist the ladies in the office would do absolutely nothing to help us move forward. Everyday we worry about my spouse as he needs a follow up and seen by a cardiologist. I certainly pray we dont have another episode of stroke or tia. He has a hole in his heart and may need surgery but these ladies dont care. Now we have to find another cardiologist in network and have been messing around with these do nothing girls for two weeks******

Dr Rizvi is the best! I have been to at least 4 different doctors for my Afib in the past 12 years. One of those doctors wouldn t even walk across the street to see me in the ER after a really bad episode. I had two failed ablations and a lot of years of doctors throwing pills at me to treat the symptoms. I was apprehensive about having another ablation because my symptoms got worse after each failed ablation in the past. Dr Rizvi was very understanding and with no pressure gave me my options. We tried a few things and ultimately we went with the cryoablation. The best decision I ve ever made. I have been Afib free for over a year now and anyone with almost daily Afib knows how amazing that is. Thank you Dr Rizvi for giving me my life back!

This doctor has a very pleasant, optimistic and practical demeanor. Knowledgeable and helpful. His PA, Terry (sp?) is also very engaged and capable. Visited his office again last week. I had a pacemaker put in several years ago and have dealt with 3 different cardiologists. Dr. Rizvi is by far the best. He is very patient in addressing my concerns and explains things in a way that I can understand. His office staff is excellent and the wait time was under 10 minutes. I have every confidence in Dr. Rizvi and highly recommend him!

His staff, his PA, and the Abbott representative that works directly with him are also professional and friendly. Super group... Our family is so pleased to have Dr. Rizvi taking care of our mother. First of all, he practices good medicine - the most important thing. But even more, he is caring, concerned, and he listens to everything you have to say and answers all questions clearly and honestly. I am a patient of Dr Kamran Rizvi at Texas Cardiovascular Specialists. I have been seeing him for my atrial fib for over a year. Dr. Rizvi and his staff are incredible! He was informative, and had very good bedside manner. I felt that him and his nurse spent the appropriate amount of time speaking with me, and making sure I understand everything. He order some tests, but just enough to find out what was important. Not enough to be invasive, and not so little that Id be concerned. Thank you Dr. Rizvi!!
