If wasn t for the food being out of temp. Food was stale and looks like it has been kept in a room temp for sometime. Didn t taste good. Other than that good experience playing golf and enjoying the conversations. I like the way they set it up. It offers more privacy for you and for your group. This was a quick visit for sure will go back. Please work on your food trays presentation and quality.

Fun team outing experience around lunch time. Checkin was quick and simple, hostess explained venue layout and navigation pretty briefly. We navigated to our bay and were greeted by our waitress very friendly but very hard to hear her speak. We made due nonetheless and enjoyed the variety of appetizers and meals orders within the group. We played a few different rounds of top golf from normal games to angry birds. The bays were spacious, with ample seating space and well suited with different club sizes, we also noticed others bringing in their own golf clubs. Would return but likely in the evening and not in the TX summer heat. While there were fans blowing, the heat was still very uncomfortable during our visit.

We had a great time as a group! Definitely recommend for anyone going out for an after work gathering. As someone whod never swung a club I was a bit intimidated, but there are multiple games and multiple difficulties to aim for. By the end of the night I had won a round However if anyone sees this, just some feedback on the food: One of the things I ordered was cheese fries, as I just wanted something small I could munch on slowly. Im not sure if this is a Texas thing, but queso poured over fries does NOT constitute cheese fries. The queso gets absorbed into the fries, the whole thing devolves into a soggy mess... just put shredded cheddar or parm on fries and put it in the oven for a bit. It would be much more delicious, and cleaner

For the most part everything is fine. Games still have accuracy issues. The most annoying thing about the place is how eager they are to start charging hourly and fast they want to kick you out if the game time stops. I was trying to order my drink and I was quickly interrupted and told that I need to start the game and log in. Everytime I have been the last 4 times, they don t even ask if you want your check, they just bring it. I tried to finish my beer and food that we paid for and they were immediately giving me the check. Within 2 min after that the manager came over and started grabbing our food asking if we needed help moving to the bar because this bay was assigned to another party. Within a 5 min period, there was another party standing over us (table still not bussed yet) waiting for us to move. Now, I would completely understand on a Saturday with long wait times, but this was a Wednesday evening with the next 10 bays next to us completely empty. They were obviously trying to show us who s boss.

We had an overall great experience. The highlight was definitely trying out the new golf club called The Sure Thing it was fantastic and added a lot to the game. I went in the afternoon to take advantage of the discounts, but unfortunately, the heat was unbearable. Despite the fans being on, they didn t do much to cool us down. We even asked if the fan could stay in a fixed position rather than oscillating, but there was no way to adjust that. It might be worth considering some better cooling options for those sweltering afternoons. Despite the heat, the overall experience was enjoyable. Kid-friendliness: I also want to note that Topgolf is very kid-friendly. Ive gone with my 10-year-old and 6-year-old in the evening, and both had a great time. They have kids golf clubs available, but youll need to ask for them. Its a fun experience for the whole family!

Cray was wonderful! He went above and beyond to help make my husband s birthday celebration a fun and memorable experience for our whole family. He saw that we had a birthday balloon and pulled me aside to tell me they would be bringing out their amazing donut holes and ice cream as a surprise. I didn t even have to ask! Then later on he saw my mother-in-law had brought a cake, and he brought us dessert plates. Again, without us having to ask! Very observant and considerate! Besides the service, our food was very good as well. We had a great time! Kid-friendliness: My boys, 9 and 7, had a great time. They love the games they can play and compete with each other. We wanted the 1st level (because it makes me nervous being on the 2nd or 3rd floor with them), but they were full. We ended up on the 2nd floor and it ended up being fine. We were first put at in an area were our screen didnt work after 30 minutes of them trying to fix the screen they moved us to a second location where the screen worked but the game was glitching not reading our hits. I always recommend Topgolf to anyone, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. It was our brothers birthday and that was the reason why we made a reservation in the first place to make sure we are well accommodated. Despite requesting a booth on either the 2nd or 3rd floor when booking through the online app, we were placed on the 1st floor upon arrival. When I asked if there was any way to accommodate our initial request, I was informed that nothing was available and no accommodation could be made, even if we were willing to wait. Adding to the disappointment, the food quality was well below expectations, particularly the overly salty wings. The entire experience was so disappointing that we ended up leaving with 50 minutes of game time remaining. This has definitely made me question whether returning to Topgolf or recommending it to friends would be worthwhile. The stars are only to the server who was very attentive and served us well.

Terrible experience be aware this place will charge you for an alcoholic beverage but will give you a glass of orange juice instead of a sangria and a cup of pink syrup instead of a strawberry margarita. When I let the server know she said yeah I saw the manager pour a bunch of orange juice when I asked to have it remade she said the manager let her know to charge me again, so I decided to order a margarita instead but it was even worse I feel like this might be a common scam to all costumers.

Me and my friends were racial profiled at this location, the waiter took our real id s to the back room (which they rarely do) because they looked suspicious and said he was going to scan them, which we had no problem with, we then caught him lying about them having a scanner because the manager said they didn t even own one and they declined them because they have the power to do so even without any clear reasoning at all. When we asked him what the issue was with the id he was constantly stuttering and couldn t even give us a real reason. Really fun experience. You can bring friends and family and spend a whole day here. I was only there for one hour and the one hour was worth it. Very clean with plenty of room for you and your friends and family to hit golf balls. There is plenty of game modes and clubs. We had so much fun here! Its like going to a bowling alley experience but elevated and for golfing! There are multiple floors to choose from. We were on an upper level. You get points for getting the ball in certain targets and for distance. The staff were very nice and checked on us often. You pay by the hour and 2 hours was just about right for the 8 of us with a couple of us sharing turns with one of the younger kids. Other than a couple of times when the balls were not coming out, everything was perfect. The food was good.

I usually really enjoy my experience at this TopGolf location. This time, we were charged twice for a drink despite only receiving one. When we asked about it, we were told that Zach, the bartender, had already dropped off the drink earlier in the evening before we were brought another one. We had never been served by Zach so we didn t understand why we were being charged. When one of us spoke to Zach, he couldn t even tell us which bay he delivered the drink to. We spoke to Peyton, the manager, and she said she believes her staff over us. We asked that they pull the cameras but they said they couldn t. We were really disappointed with the service and don t plan to go back. Be careful, you might get accused of stealing!

I love this Topgolf location and make it a weekly habit to come here after work to due to the great deals. This last time I was very disappointed in the service as they double charged my party a drink and accused us of stealing. The staff members Peyton and Zach developed a story about how we stole and we told them if they pulled the cameras they would see we didn t steal. Very disappointed in the customer service we received and won t be returning to this location.

Service was absolutely terrible. Had a big party so we made reservations on the 2nd floor 2 hours in advance and they gave one of the lanes we reserved away not even 10 minutes before we were supposed to be there. When we went and asked for similar accomodations, the associates Matthew and another one (he wasnt wearing name tag, skinny guy and had a scar on his right eyebrow) said we actually booked the first floor and had to get management involved. After we finally got our lanes the service was terrible. Food took forever to be served (an hour and a half) and half of the time it wasnt even made right or was just never even brought, I had to go up to the staff multiple times and ask where food was because we barely got any service in the first place. All in all it was way over priced for the service we got, its not that I dont recommend top golf, just this specific one.

Jon the manager took very good care of us since it was a little hiccup in the beginning he made sure our experience at topgolf was a good and it really was. He came to check on us on several occasions and stood on his word with his answers to our question. Overall a very great experience and service was top tier. Zach was our server and he did a wonderful job, very nice and great customer service! We will be back the next time we visit Texas. Thank you all at topgolf!

My experience at Top Golf The Colony was extremely disappointing. Despite being told a wait time of 1 hour and 30 minutes, when I checked after just 1 hour and 10 minutes, I was informed of a wait time of a little under 1 hour. While waiting, I attempted to order an appetizer in the restaurant area, but after being skipped by a large group, I waited an additional 25 minutes with minimal assistance from the numerous employees present. The lack of efficiency and customer service was evident, and Id rather endure a longer drive to the Dallas location than endure such a subpar experience again. Its disappointing that The Colony location doesnt uphold higher standards for its employees.
