It looks like there are more than one person that have experienced a violation by this law firm a violation of ethics at least. I will be filing a grievance with the state bar association I suggest the rest of you do the same. My 39-year-old husband died of a major heart attack suddenly leaving me and his 5-year-old son alone. I asked Foster Law Firm ( Lonnie Foster ) for help to do the probate.I was charged $2,000, given the affidavits that needed to be filled out and filed with the court. These are firms that are easily found on the Internet and free to download and orint. I was having trouble filling out the paperwork getting no help from Foster Law firm. My father went ahead and took care of the probate for me because I didnt know how to fill out the paperwork and I wasnt getting any help from my supposed lawyer. When I ask for my $2,000 back Lonnie Foster mailed a signed letter stating the $2,000 was exhausted because of the several hours of work that he had done on my case. He didnt do anything on my case except get up out of his chair and hand me some paperwork to fill out. Im sure you can imagine your husband passing away suddenly is quite an ordeal. Ive lost my house I dont have a job I need all the money I can get. Mr. Foster has taken advantage of a widow, and has performed absolutely no work for me at all. And will not give me back my money. His behavior is reprehensible, please second guess your decision to use him.

Unless you are a close personal friend Lynn at least, does not care about you. After $5k to for doing nothing he let me go as a client because I couldn t afford to mediate. Of course he is keeping the money even though he did no work on my case. In this instance I m trying to keep my child out of an extremely dangerous situation and all he sees is dollar signs. It s really sad.

Attorney Lonnie Forster did nothing but prolong a case. We paid an big chunk of money to do his job and pay a fee we had. We later find out that he didn t even pay the fee. So we payed an extra amount of money for a job he should ve done and told us he would ve done. I recommended never going to him unless you want to spend extra money and time on something that could ve been done quicker. SLOWEST attorney ever and a waste of time and money. Didn t you go to law school?

So I paid to get my record expunged which were only misdemeanors because it was stoping me from getting an apparment and a second job. Well the lawyer there said i met all the requirements for expungment so i paid what they asked and it was supposeed to be taken care of. Well 6 months later she told everything was taken care of and that everything that was discussed was taken care of! Well a year later and i got to get an apartment for me and my son and i was denied because nothing was taken off my record nothing we disscussed was taken off.. now fast forward to today i was just denied my apparent for me and my son because my recond was never expunged in the first place.... after i was told i met the requirements and after i was told it was taken care of... becareful coming to this place.... and make sure you get what ever you wanted taken care of cause what i oaid for wasnt taken care of and im going to report to the bbb if i can cauee thisnis now messing with my familys well beingg
