Came again forna quick break had my coco loco and had a cookies n cream frap. Was delish as always. Took photos of the most popular and daily order drinks. 1st time here at their solo store was fantastic, staff is very friendly and my drinks were up to par thank you staff. The place was very clean and very comfortable just to sit and chat and relax, sippin my coco loco that i love. I recommend this place anytime vs. Other overrated places for this kind of drink.

Last Wednesday we went once again to the pharr location, we downloaded the app where they gave us a free coffee for my wife and I and I took the opportunity to buy my son an ice white chocolate mocha medium but when we got to our house my son told me Its not the coffee we had supposedly bought because its the one he always drinks. At that moment, I spoke to the branch to make the complaint and the girl who took the call told me to just stop by the branch and say that they gave me the wrong kind. order asking him that if I didnt go, could someone else go, answering yes, just saying my name, which he asked me and supposedly wrote down. My son went to get his coffee at the branch and they didnt give it to him, saying that they didnt know anything about a coffee in my name, he texted me so we could check the information and received a no in response, he asked to speak to the manager and they also received a resounding no, clarifying what They need a number that they should have given me to make the claim for the coffee and I couldnt give it to them... They clarify their policies or explain well to the staff that works as things should be because the coffee was not rewarded and was purchased.

This placed served us moldy cake and didn t want to refund it. Really disgusting. Please don t come here if you don t want to get sick. Shocked I have to even tell their employees to check their food and not serve it. They get their sweets frozen, then defrost them and leave them in a container for a week at room temperature. They don t even refrigerate them. This place is a health risk waiting to happen. Will be calling public health officials.

This place served us a piece of cake with MOLD on it. When we asked for a refund they told us that we need to throw away our drinks if we want a refund. We had teas. They insisted we throw away our hot water or they won t refund us an insanely moldy cake. Absolutely selfish, greedy, and ridiculous. So unsanitary and I urge NO ONE to come here. Unless you want to eat MOLDED FOOD. Absolutely disgraceful from this cooperate chain!!!

I am disappointed that this place does not have customer satisfaction service for customers. I was told that if I don t like the coffee/drink I order they could not make me a new one. I understand this is a local business but it is pretty successful for it not to take case of its customers. This is why I don t stop buying from Starbucks bc they at least remake my drink I don t like it. With more openings of this coffee shop, I believe they can help with remaking a drink to keep customers happy.

Ordered an iced cofee with cinnamon, hated it so I asked if I could exchange it. Every time I go to Gloria Jeans Coffees, I enjoy my drink. Its worth the drive I have to go. Whether it is coffee or tea (hot or iced). I also like their blueberry muffins, especially with their sugar topping. There is a coffee place closer, but I would rather go that extra distance to Gloria Jeans (Pharr location) for my coffee. Service is kind and attentive. Which I appreciate.

The correctly I went and this manager NAME LUIS. The last few times Ive come I find pieces of chocolate chips inside my iced coffee. However, this time the chocolate chips were inside the iced teas. How can this happen? Theyre iced TEAS. My family and I are lactose intolerant! The chocolate chips are made of milk chocolate I believe. I ve noticed they mix all the drinks with the same untensils which is probably how they get inside the drink. It s 2021 and many people have allergies let alone cross contamination is very likely to happen. I ask for almond milk on my iced coffee and the last 3 times I ve gone, I get an upset stomach shortly after. Non dairy drinks should NOT be mixed or let alone any of the drinks. This can prevent cross contamination!! Cross contamination is definitely preventable!! I hope they can work on this because I love supporting LOCAL and I enjoy their coffee but management needs better training or just no mixing at all. Also the menu says large cups are 32 oz but the cups are 28 oz and the price remains the same.
