Last week my family and I decided to have Cotton Patch for dinner. Our food was delicious and the service we received was awesome. The restaurant seemed a little busy when we arrived, but to my surprise it didnt seem long before our food was at the table. Our waitress was a very sweet girl named Katie. She our drinks filled and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you to all the staff for a great dinning experience.

8 of us stopped by for a late lunch on a Sunday. All of us had something wrong with our order and the food was slightly above room temperature. I paid for everyones meal because I was embarrassed that going there was my idea. Server was a nice dude. I hope he didnt share the tip with the kitchen staff. Do not eat here. There are so many better places.

Everything was just okay. Beef tips tasted like they were made using canned beef. Was like eating Dinty Moore soup. Cheeseburger was bland. Squash casserole wasn t good at all. Butter cake was the best thing. Very moist and gooey. Also, the only thing that was warm.

My family ate at Cotton Patch this evening, the waitress was great. However, the food was slow to come out and it wasnt busy. My family enjoyed their food. I had a turkey and bacon sandwich, it was awful the turkey was thick and dry I ate half of it. The waitress suggested a chicken sandwich I agreed to have that, after waiting 10 minutes she stated she doesnt know why cook is not cooking it. I am not sure why she didnt tell her manager. She stated the manager would take it off the ticket . I told that her that would be fine. This location will not get my business and cook was SORRY. I tried to get on the email address given an error message came up stating there is an issue with the merchant page.

Hunter was the most amazing server I ve ever had. Best service I ve ever had at this establishment. We need more Hunters in this world. I never had to ask for a refill he just knew like we were connected telepathically. I m addition he brought us fresh rolls without us even asking. The establishment was clean because Hunter was running around cleaning the tables. He also sang happy birthday with coworkers and I ve never seen a child so happy on their birthday. This Cotton Patch will always hold a special place in my heart because of my experience with Hunter. He needs a raise because the work he does worth more than 2.15/hour plus tips. I ll be back tomorrow to get Hunter s schedule, when I come back if he is not working I will not be staying to find out who will serve me next. Thank you for your service Hunter .

We love coming here. The food is always very good. The staff are attentive but not overbearing. It can get a little noisy when they are busy because of the hard floor surface, but overall you can carry on a conversation with your dining party. Asked for a booth for my wife, who has back issues and was told by the hostess that those areas were closed and not available. There were customers seated in both areas. We had dinner. The food was good. The drinks were cold. I had a BLT it had plenty of bacon and the sauce on it was delicious. Hubby had the meatloaf, but it was not to his taste. It has a bell pepper taste to it. Son had the grilled chicken and both hubby and son thought it was wonderful. Parking: You do have to cross a busy parking lot to get to the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking is across a busy parking lot street, but is the first couple of rows. There is a cut out to get up the curb to the store front. There is plenty of room in the restaurant to maneuver.

Its mothers day and we were excited to eat here after church. We arrived and were told we would only have a 30 min wait. We waited over an hour. My mom went and asked how much longer and the blonde haired girl stated that it would be an additional 30 mins because the kitchen is down or backed up. We then had a young lady come 5 or 10 mins later and take us to a booth with no lights on. I asked her why are we being seated in the back with no lights, do they not work? She said she didnt know and that was the only place they had available. On top of that, the table was not clean and the booth was dirty. I had my two children and she proceeded to ask if we needed a childrens menu. She had an attitude the whole time, like she did not want to serve us. Other than one black gentleman, we were the only blacks and they treated us as such. Its sad you cant go celebrate your mom without being mistreated. Racism should be old, especially when we are working hard for our money to be able to eat where we like. We will not be going back and will report this to the corporate office.

We haven t been to this Cotton Patch in about 2 years due to horrendous service. We decided to give it a try again tonight I ordered the Dr. Pepper bacon burger which was excellent and my wife got the Turkey club which had a couple hard chunks in it that were not edible. I originally ordered regular fries but my wife reminded me of the sweet potato fries which are really good so I switched it. Unfortunately, when my food arrived it was still the regular fries. I mentioned it to him and he said he didn t hear me. Well, I do not believe that was the case because he acknowledged it. He said he would get them for me and then when he walked by he said, sorry, they were going to make you pay for a side. I let it go because it s not the end of the world but it s TERRIBLE customer service. I have to pay for your mistake? Nope. Looks like another 2 years before I try again. Thanks for letting me rant!

Horrible service. The fact that this had never happened before and now it s happened twice I can see now why the times we have gone we never see hispanics. Clear racism on what we have experienced, we were sat down by the hostess 15-20 mins went by and not one waiter/waitress bother to take our order. The place literally was empty only 3 tables being occupied and for us to be sat down behind family and clearly see the waiter that was supposed to wait on us but clearly never did. I picked up the order to go. But everything was cold. Chicken fried steak. The scoop of potatoes was cold and a little hard. Steak and backed potatoe was good.

I went to this location the evening before and the food was AMAZING!!!!! so much so that I attempted to go back the next day, which was the worst mistake EVER! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the 25 minute call in time, the skillet cornbread was horrible, my meat loaf was mushy, the veggies were horrible, my Chicken fried chicken dinner was bland.. and I was told that the entire staff was just starting, so that may have been the issue . I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone because I had just eaten there less than 24 hours prior and it was literally like night and day

I will never dine at another Cotton Patch period...my husband is in a wheelchair and I have cancer..so we ordered $92.60 dollars, including tip ..we received what I would consider dangerous food and when I talk to the manager he said I could not have ordered almost a hundred dollars worth of food because nothing on there menu is over $15.00.. so when I felt well enough to load my husband in the car, I made a point to meet with one of the main managers, and I told him what happened to us and showed him a copyof our receipt to prove i was telling the truth .. So my reply to your some what apology is..I received no respect as a customer and a customer with serious disabilities for both my husband and I... I had no way to bring the food back!!!... so, as the manager said to me, you should not have thrown the food away ..so theres nothing I can do about it..even after I tried to explain our situation. ... well, congrats, Cotton Patch. You took 2 disabled seniors citizens money .. I hope it helps your bottom line .. we will never be a customer of Cotton Patch ... you do not have enough money or free food for life that will ever repair what your company and manager made us feel like that night..we were simply nobody to you ... I was the president and founder of All Steel Fabrication Inc. in Fort Worth Tx, I successfully owned and ran my company for 34 years, and yes, I was successful because I knew the value of my customers, and they were treated with respect .. something Cotton Patch needs to train their management in.. because the manager I spoke to needs training or fired.. because I am sure Im not the only customer his done this to.. I want nothing from Cotton Patch because I cant unhear what the manager on shift said to me and then hung up on me!!!!..

If someone is knocking on the door to pickup an order, don t just ignore them and act like you do not see, or hear them if the order wasn t completed, then let us know because we can t see that information on our end and that s incredibly rude to just act like someone is not there. It would take two seconds to come to the door and say the order wasn t completed because we were already closed or whatever the reasoning was. Also, the website says you close at 9:45pm so the door shouldn t have been locked anyway.

Just happened to be in Burleson today and stopped for dinner. 2 of us ordered chicken fried steak with 2 sides from the smaller portion menu for $12. While we were eating we noticed there was a Monday special for a regular size chicken fried steak and 2 sides for $9. We asked our server if we could get the $9 price and she said there was no way she could re-ring for the lower price so we spent more money for less food. It would have been nice if she would have pointed out the special when we were ordering. I find it hard to believe there is no way to comp the difference.

Burleson has lots of food options in concentrated area. We chose to stop in one our favorite homestyle spots. Cotton patch Cafe will not disappoint. Our service was prompt ,courteous and friendly. Food came out quickly, everything was great. If youve need tried this place your missing out. Cant go wrong with any menu item.

Came in and there were 15 tables/booths open - girl left us up front and went to the back - not sure why - we waited awhile then I grabbed our menus and was going to just grab a booth when she came back - meatloaf was only one small piece not like previously There was plenty of room but long tables were so pushed together that the waitress couldnt get through and customers had to pass drinks down from the ends of the tables Was freezing cold - people were wearing sweaters and jackets and one of the girls seating people had material on both knees gone from her jeans - okay to wear to a football game but very tacky for a restaurant All in all the manager needs to their job - server was great

I dont know why I keep going to this location other than its the only one around near me without driving 30+ minutes. This cotton patch is the worst Ive been to. Multiple people I have talked to and in my groups personally eating there get the runs or food poisoning here. I swore it off at this location years ago but tried it out once again, but only because it was chosen by other people. The food isnt horrible, but sometimes its just off. Like they are trying to add extra salt or flavors to cover up expiration dates, especially on their fish and seafood. But the issue I have other than people getting sick or refusing to eat their food is we came in because they have the kids eat free on Thursdays. Well, we have 3 children, and the management always gave us all 3 for free. A couple of weeks ago, we went in, and did the kids eat free and were told by the server that they couldnt do all 3, that it is 1 child per adult. That is perfectly fine, and we are willing to follow the rules. However, the GM at the time or district manager came over and told us that if we ask for management that they would always accommodate our 3rd child. It turns out to just be up to whoever is working because the GM that was there yesterday scolded us in front of staff saying that they would never do it again and talked down to us like children in the principals office. We didnt come in to do anything wrong or against the rules. The staff then began to treat us differently. They would not return our check to the table. Even after asking, it took 15 min to bring our check back with 2 tables seated other than ourselves. The staff was pointing at us and bringing others to look at us and pointing, making us extremely uncomfortable and making snippy comments amongst themselves. We came in and did as we were told to do by management, then get scolded by another person in front of staff and guests. To then be treated like criminals coming in to take something illegally and be treated like less than a guest at the restaurant. This even all took place after I asked if I could still use my military discount as I was intending on paying separately, but she just looked at me and walked away. This happened several times after as well when asking for other things from that point on. We were always friendly with her and had no complaints until we mentioned the manager telling us to request him for the 3rd child. I dont think I will be returning to this location. The staff was unprofessional at best. The service is always slown even with 1 or 2 tables there. It has always been that way. But we like cotton patch. Just this location is severely lacking in good management. With being consistent with taking their customers as a priority. Because without us you dont have a job. Ive seen management treat other people that way at this location, so I cant say that Im surprised. They need a complete change of staff and management here. Hopefully, getting some people in that actually care about their job and the company they work for and especially its patrons will help fix the issues there because its a great location. It makes sense why its always empty but why is it so slow with 5 servers 3 cooks 2 managers and only 2-4 tables every time I go. Impressions are everything especially from staff and this place is lacking in every improbable area.

Okay so I ordered to go I get home open my container and come to find out that my food was microwaved. They left the microwave bag with food in it on my Togo plate. First I was told they do that so that the butter doesnt get on my other food from the broccoli but yet my broccoli didnt have any butter on it. Then I was told the reason why they do that is to keep the food warm I live 5 mins away from restaurant food was cold. Chicken fried steak had too much bread and potatoes was a lump. Dont appreciate paying almost $40 for some food that has been in the microwave. Microwave food is for the home not for takeout from a restaurant going to try to get Gordon Ramsay involved. I give them a 6 divide in half minus 2

I spent an hour and a half trying to make an Uber eats order, And it was never accepted? I thought perhaps a mistake or maybe overlooked. I called to see if they were busy and the boy that answered stated that it was on my end not theirs? I called to speak to a manager and I was on hold for 15 min. Excellent service, food was fresh, hot and really good. Very clean restaurant. This was just bad. Anything that was fried tasted like the grease hadnt been changed. Ever. Wasnt packed well. Found part of the food in the bottom of the bag. Wasnt sealed. Every place Ive gotten delivery from seals the food containers and/or bags. Not this place. Would not recommend. Will definitely not be ordering from them again.
