Supporting Staples office supply stores is good for all sizes of businesses, individuals, educators etc. Its nice to have assistance setting up home offices and small businesses. Staples staff is always super professional and helpful at all U.S. locations I have shopped at. Staff at the Temple Tx definitely added the TX hometown personality. I hope they will keep adding Arts & designer features to their in store shopping experience. For Temple office supplies, I prefer this Staples stores to other online stores that offer business supplies. With the discounts their prices are competitive and the stores are well stocked and its nice to have printing facilities in store. Thank you Staples!

recently started a subscription at Staples for one of your products thats hard to find in my area. I have had two deliveries since starting the service and both have been short product, the 1st I was short 4 bottles, the 2nd 5 bottles of 24. I have canceled my subscription since Im getting charged for 24 and getting far less.

For over a week I have had to call more than 4 times to speak to customer service because my delivery continues to be delivered to a different address. Finally one of my orders arrived yesterday, but all the coffee boxes arrived damaged, open and missing k-cup. today i was going to receive my second order and they just tell me they lost my package again. This has been a nightmare. I ordered everything online to make everything easier but this company has made everything more difficult for me

My recent visit to the Staples store left me utterly appalled. The public restroom was a hygiene nightmare, blatantly violating OSHA and quality control standards with dead bugs scattered about. To make matters worse, an employee seemed more engrossed in her cellphone than attending to her duties, reflecting a lack of commitment to customer service. The questionable appearance of staff members hinted at a disregard for any semblance of a dress code. The overall atmosphere exuded a tone of neglect and displeasure, utterly incongruent with the reputation one expects from a reputable business. Any manager associated with such a disgraceful establishment should feel deep shame.

In the midst of relocating, I was in Temple last Saturday and needed a printing project completed that I could not get done in Dallas. In my effort to multitask, I returned back to this location that had previously done many projects for me during my time as a resident of Temple. Sara greeted me with smile and confidence as I quickly explained my issue with the Staples in Dallas, and assured me that she understood exactly what I needed. She asked when I would be back, and went the extra mile to request my phone number so she could call me when it was done and ready for pickup. I was so amazed and impressed BEFORE the print job was completed that I asked her name, and advised her that I would be sending in a review with her name mentioned. I received the phone call from her very promptly (the printing project was completed earlier as discussed) and the phone call was received, as promised. Sara was just as pleasant and professional upon my return. The prints were already bagged, and upon her suggestion we reviewed the prints together. They were absolutely perfect, just as our interaction had been from the start. I just wanted to express that Sara met and exceeded my expectations.

Worst printing company in this central area. The printing manager (Ben) is always on a conference call and will never return your emails or voicemails over simple questions and simple tasks. if you see Lauren in the printing area just leave the building all together. she cannot even tell you a price or even know the difference between 2 different labels or even know how to work a computer at all. They do not know how to make multiple labels and will keep the packaging that you bought from another store and will not replace it no matter how many times you ve asked the manager to do it and not work on them anymore because they have ruined every single one . I do not know how this place is still open or how the general manager hasn t even addressed any issues at this place

I have used staples for my printing needs quite a bit over the years and I have never seemed to have an issue. I recently went and the experience has been absolutely horrible. The customer service was completely inexcusable every single time. I went into the store wanting to get some downloads printed out on card stock. I waited patiently in line until an employee pulled me out of line insisting that I could use the self serve area. I tried to explain that I had questions and I needed something different but she already had me out of line. Then when she finally looked at what I was wanting she said oh we need the computer for that and then walked away behind the counter where the gentleman that was behind me was getting helped now. After an even longer wait I finally get to place my order without an apology or any kind of attempt to get me helped quickly. I picked up my order the next day. Its not exactly what I had imagined but I purchased and left. A day later I decide I would like to get one of the prints a different way and wanted to call to place the order to avoid going through the whole scenario of going to the store. I called and got transferred to the copy/print area and she asks to put me on a hold. 20 minutes later on hold (24 minutes total) I hang up and call back. I got transferred back to the same area and the same employee answers with a large attitude. I told her to just forget it and did not place an order. Until theres better staff/training of staff I dont believe I can return. I have relatively easy requests and questions there is no need for the disrespect.

I ve been coming to this store for several months now. Their customer service is always right on. This week I was struggling with the servers for the color printing. A woman named Greg intervened, used the store computers to print my documents free of charge and then helped me make the copies. I think they have a staff that cares.

Greg (her nickname) is awesome! I went in needing documents printed from an email and a photo on my cell phone, and I didn t even know where to start. She took the time to send both to Staples email and generated a code for printing. But she didn t stop at that, she took me to the printer and made the copies for me. This store has employees who dont care for your business. Visited this store to check the availability of the desk for my son which I was told to come Tuesday since they get trucks on Monday. I asked the person in store who was horrible. Didnt want to help at all. Asked the lady at register his name but she said I cant give his name and left from register Wow, thats how they run business. Printing services are so limited now, they are practically worthless. Not to mention, I cannot email an order in and get my printed materials via curbside pick-up (which they so proudly advertise to help with social distancing) I cannot email a print order in at all. This store used to be great. I was a regular customer, printed countless items there. Now, they are basically an overpriced office supplies section of Walmart, with a copy machine.

This review is for the store manager Benjamin. I place on online order for wedding signs, menus, programs, etc. It came out incorrect and the associate in the printing area did what he could to correct some of the order, but there was an equipment problem, so the rest was unresolved. After filling out the customer survey relating the problems, I got a call from Benjamin. He bent over backwards to fix the order. I had decided that I would never be returning to any Staples. But after his help, I would highly recommend shopping at the Temple store. He truly made a stressful wedding order a positive experience. Thank you Benjamin!

Went to Staples in Temple, Tx to print some construction site prints And they were to lazy to help me that they told me to do it on my own, so I was trying to figure out how to do all pdf files together since it was an iCloud site and couldn t even assist me with that, the lady told me to email them every single one of them and scan every single barcode enable for me to print every single page. This place is worthless and helpless they don t realize that we as customers are the ones handing them there check. So I went to UPS around the loop and they were very nice and able to print everything for me without a hassle with in 7min. Highly suggest to just go to UPS

The copy and print desk does a brisk business. Therefore, the staff may seemed rushed and short. Customers asking questions, seeking advice and wishing copies made. The copy/print shop offers many services requiring multitasking. Ive found the staff helpful and attempting to provide good service. Of course in every organization there is the outlier.

I was not pleased with my visit. I purchased two items that I was told by your staff that I needed. I had to return those because it wasnt right. Then another member of your staff said they do not carry what I need so she ordered it and had it delivered to the store. It still wasnt what I needed. But since I live 25 miles or so from the store, I dont always go in that direction so it took me a while to try to return it. Needless to say they wouldnt let me because it over the fourteen days since I purchased it. I will go out of my way not to shop with you again.

4 weeks of planning a one night event. One thing left to do. Print out some cool goodies to give out as attendees leave. Your graphic designer has just sent the final product. Printer A- Machine happens to crash. Okay no problem, Ill go to printer B after work, surely theyll take care of me. Arrive at Printer B- Theyre not able print double sided images. Aww man what a bummer. Look online everything is closing in a hour or is already closed, except for who. Staples!! I call staples, asking Can you all print double sided images? Answer-Yes we can. Bingo! Ill be there soon. I get there and Josie is like yea I can take care of you. Josie jumped every hurdle with and pressed through every obstacle with me. Although an employee, she worked with me as a team to understand and accomplish my vision. She was even willing to work after hours to help me complete my idea. I have been a customer of Staples for 20 years. I ordered a printer on line at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. I picked it up in the Temple,TX store and they were great! i installed it at my office and it didnt work. I contacted HP and they said they could send a part to repair or I could return to store. I did a chat with Staples and was on chat for over 1.5 hours and they gave me credit on the printer and told me to order a new one. I got the printer at a price match at 11:00 a.m. and they would not honor that price match at 2:00 p.m. I do not think this was good policy or customer service. I spoke with a supervisor after the 1.5 hrs on chat and she said they would not honor that price. Beware of returns to Staples.

Im a regular customer at this store, and have been treated well. The other day when I was there one of the Staff gathered my ink and Toner while I was shopping. They are friendly and helpful. The rewards program saves my company a nice amount. Im free to shop where I choose, and I choose Staples in Temple.

Such a terrible and frustrating experience. This is the second time Ive been there and both times Ive had the same experience. This last time I went to print TWO papers. She then informed me that she couldnt lend me the white out that she had sitting on her desk in front of her and told me to buy some. So I did, thinking that I would need to for some of the copies I need done. When I returned with the over-priced white out I bought, she then told me it would be an hour and a half. An hour and a half. 5 dollar white out that I could have used upon getting home for my hour and a half wait. I am enfurriated. When she told me I needed to buy the white out, i turned to go get it. I was headed in the opposite direction (how would I know where it would be?) and there was no guiding or pointing it out. So it took me 5 minutes to find it. Just a terrible experience. I reccomenf you go elsewhere. Walmart, office Depot, etc.

Lies! Return policy is verbally changed. They dont know there products! Dont know what times they close! U walk in and get no help, Waite for help and feel like u are bothering somone who was in the back getting paid to set in there ass doing nothing. That or there just down right rude! Ghetto, unhelpful, say there busy when there not...how does this company make $?

Went to Staples in a hurry today after doing some work outdoors. Wearing dirty overalls and not quite as clean as I would like. Needless to say, this shopping experience sucked, although I was asked by a couple of associates if I needed help. By the time I had completed my shopping and headed to the register. The huddle of sales associates gathered by the front door broke and all eyes were trained on me. One associate obviously stayed behind to block the exit, I guess just in case. It was very clear to me that I was being looked at as the stereotypical shop lifter. I was not greeted at all by the cashier, but by the time i finished my transaction the exit was cleared and I assume the red alert was called off. Staples will never get my money ever again. If you dont fit the bill of the normal office supply shopper, I would advise you not to shop here.

So I got this lap top in mid October, havent had time to play with it and customize it. I am still pleased with it. BUT dont go to Staples. They were out of the Lenovo G500s and sent me one from the warehouse. I was so busy that I did not customize until after Thanksgiving. Realized it didnt come with a touch screen. They do come with touch screen, the display I looked at, had a touch screen, they sold me a touch screen. I went back today and they said 14 days went by, nothing we can do, sorry. Dont ever shop Staples. So it is not one location, it is Staples as a whole. Staples in Temple,Tx sent wrong lap top, they sold me the touch screen version of this model but sent me a regular one. I never had touch screen. I am very busy and didnt even attempt to use the touch screen. A couple of weeks went by and I began to customize my lap top when I realized that it was not a touch screen. When I took it to the store they tell me two weeks is the exchange policy. Nothing they can do. Of course, they didnt know who they were dealing with. Then when it was being exchanged, they insisted on needing the booklet. Well, I took care of that. Turns out they dont need the booklet that bad. Now new one may have hardware issues. Went to Austin location. Left that day to back up and return. Cutting it close to closing. Called at 6:50 to make sure they were not closing 5 minutes early or something. The voice greeting said they were already closed. I turned around and went home. I went back the next day. They need the box that it came with. Well, it is in Temple,Tx IF I even still had it. This location doesnt care. I called the store in Temple, Tx to explain to the manager at Staples on Barbara Jordon so he can explain the history of my ordeal as I already did to the Austin manager. Austin location still didnt care. My father had to drive to Austin from Temple to bring me the box. I hate Staples and do not trust them.

I bought a twin black cartridge for my printer Saturday September 21, 2013. One of the cartridges was defective. My wife brought it back to get it replaced. The manager on duty said that he would not replace the defective cartridge unless the good one was returned too. Monday I called The Temple Store and asked to speak to the store manager. I was placed on hold. Several minutes later the lady that answered my call came back on the line and asked how could she direct my call. I said I have been waiting to talk to a store manager,and that I would like to talk to the main store manager. Several minutes later a manager named Matt Elliot came on the line. I asked him if he was the main manager. He said he was not and that the main manager was not available to talk to me. I explained my problem about the defective cartridge. He told me the store policy is to not stand behind the printer cartrdges they sell. His idea was for me to contact the company that made it. The company logo said Staples. I told him that for a &7.50 cartridge they were going to lose a customer that spent several thousand dollars in Staples, and that I thought the policy was a bad policy. He agreed that it was indeed a bad policy. I will not do anymore buisiness with a Store that does not stand behind their products. I pointed out that there is a lot of competition out there sellin the same things Staples sell. I asked him was Staples buisness so good they could afford the policy he explained to me. He said he had no comment. The main store managers name is Brian Kelly( not sure of name spellings), the manager I spoke to is Matt Elliot. and the supervisor that refused to stand behind Staples products name is Nick Latkey. I got The Corporate Staples number, and I am going to see if they support this very bad policy. Finally money is too hard to come by to spend it in a store that does not appreciate your buisiness.
