Our waitress disappeared on my wife and I mid-service. After some time, we decided to go to the bar to close out only to be informed that our tab was already closed and gratituity added without our consent. When my wife asked the manager about the added gratuity, the manager said a 20% gratituity is added to all tabs over $100. When we explained that we did not spend $100, the manager then responded the gratituity applied to bills near $100. The manager couldnt provide any evidence that thats the restaurants actual gratuity policy nor where the policy is displayed to provide customer notice. Funny thing, we were actually charged nearly 27% gratituity (Photo attached), so theres simply no explanation regardless. Adding unauthorized gratituity without any notice or consent is theft/fraud. There was no reason for these actions. BEWARE.

Exceptional entertainmnet far beyond what you would expect for a dueling piano bar. John and the entire staff (especially Abby) did a great job with my 32 guests!! Food was good too!!! Kabobs, flatbreads, springrolls, pretzels and they also had really good expresso martinis!!!

This bar was nothing like I expected. Ive been to a dueling piano bar before in Houston and it was basically, as the name implies, competition between the 2 pianists. It was excellent entertainment as each tried to outdo the other. This places theme was: the cruder the better... They demanded money (tips) to even begin playing. Their goal was to feed off the audience and their, again, demanded participation. I will not go again. Parking: 0 parking available if you get there at 7:15 or later.

Probably my favorite piano bar ever. The whole crew was amazing and they did a great job including the entire audience, not just those that paid to embarrass friends on stage! Conga lines, Rin and Stimpy dances, and a great Karaoke sing-a-long to Bohemian Rhapsody - they had it all. They rocked Sweet Child o mine which is hard to do. They had the most efficient waitress I have ever seen - she worked the floor making sure everyones drinks orders were in quickly and you could see her dancing to the music while scanning the room to see if anyone needed anything. Honestly, she was amazing!

Im on a journey to find places that make socializing easy. Suffice to say Two Tones is a wonderful energetic experience...for people with friends and family. Going here alone is a mistake. People are not here to talk (You really cant because of the music) or socialize. I found myself feeling very alone and my life has been a lonely one for a long time. I respect the service and the atmosphere. Its just not for the Single/Lonely.

We chose this venue to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a good time. The only thing we didn t like was that the entertainers did not play our requests attached to tips. We stayed until midnight almost 4 1/2 hours and none of the songs we requested including our song and no mention of our anniversary either. Everyone else got mentioned except for us.

We rented the venue for a small client event on a Tuesday night... wow did this place outperform expectations. So fun as the performers (so talented) engaged our reserved clients, but gently enough that by the end of the night everyone had huge smiles on their face for the finale with everyone on stage. Went for the opening weekend. Did not make reservations.stupid on my part because it was packed to capacity. Still went in for standing room only and was greeted by the owner who was so nice. He said if someone cancelled he would get me a table. And he was true to his word. As well as giving me an appetizer for my patience. We went tonight expecting to have a great time. We did not. The service was horrible. We waited almost 30 minutes to get our drinks. My friend never got hers twice. We asked for water as well. Our server told us it was self serve at the bar but we watched other servers bring pitchers and cups to other tables. She never came back and checked on us until it was time to close our tab. We waited 30 minutes to even find her to close out. My advice we be to hire more servers.Our table was never cleaned of our empty glassware. Also when we left the bar area was disgusting. I then questioned the cleanliness of the glasses we drank from . If you are going to sell out the venue .do better on the customer service. $18 a cocktail should be a decent cocktail not watered down.

I left this 1 star review, not because of the entertainment or the food. I left it mainly because of the service. And it wasnt the waitress. Management dropped the ball big time. How do you only have 3 bartenders on a Saturday night? Especially a packed house. Ive been in the bar business for over 30yrs and I have never seen this bad of miss Management! It has taken over 30 min for a drink and my friend hasnt even gotten his drink, and he ordered it almost an hour ago. Totally unacceptable and the owners should really reconsider their Management staff!

Had a great time with the exception of some of the language used (Ive never been to Dueling Piano bars so I wasnt expecting that and it was pretty raunchy)... Lots of talent up on stage! You can bet that the performers are going to engage the crowd all night with their stage presence, song selection, and overall piano/singing skills! Good for an unforgettable night of performances, and if you stay late, you get treated to midnight karaoke... So remember to bring your music-loving friends and jump on stage after the duel is over... guaranteed to make some good memories! I recommend the pretzel... Its huge, & theres plenty to share.

Great place to have fun! The owners really hit it out of the park opening here in The Woodlands since nobody likes to drive to downtown for that kind of fun. We have celebrated 2 Birthdays there and they didn t disappoint!! Make reservations way in advance because the place fills up really quick during the weekends and there is little room to stand once is full. We haven t had a chance to try their food so not eating that until we do. Piece of advice: tip the performers if you are requesting a song!!! They will make your night memorable!

We arrived to a party of 16 that was reserved. Arrived on time and everything was going well The waitress was taking orders, I saw her and made eye contact, thinking Hey when she is done she will come to us. NOPE, she walked away. We were trying to be patient and wait. 30 mins goes by I finally ask the guy delivering food Hey, we been waiting 30 mins for a waitress, can you send her by? Within a whole hour of being sat down. No waitress no service, but btw MAJOR KUDOS TO KIRBY, he was amazing!! He came by 3 times after we asked for service to see if they checked on us and i kept saying nope so after that we gave up on the service and went to to the bar We walked to the bar to order. Apparently you can not order food from there unless your standing room only. Thank god for the Bartender who decided to take care of us after we explained everything to her. It wasnt just is but another group. She was great. I didnt get her name but she was under server bar B Im not sure whats going on with management and or staffing (as it looked like only 2 people were taken orders) but waiting an hour fit service is unacceptable. Most of our party left early and will not be returning back!

Would be a whole lot better if they turned off the blinding bright lights and if the musicians knew when to abandon a song that wasn t working. Sadly, the vibes were off, but the musicians were definitely talented. The girl with the bangs was incredible and I would come back just to see her. I may be back if they fix the light situation, but nobody wants to go to a bar that has bright lights turned on at 10pm. The darker the better.

This was our first visit. Very fun atmosphere. This was the most positive, fun room of people. The drinks were tasty but not super strong. Been once before and decided to take my wife for her birthday. I made reservations and paid for them. We had dinner reservations 2 hours prior and there were issues at the restaurant being behind. I texted their number as I spoken to them before in text explaining we would be late due to dinner. I get a phone call and they ask if I m still coming I explained the situation and they gave me 15 mins or they were giving my seats away. I asked if I would be getting a refund and they said no. Sadly I paid $84 to reserve seats I never got to use and lost that money.

Ladies night bingo was tons of fun! It was a packed house & only 1 server (that I saw), but they had a couple runners bring the food/drinks for her quite quickly. She was really sweet though, and the efficiency was impressive considering she was only 1. They could have better food options but they don t claim to be a restaurant so I can t complain. The environment was so fun!!! It was pajama night and 90% of the attendees participated. So much fun! Can t wait to go back for karaoke night.

We had the time of our lives at Two Tones, celebrating my mom s 80th birthday. The entire staff, especially the entertainers, knocked it out of the park when they brought her on stage and proceeded to ask all the men in the bar to do so as well so they could all play you ve lost that loving feeling from Top Gun. We laughed so hard we cried! The entire night felt like we went on vacation - 10 out of 10 recommend!! OH - and they let us bring our own cake for her !

I love this place! Its my jam because its a combo of my favorite things all in one place! Music, comedy, drinks and great food. Cory is an amazing bartender as well he is funny as hell and pours great drinks. The place is clean and comfortable! Its a great date spot or girls night out! I will be back very soon!!!

This place is cool, but be prepared to spend some money. On top of the cost for tables, they won t play your song requests for less than a $40 tip. I put a generous tip on ours and after almost 3 hours of them playing they got on the mic saying there was a very small amount of song requests for a Saturday, and they were likely going to run out in the next half hour. But yet our songs weren t played. The musicians are still extremely talented though, no doubt about that It s very busy on a Friday or Saturday night, but the service is still really great. The drinks aren t cheap, but are really tasty and strong so I didn t mind that. Overall, a fun experience.

As a customer, you should understand, the show is very much a group participation event...you go to not just be entertained by the very talented crew, but you are part of the show. The owners are absolutely phenomenal! They brought so much light and fun to our area by opening up this place! The business is clean and well kept up! They are always looking for ways to improve and update their business, procedures, atmosphere and food/drinks!! I m very happy to have something as unique as this in boring woodlands TX! Absolutely wonderful! The entertainment is definitely energetic and gets the crowd going in the best ways!! They are extremely interactive and relatable! I have grown up in this area my whole life and this is an amazing edition to the city!! The shrimp skewers with the black garlic sauce are utterly and unapologetically delicious!! Definitely get them if you decide to join them for a night of laughs and fun! Owners are incredibly sweet and helpful as well! 10/10 recommend!

The place is completely wonderful, the music incredible, the entertainers amazing, the food is not really dinner style, I will say they are tapas. UNFORTUNATELY!!!!! We went to celebrate with 13 ladies and 3 of us were charged twice and in my case someone used my credit card number to purchase some kind of membership or I don t know what. The manager denies the situation but the charge was posted on my credit card on top of the real charge for my order. By the way it is very expensive and waiters decide their tips. I am sad, because we really need places like this in the woodlands, but if I go back I will be very uptight to use my credit card. I hope this haven t happened to any one else. I had to close my account and that is a hassle. Other than that the place is wonderful.

Super fun, but we had a table and the wait staff was not great. The bartenders were friendly and responsive, but if a waitress stopped at the table, we had maybe 6 seconds to order or they left. Unfortunately, our waitress felt comfortable enough to make several snide remarks to us. They share tips - I would have tipped the bar staff much better than table service. The performers go on about not starting the show until enough requests and tips had been submitted, but they dont play many of the requested songs. My assumption is that if we went back, it would be mostly the same show. Drinks are crazy expensive, and you have to pay for a table.

I did not have any food, so I couldnt rate that. Although their huge pretzels looked amazing. I had so much fun with my family and friends. The musicians were phenomenal. There wasnt a song they didnt know. They were engaging, funny, a little naughty(lol), talented, energetic, and on and on. If you enjoy having a great time. If you enjoy engaging with others. If you enjoy a good sing along, this is the place. You can request any genre of music and they know it. Cash for requests are not required per se, but, it will get you bumped up on the list ( ). It is great for a date night (maybe not a first date, because you wont be able to hear each other to converse), birthday celebrations, family get together (21+ only), or just a girls night out or guys night out. This is the place!!!!

It was so much fun and I was impressed with the songs they could play! Make sure to bring some cash since they play the songs that include a tip first. They also say there is food available but its a very limited menu so I would recommend getting dinner before going. The drinks are a little pricey but still pretty good. The venue is small and so were the tables. The food wasnt good at all. The glasses they were making drinks in had clumps of food on them and white residue We expected to pay a higher premium for drinks, but the drinks were overpriced cheap well drinks. They want to run your tab instead of allowing one to pay cash or pay per purchase without making a scene. Misogynistic(most of the jokes and banter were aimed towards women) as a husband and father this was very uncomfortable to watch with our group. Several of us left shortly after it started because it got old quick. They beg for your money to only play snippets of songs. This was not a fun experience

My friends and I came here last week to kick off a bachelor party after hearing good things about the events they had for New Years. This was my first time at a dueling piano bar and our whole group had an amazing time. The food and drinks were well-priced, and the entire staff was great. Tyler and Josh were both super talented.
