When I got to the cinema I met a very nice lady behind the bar that told me some samples of their different beers that were really good and she was very pleasant and helpful IPA in particular was outstanding I went to see Beetlejuice which I thought was a terrible movie but the cinema itself was great beautiful seats good size screen and the service was really good I did think the price was a little expensive for the food but I guess that would probably be similar to most cinemas but my overall experience was fantastic and I will definitely be a regular

I love Flix! Everytime I come see a movie here, the staff is so kind, the theater seats are very comfortable, and the food is always great! Won t be going to any other theater for the foreseeable future because I am so happy going here! The Luna Rosa beer is also to die for! Highly recommend this theater and Flix in general!

We went to see a movie here. Very nice ambiance, friendly people all around. As the name suggests, there is a brewery here and also a movie theater. We didnt visit the brewery, but we hope to visit some day. Theater has comfortable reclining seats and a small table attached to the seats. You can order & pay for your food right from your seats, and the kind server will get it for you. My kid tried the Cajun chicken pasta & vanilla milkshake and loved it. There is also regular fare like pizzas, popcorn, candies, sodas, etc. There is plenty of parking on site. We loved it, will be back soon.

Dont waste your time right now. We pass two other theaters to enjoy a beer with our movie. They are currently out of all beer except $7.50 bud light & michelob bottles. It would of been nice to know before showing up... it is a brewhouse after all. Edit: What happen flix?! I think they must be struggling. Food prices when up and portion sizes when down. Sadly this will be our last time coming most likely. Paid to see a movie that we could of watched at home. Good luck!

Bartenders here make it their mission to ignore you. It s easy to say: hey! I ll be there right when I m finished or I see ya! I m coming after the next 2 customers! Batania has zero customer service skills. It doesn t take much to do this. Flix is also great at setting their prices by the age. I think parents can decide what their children should watch.

Service was great. Donut holes were yummy. Coffee service needs a lot of work: First cups for husband and I were lukewarm and had to be reordered. Second cups were hot. I ordered a third cup, it came lukewarm. Coffee flavor was cheap at best. I hoped a theater that offered movies before noon on a Sunday would offer good hot coffee for the sleeping in crowd that opted to see a movie at brunch hours, especially in light of the three breakfast food menu items offered. I also hoped, wrongly, that Flix might have a menu of coffee drinks-nope. You really miss on the coffee service. The donut holes were good, but they d have been five star with good HOT coffee at least. Better with a coffee drink like a latte or a mocha.

We went to see Inside Out 2 with kids and grandkids and this theater was new to us, although they had been there before. Tickets were prepurchased, so we knew our seats and theater number. Everything was very clean, the wait staff were quick in bringing our water, popcorn, and whatever snacks the others got. The popcorn is served in large stainless steel bowls and all you can eat! When our daughter took our grandkids by herself, she mentioned they gave her smaller bowls for each of the kids so they could have their own portions. All are over 5 years, so that was an unexpected bonus to not deal with passing a large bowl in the darkened theater (smart for those potentially cleaning up the mess as well). The chairs recline, and the tables are large enough for whatever you have delivered to eat or drink to your seats using the button in front of the righthand side of the seat. One of us has a cane and the stairs are easy to navigate, they also have accessible seating. The temperature on on of the hotter days in the Metroplex was comfortable for us, although the seats are cool, so bring a sweater if you get cold easily. We had a fun and memorable time together on a Sunday afternoon. We would not hesitate to go back.

The Caucasian gentleman with the blonde hair threw my money down because I asked for change. I was going to give him the change, I just wanted him to have integrity and give it to me. He walked off very fast and left my family looking stupid, so we left mid movie. It s really sad that he still had his job, I ve seen him so many times after that visit. After that visit another employee also gave us half eaten food, and was very rude to us. It really sucks to have the employees ruin the experience. Goodness. All we want to do I d exit our family and enjoy good movies.

We come here a few times a month to watch movies. We tend to order the same food each time we come. I get the popcorn with extra butter and a beer. The wife oders the pickles and a margarita. I love the atmosphere and seating. The service is usually good. I love this place.

First, the seats in this location are in horrible condition as others have posted. Leather is peeling off and is extremely uncomfortable. Second, the table lights that are constantly on are too bright and a distraction. Third, food is average at best and service is extremely slow. Would I have tipped, yes, but a mandatory 18% tip for the service was not deserved and in my opinion the servers know they are getting a mandatory tip and don t care about providing any type of quality service. Will never visit this establishment again based on the above.

Went out of our way to check this place out. Plenty of parking was a plus. Was a bit disappointed with the beers. It was not busy on a Friday night at all. There was good selection of food options. The loaded fries were ok but the bowl they came in made I d difficult to eat. Popcorn was ok, not great for movie theater popcorn. Our seats were great, no complaints. I like that they have the button for service or order from the QR code so you don t have to sit around and wait for someone to get to you once the movie starts. A simple fountain drink was super expensive.

Flix takes everything about the dine-in movie experience and makes it better. The food is outstanding and the menu provides ample choices. The beer is great and you can tell that their brewmaster really has a passion for bringing the best quality to the table. The projection quality of the movies is optimal, and the seats are comfortable. One of the greatest things about this place is their trays in front of the seats slide and rotate to fit all different shapes and sizes. I highly recommend Flix!

I was excited to try Flix Brewhouse, but my experience fell far short. Heres why I was unhappy: Theaters Arent Actually Dark: The lights remained on at a distracting level throughout the movie, completely ruining the immersive cinematic atmosphere. Seating Needs Maintenance: My seat was worn and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the film. Sneaky Gratuities: Not only was an automatic gratuity added to my bill (which I find questionable anyway), but an additional gratuity line was there as well! I had to manually remove this, and that feels deceptive. Hit-or-Miss Popcorn: Sometimes the popcorn was fresh, other times stale. It seemed like a gamble each time I ordered it. Overall, I cant recommend Flix Brewhouse in Frisco. Mediocre atmosphere and questionable business practices left a bad taste in my mouth. I wont be returning.

Pros: Food is pretty good, can get alcoholic beverages while at the theater, seats are pretty nice and recline. Cons: Food is expensive, youll get more value from the actual meals vs the snacks, but its a movie theater so this is the case at all theaters. They have lights on the tables now that are on all the time and they are kind of high up, would prefer if they were like Alamo and under the tables rather than on a higher up position; could probably use a jacket to cover the light in front of you so view for the movie is better. I go here often and I like it, but there is always room for improvement.

First and foremost, I must say that we had a great time, enjoyed great food and great service, and really enjoyed the movie. And we plan to return. Next, let me address a couple of things I read in reviews. - Yes, sadly, the chairs are showing some wear. I noticed it on the arms but not the seats. Did it in any way feel uncomfortable? No. Did it in any way lessen my enjoyment of the food or movie? No. Did the seats recline comfortably? Absolutely yes. - No, an 18% tip is not automatically added. Unless you dont pay attention to the notice they give you toward the end of the movie to close your tab, in which case they have to close it with a tip. Otherwise, you can make your tip whatever youd like. So dont listen to the negative reviewer who didnt know what they were talking about. We really enjoyed the food. The Steak and Mushroom pizza was amazing, as was the Tombstone Burger. My wife and I shared both, and we agreed that we would gladly order them again. We also liked the seasoned fries that came with the burger, and there were enough for the two of us to split. Quick tip: we do think that we will leave the barbecue sauce off the burger next time, to be able to enjoy the other flavors on the burger more thoroughly. Regarding service, we felt that everyone was prompt, attentive, and polite. I asked to sample a couple of loggers, and the theater manager actually brought me three to try. And they also gave my wife a sample of one of the ciders. After my wife said that yes, she liked the sample, one of the wait staff brought the sad news that they had just run out of that cider. But fortunately the manager had thought ahead, and had prepared a pint for her thinking that she might like it. Again, very good service and very polite. Lastly, yes, it is pricey. But I wouldnt say the burger was much more than any of the other burger places close by, and the same for the pizza. And you already know that the Junior Mints at the theater are always more expensive than the ones that you could sneak in, but I dont think youre going to be able to sneak in a pizza, burger, fries, and a couple of beers. Yes its expensive. And yes its worth it. Go, have a good time and enjoy a great movie experience and a great meal.

Prices for food have increased so much it s beyond reasonable even for this economy. $6 for a soft drink. $8 for candy that s been repackaged into a plastic cup. Don t pay full price for a late night movie. Kitchen shuts down early. Food was actually great for movie theatre standards but would ve snuck in more had I known that 12 mins into the start of a 3 hour opening release the kitchen would close. Chairs don t lay back enough and aren t heated. Screen and sound was better at cinemark. A mid experience for the cost. Very expensive. IPic is better.

I passed Flix Brewhouse many times. I finally made the u-turn into the parking lot. I was there to see The Color Purple, which was phenomenal, might I add! When I walked in, there was a self-service kiosk where I could purchase my ticket. After entering my selections, I received a message that read something like, there were not enough seats allotted for my purchase. I thought to myself, it must be sold out! So I walked out the door. I got halfway to my car and turned around. I went back in to see if I could purchase a ticket for the next day. Instead of using the kiosk, I walked up to a very friendly young lady at the counter. I asked if I could buy a ticket for tomorrow s show because of the message I received from the kiosk. She said, oh, there are seats available today! It was a matinee, so it wasn t full. I was thrilled that I wouldn t have to return tomorrow and I could see the show since I was already there. The theater was very clean. The comfortable lounge seating was very nice. I was able to sit on a row by myself. I ordered Fish n Chips. It was a very tasty meal! The portion size was great as well. I would recommend this theater to my family and friends!

Came today for a night of relaxation before school starts tomorrow. Theater was empty yet food took 30 minutes to arrive. They even forgot my daughter s food. After 3 reminders and another 30 minutes, I spoke with two managers only for another 10 minutes to pass until she got her food. They offered to comp her meal; but at this point I would have paid for 10 cheese burgers just for my 11 year old not to have to wait over an hour to eat. Horrible experience!

The food was decent. The sound quality okay the chairs sucked bottom line, leather was fading. The reclining part didnt work Plus the chairs had no heaters like some of the other theaters around. Id rather have the heater than see the movie!

I was excited to try this place since me and my wife are beer fans. Its cool that they brew all the beer on site and the two that I tried were pretty good (I wouldnt say they were extraordinary or anything, but drinkable). We usually frequent Alamo drafthouse so that is my point of reference for this review. Seats were comfy and the ordering system from your phone was easy to use. I ordered some chicken tenders and unfortunately they were terrible, like really bad to the point I couldnt even eat them, not to mention the fact that they were $17 for an order of 3 chicken tenders. I had the tenders and two beers and my bill was $44 before tip, which I thought was pretty steep even for movie theater prices. In summary, if youre going just to watch a movie and not eat its a fine theater and cool that they brew theirvown beer, but if you want decent food and better beer Alamo drafthouse is better pretty much all around. The seats here might be slightly more comfortable than Alamo...

Not the best experience. Movie was great, Seats were great and beer was good but service was VERY slow. Took forever to get my wifes food/drink and on top of that they include and 18% gratuity. I have no issues giving a tip and often give over 20, but dont like that it is included when the service is poor.

Flix > Alamo Drafthouse. My wife and I have visited this Flix location 4 times since moving to the area, and each experience has been great. Their food is always hot and fresh and the movie selection is always great. They do seasonal showings as well, which is really fun around the holidays.

I love that they serve food in big cushy chairs but, wow. Went after not going for awhile. I ve been going to Cut! And came back to Flix. 1) I can totally hear the sound and base of the movie next door 2) the chairs needed to be replaced yesterday. The cheap faux leather Vander is massively peeling off which also means you can t really clean the chairs. 3) the light for the tables is almost blinding in a dark theater and distracting from the experience. 4) I ordered a coffee to drink and it came with free refills. Came out early and fast and cold. Asked for another came out cold again. Ask again and then I finally got a hot coffee. 5) don t sit near the entrance of the servers. Also very distracting. 6) servers kept handing us plates and drinks for other people. Or stopping to ask if we ordered this or that plate. Pretty sure I d choose Cut! Over this one every time but still way better than Studio Movie Grill food and drink wise.

Really good ambiance and good selection of food and drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic). I went around 9 PM so there wasnt a wait for anything. To my understanding, it can get pretty pact and busy during the day. The seats recline and are pretty comfortable. Im a pretty heavy set guy and my friends are more on the skinnier side and we all were comfortable. I got the cheese fries and the lemonade (I dont remember if it was peach or strawberry but it was one of those flavors) which is a cocktail. It was pretty good and well mixed.

The experience was ok. The seats are a little worn out but still comfortable enough. The prices are a little high on concessions. My biggest complaint is the automatic gratuity added to my order of concession items. I would have tipped, but I dont want to be forced to do so.

We got to our seats and the tables were sticky. Jacob I believe was his name, curly hair, was very sweet. Made sure we got other seats. Our food did come out late, but he took care of it and made sure we got our food. Gave us free popcorn for the inconvenience. One of the ladies was pretty rude when bring our food out. Was rough when handing our food. Didnt even get the chance to ask for straws because she walked off fast. Besides that, the staff were very friendly. :)

Great little movie theater. It is easy to purchase tickets online, but Ive found that my ticket is rarely checked once I am in my seat. Parking can be challenging on a busy/opening night. The seats are comfy enough, but Id like to see the seats go back a little further. If youre tall, youll find yourself having to move your feet if someone wants to walk past you. The menu is decent, but pricey. On a busy night, youll wait for your food longer than you probably should. It can be a little cold sometimes, so if that is a concern, bring a sweater. Overall, a great theater that I always consider when Im looking for a movie to watch on the big screen.

I just want to say Thank you to everyone who works at Flix for making our Taylor Swift movie an amazing experience. From making friendship bracelets to taking pictures, dancing and taking care of my group of 10 girls. They had the best time ever. I took a picture with the guy dressed as TKelce and he later found me in the theater and gave me a Kelce bracelet. Not only that but they also found stuff we forgot at our seat and came to check if it is ours. I absolutely love this place. Had the a great experience watching the Barbie movie too. Love how the people who work there are putting an effort to make our experience amazing. I love their beer too

I went to the Flix Brewhouse in Little Elm, TX. The staff were courteous and their customer service skills were excellent. The food on the other hand was tasteless and way overpriced. The beer Lucha Libre was good but not cold. We had the 10 inch pizza and the Cheese Curds. Should have gone with the popcorn. I dont recommend this location. Their seats are worn out and its clearly visible. I will end with a positive. Our wait person Hudson was awesome (I give him 5 stars).

2nd Best Theater in the State of Texas the other best is Frisco on the Square with the heated seats . The warm Chocolate Chip cookies are delicious and the popcorn omg butter to perfection. You order from your seat, can bring a blanket and pillow. We will always and forever go to this movie theater. I highly recommend it

The theater floor was super dirty when we arrive, it looks like they dont clean after a movie. Seats are comfortable, I think all of the seats are recliners. The popcorn isnt the best, but ok. I cant speak for the food or drinks since we didnt have any. We really like that the screen is corner to corner, and sound quality is good.
