This is really a shame, this was my favorite restaurant, now the service is really bad. This restaurant now presents its new skinny chicken wings, if you order 6 they only give you 5, how special!! If you order a chicken sandwich, the picture show some pickles but guess what, it comes with no pickles. What an offer And how not mention the new specialty!! burnt french fries

Why dont the cooks wear gloves while preparing the food? Isnt that a health hazard? I will never order anything from this place because of the unsanitary way the food is prepared. The place is filthy, and the customer service is horrible. I walked in, looked around, and left. Be smart people, and stay away from Wingstop on North Main Street in Euless.

The food was decent but it took over 20 minutes for us to receive our order. Because it took longer than expected, I needed to change my 5 month old baby s diaper; there was no changing table in the women s restroom. I had to lay him down and change him on the cold tile floor in the restroom. I didn t have a changing pad with me, and so he screamed because it was cold and uncomfortable and EVERYONE in the restaurant could hear him. When we left the restroom, I received many stares - highly embarrassing. We won t be returning until the restaurant is equipped to service families. Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly, if your child is still in diapers.

Its really only good if you eat it there. Takeout causes the fries to get all soggy. Wings are still good no matter where you eat it. Theyre usually always busy but theyre kinda bad at remembering to call out peoples names. Were always cautious of our order just sitting in the ready lane as its happened multiple times.

I have to update this. Waiting 35 mins for fries is crazy. I understand being busy. But all I got was fries, no wings, no tenders, nothing at all, just fries. Wings take 18 mins. Fries take about 8. Waiting 30+ mins for fries is unacceptable. Even if there are 10 orders before me. Fries come up before the wings, so you literally could give me a fresh batch and remake them for the order with fries. I try not to complain about things like this, but come on wingstop, you have to do better. This isnt the first time either.

I don t know why there are so many bad reviews, every time I eat here it has been perfect. I apologize the people who wouldn t know good service even if it hit them in the face, but as a frequent customer I have had 0 issues. The food is always hot and fresh being cooked to order. The lobby and dining environment is always clean and maintained. And there is nothing wrong once I receive the food, I just guess most people need to grow up and appreciate things more! Beware when you re ordering online! On July 11th, I ordered a $14 meal combo. Their website was having issues so it kept rejecting my payment. I checked my transactions and noticed that it had already charged my account, as seen in the attached photo. I called them to explainthe situation. The person I spoke to was not helpful at all. He said without an order confirmation, they cannot provide the service/food. First he said maybe I don t have insufficient funds, which obviously I would know if that was the problem. He then said even though I ve been charged, it would reflect back into my account in a few days. It s been 11 days, and nothing! He then suggested I come over to the store and order directly. There s no way I m going to give your store more money when your website has issues and charged me without confirming my order. I don t want anyone to be in my shoes, so although online ordering is convenient, don t let them steal your hard earned money. 14 dollars might not seem much, but I would rather use it to buy a stock than donate it to wing stop for free.

I walked in, there were 2 employees behind registers. 1 was typing on his phone. The second 1 was flirting with some guy that was not a customer. A third employee walked from the side looking me in the face as he turned and went into the cooking area. None of them spoke to me. I was the only customer. The sandwiches were really oily. Food is normally really good. I ordered food from here last night and there were multiple hairs in the ranch dressing that my daughter was eating from. Disgusting!!! I wont order from here again.

This location isn t bad since I frequent it a lot. However I want to point out the main thing that kind of throws me off about Wingstop. There is an option to have the wings extra well done, but they are reluctant to actually do it. If you re a frequent Wingstop customer you know that chicken takes time. Most of us don t mind waiting for fresh chicken- we actually prefer it. So if we ask for them to be extra well done, we know that it will take time. So why not oblige especially since you made it an option? Please take the time to complete the service that you offered. Who wants a slimy soft wing that has a dry rub? Not good. Which brings me to my next point: let the chicken drain, please. There shouldn t be a half of cup of oil in the wing basket.
