Clean! Clean! Clean! We expected breakfast but were surprised by free dinner, too! It changed each night but had a real meat, a starch and a vegetable. There is a pop machine in the lobby. Helpful staff All this with a minimal bill at the end of the week Why arent there more of these all across the country?!

Good place to stay if in southwest Houston/Sugarland area. Complimentary breakfast is about what you would expect, evening happy hour came with a choice of dinner items from hot dogs to chicken Alfredo. Not high tier restaurant level, but good selections and kept us from having to get back out after a day of driving. If more is needed, Popasito is across the street. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well maintained room. Noteworthy details: Bring a phone charger. No USB ports in the rooms.

I stayed there for two nights, there is a kick back event that they serve food and alcohol between 5.30-7 pm. Wifi internet connection in my room was not great. Beds were fine.

Wow..what a wonderful establishment. Dinner and breakfast are included. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Fountain drinks and a bar. The pool is clean and the hot tub is nice as well. Absolutely will be back. The young lady at the front desk was so polite and professional. Nearby activities: Sugarland is the Mecca of fun things to do me and my son are going down the road to my favorite Japanese Bbq spot. Enjoy!

Great location, right in the heart of Sugarland near the mall and event venues. Pricing is really good and the hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly, rooms have plenty of space and breakfast is good. I was surprised they served dinner and it was actually really good.. taste, options, staff available for assistance, etc. They also have happy hour with adult beverages and they gave us 2 free drink cards. The meal was tacos, nachos, garden salad, beans, corn, hot dogs with fixings, sodas. The lobby and lounge is very clean and modern. Our room is quiet, even being at the pool and an elevator. Ive never stayed at a Drury Hotel, but I am definitely impressed. This is my first night.. Friday. I am due to check out Sunday and if things change I will alter my review, but so far, I am pleased that I chose Drury Inn. *I chose based on others reviews, therefore, felt it important to leave my honest review. The reviews were absolutely on point!* Rooms: I had a w/c accessible room and it was just as described on the website. I am pleased. Nearby activities: Right off Hwy 59.. easy to access. Extremely close to shopping in Sugarland.. First Colony mall, Target, Whole Foods, many restaurants, including Pappacitos that is right outside the lobby door and Jack in the Box out the back door. Drury needs to sell this property. This looks like it was not originally a Drury and therefore the rooms are small, not to the standard of the Drurys we have stayed at . The Double Queen room was tiny compared to other Drury hotels and the bathroom is tiny. The sink is outside the toilet/bathtub area which some might like but we dont. I dont want to watch my family brush their teeth and everything they do in front of the mirror, lol. We had to switch rooms because it looked like someone threw chewing tobacco against the brick wall and the middle between-the-beds light and was never cleaned. Hair in shower. Beds are old. We ALWAYS inspect for bed bugs/bugs before we bring anything into the room so we lift the fitted sheets, move mattress, etc. These mattresses were nasty!!! They all need replaced. We only stayed one night because we would be screwed anyway but canceled the remainder of our stay here. We took up to the room only what we had to and took the chance and left the rest of the luggage in our vehicle. I would not recommend that in this area and we were fine, but dont do what we did. Do not recommend this Drury at all! We always go by Google reviews and will not stay in anything less than a 4.5 star rating (the couple of times we did, we were extremely disappointed even if the written reviews seemed fine). Now, 4.5 ratings are not worthy hotels to stay at. How this got a 4.5 is beyond me. Also, the manager on duty promised to talk to the other day manager about getting us points (for a free night) for our troubles here. I never heard anything back from this hotel nor received any extra points. The lady helping us was kind and understanding so I rated service a 2 instead of a 1 because of her. Rooms: Dated and old. Needs deep-cleaned badly! Beds are horrible. Rooms smell musty. Bathrooms very small. Safety: Not in the best area. Not bad but take everything out of your vehicle just in case. Noteworthy details: This used to be a hotel that had a night time window so this was another hotel before Drury & rooms are small.

Im here! In town of Houston TX/ sugar land! For Centerpoint! And at first! I was at Marriott. Which the rooms were good! And luxury! But here at the Drury! Accommodation, and customer service! Its a nice place. I especially liked the popcorn and food during the kickback hours, though I know the drinks were on the minds of most. The beds and rooms are comfortable and appealing, with shower temp and pressure that are tops (although I wonder if the toilet height is designed for a 3-foot person). It seems kind of like the permanent home for a utility crew, but everyone is friendly and nice, hotel staff included. Food and drinks: Cant go wrong with the complimentary breakfast and dinner...

Drury Inn just never disappoints. Their features and amenities are consistent across their hotels - they are reliable and very comfortable. The customer service is always excellent, with friendly, thoughtful staff. One particularly nice thing about this location in Sugar Land is the number of entrances and elevators. This was particularly convenient for unloading and loading. In addition, we never saw an entrance without a luggage rack. It is so helpful that the staff was paying attention to that. This location would be especially nice for those with challenges in getting around. It seems like none of the rooms are far away from an entrance and elevator. The only thing I can nitpick about is- and this is really reaching - is that the elevator we used made a loud buzzing noise as the door closed. Our room was next to the elevators, and we never heard it in the room. In fact, we never heard any noise or people coming and going. So the noise was a complete non-issue. Rooms: Drury Inn beds are consistent and I find them very comfortable - the are springy but with a cushioned top, and supportive but not uncomfortably firm. Pillows are excellent - soft, some support but not too firm, and squishy enough to bunch up as needed. Food and drinks: The breakfast buffet is one of the best hotel free breakfasts around. The evening kickback, with drinks and food, is substantive enough to serve as dinner if you don t want to leave the hotel.

Beware All we wanted was a place to stop for the night as we ended our rv trip just to let my kids stretch their legs before we headed home & I chose this hotel for its cleanliness ratings. HAHAHA! It was gross, my kids swore there was blood stains all over which then had them scared all night what was supposed to be a good nights sleep before a long drive ended up being an over priced all nighter with scared kids & still ended up in the RV so technically money literally tossed in the trash. I can t even blame the kids because the stains EVERYWHERE had me grossed out as well from the carpets, walls, blankets, sheets, doors yuck! Rooms: Gross and unsanitary

We chose the king two room suite with a pull out couch and one roll away bed for our family of six. The sunset views are beautiful! King bed is comfortable. I could easily live here! The service by staff is phenomenal! Only wish the mini fridge was at least a dorm room style. Get food early though because it does run out.

Short but complete stay! Guest relations was an absolutely a joy. Can t remember her name but she moved from Kentucky & has been with Drury for quite some time. Either way she made the experience one to remember. Property is in a great location and was well maintained. Parked vehicles are somewhat secured with a gate. Pool AND hot tub were clean and operational (March 2024)- so important in a world where hotels advertise amenities they don t actually have. Pool is not heated for those wondering but that didn t stop the kids from playing lol. I really enjoyed the family atmosphere and met several adults who were there to unwind just the same. The only thing I would recommend is to please change the green paint on the walls.. decor and furniture were decent but the color dates and darkens the rooms.. but that s just my two cents! Would recommend.

Rooms: Our king room was excellent. I appreciate being able to put my feet up on the foot stool. I didnt like the bathroom setup and would rather have the toilet, tub and vanity all in one room. Food and drinks: Food has a good variety, is hot or cold as appropriate. As a shaky senior, I do have trouble with the paper plates and plastic cutlery. It is really appreciated in many other Drury Inns to have regular plates and cutlery.

I almost didnt stay because of a couple of reviews i read but i decided to and very happy I did. I saw nothing of the few negative reviews i read. Staff was extremely nice and room was super clean and comfy. It was real quiet and relaxing. Dont miss kick back hour. 3 free drinks and food. I came down to get my free Diet Cokes, but they werent kidding it was drink drinks haha. It was fun. Place is fun to hang out and chat if u get bored of being in the room. I must first state that the hotel physically is not bad for a low budget hotel but definitely not a full service hotel that has any idea of what good customer service means. I have a disability due to the fact that I lost my colon to cancer about 11 years ago. Luckily I survived that ordeal but unfortunately I have to live with a bag instead of a colon but I never let this affect my ability to continue to have a great and meaningful life full of adventure and travel. However my experience at this hotel made me feel like a second hand citizen and an unwanted outcast. I was in town to receive medical treatment and after two weeks in the hotel I was informed that the hotel no longer would accept me to stay at this hotel because of my disability. They never approached me to discuss the disability or how we might work together to make sure that it didn t effect them or their employees. But rather Rosalie the manager thought it would be better to have her staff member just inform me that I must check out the next day as my business their would no longer be honored because of my disability. I felt like a discarded piece of trash even though I am. respected theatrical producer and director. The treatment I received their and in this manner was not only in-compassionate, cruel, and degrading but actually illegal as I am covered by the American Disability Act. I urge anyone with a disability or cares about this issue to boycott not only this location but this chain and it s corporate owners. I will pursue a case against the staff and hotel for ignoring my rights and humiliating me in such a fashion so that no other person with a disability will be treated like this again at any of their establishments.

I was greeted with smiles. i was treated to a free evening snack. my room was perfect temp and clean. there were no rattles or buzzes all night. there was no noise from other rooms. the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. the breakfast was better than most and the layout really impressed me because i saw everything i needed on the first try. that never happens. i am leaving in the rain. i wish they could have done something about that. ha.

We love the Drury. They do appear to be a little understaffed as we had to wait over 40 minutes to get checked in. It was definitely not the fault of the hotel clerk she was doing her very best. We love the Drury because you get free food not only breakfast but dinner as well. It is just a great place to stay and a good value. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Cheryl And Emily at guest check-in, were fabulous and helping me make sure that my husband could check in before I got there so he could rest up for work the following morning. I have booked the reservation in my name and was coming in quite late. They were so helpful, polite and sincere. I genuinely appreciate it their professionalism and courtesy. Looking forward to our stay

How are you going to charge me $50 PER DAY to have a dog, when y all don t even clean that well. I could understand $50 per stay with pets, but PER DAY. That means I spent $150 during my stay for just cleaning, and you mean to tell me it s acceptable to find other dog hair from another stay, boogers on the wall, stains on bed before we used it, and at least 3 roaches!!! I wouldn t have been that picky if I wasn t being scammed. Not one time during the 3 days the room was cleaned. Nothing special offered. So please explain why I paid $150 for cleaning? Your hotel staff was lazy, front desk personnel just had attitude, and woman out front, on 5th I believe in the evening was literally sleeping in the back. The only people who was polite was Ms. Lois and one other woman with her. Don t stay here with pets. Complete scam.

Best Drury Inn, I have ever had the opportunity to spend a night. Its clean, well staffed with kind employees, and easy to find right of the interstate. Oh yes, they have an evening assortment of food cafeteria style for your end of your day travel and a great breakfast to start your day!

Absolutely no bed begs and dirt. It was clean which is why I stayed here instead of hotel hoping during my vacation. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great dinner was gross but to be honest on vacation that s the time to try different restaurants. A little more pricey than others but worth not bringing home bugs and living in filth. Staff was very nice! I would definitely be back when visiting this area

We love staying at Drury. In fact, its the only place we stay now and have for the last few years. Rooms: Rooms are clean and beds are soft. Food and drinks: The breakfast and kickback time are very nice perks. My ONLY complaint is that they cant tell you if a food contains a certain allergen. I wish theyd just do small tags with gluten or dairy on the side like other places do. Otherwise, nice. But it really stinks to attend dinner and all I can eat is chips with cheese sauce. I know thats my own problem, but it still isnt fun.

The staff was friendly, but hotel image was deceiving. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool and spa for some family relaxation and fun. We get there and the spa is shut down and the pool is NOT indoor as the photos show. The mattresses were SO uncomfortable. We slept on painful coils and tossed and turned all night. The room wasnt the cleanest. The kickback evening meal was tasteless and lack luster. There were crude drunk men, some shirtless and foul mouth shouting, all over the hotel at night. I was worried for my daughters. Overall, I wouldnt choose this place again as I feel it wasnt what it was portrayed online!

Very good food, drinks, and beds. Excellent service from Emily, Vanessa, Lois, Cheryl, and Chad among others. Recommend this place to all my friends and relatives. There were some minor issues, which they fixed effectively and promptly. I WOULD ALWAYS PREFER THIS DRURY LOCATION, EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY FEW EXTRA BUCKS. Thanks Emily. Rooms

My wife and daughters stayed there for a cheer competition, nice hotel BUT, my daughter forgot her iPods in the room, we looked for them on iCloud and there they were, call the hotel and they didn t find them, I never stay there again, they charge a lot for a room the least they can do is pay their employees more so they don t have to keep things the people leave by accident

If Their Menu Selection For Breakfast & Dinner Would Change This Could Be A 5, Star Hotel. I m Quite Sure They Get Tired Of Cooking The Same Meal Everyday For Breakfast, And Maybe For Dinner You Will Get A Different Meal. YOU CANNOT SERVE DRINKS WITH BORING MEALS.. OTHER THAN THAT MY STAY WAS WONDERFUL ALONG WITH THE STAFF. THE INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL WAS COOL BEING YOU CAN SWIM FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE PLUS THE RELAXING HOT TUB WAS MUCH NEEDED!

Spent nearly a week here. The service was amazing. I swear, Drury Inns must do something different in their trainings because they always seem to out-shine my other hotel choices (Hilton/Marriott properties). All of my stays at any given D.I. have been nothing short of stellar. I wish I got paid for these types of reviews...but I dont. If youre in the area, book here.

Me and my sister went down to Houston to attend our oldest brother funeral and we stayed here. I would definitely recommend this place just because if youre like me and my sister we were on a budget and the hotel provides breakfast and a dinner style buffet and three drinks per person with your dining and its kids friendly also because they have an inside and outside pool for you to enjoy and me and my sister we to visit the jacuzzi after the long and stressful day that we had because everyone knows that a funeral takes a lot out of you emotionally and physically.
