What a hidden gem! We hosted an event at SB for around 30. There was a private room available for our party. The space was comfortable and there was plenty of room for the food we brought in. The beers were cold, fresh and delicious. The main area was fun, lively and comfortable. It was a very successful event so we will definitely consider hosting another event there or even just go for beers!

All these brothas came to your business yesterday from all over the country and yall managed to piss every last one of them off. It cool when yall name yall beers after the houston rap scene but when too many show up at once, yall fear we going to steal four packs of 5% drip??? Edit Let me give everyone the backdrop of what happened. I want to start by saying perception is everything. So when we got off the buses and walk in, most of us lined up to try a beer or a flight of beers. Since there were a bunch of us, a few decided to go look at the beers to go. When a small crowd of about 4 to 6 people gathered around the beer cooler, one lady ran over and started saying that there where no beers to go sale and started locking up the coolers saying there was a canning issue. When a couple guys say they wanted to buy the bottles of the once a year beer released beers, we were told that she couldnt sales those either. Also someone in our group went to there facebook page and notice a post about come down and help make room in there beer cooler to make room for new beer that was made an hour before we showed up. Also to note before I made this edit I did try to call and talk today.

Nice venue to grab a drink with a good selection of beers to choose from. They have a indoor seating and a large outdoor pavilion with picnic tables in the shade, so its a good place for a large group. Theres plenty of activities to keep the kiddos busy, including basketball court, and a large lawn to play soccer. We went on a Saturday morning and the food trailers were not open yet, so we needed to make lunch plans elsewhere, but we all enjoyed our time there.

A great experience! The staff, food, and whole experience were amazing! The bartender was very friendly, made great recommendations, and overall, we had a great chat with him. The rose cider I ordered was the perfect mix of rose flavor with the crispness of cider. The thai burger I ordered with the truffle fries and o my goodness what the burger one of the best things I have ever had. Sweet, salty, spicy and tangy, all the things you look forward to but between buns. The truffle fried where also very delicious but after starting our meals we realized quickly it was a lot of food! Looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu!

Either your hops taste like cat urine or you are shipping expired beer. Ive tasted multiple brews from your shipments and they were all gross enough for me to want to make this review. Absolutely disgusting. Perhaps the brewery serves better quality beer, but I would highly recommend staying away from anything canned and shipped from this brewer.

North of downtown Houston, where haze isnt just the weather! Spindletaps got killer hazy brews and a mishmash of a beer park - think live tunes, a baseball diamond, and maybe even a squirrel or two. Its like Disneyland for beer lovers, minus the long lines and princesses. Pop in for a pint or three and live your best hoppy life! Cheers!

This is about one of the drivers not customer service. Today 8-7-23 at 12:50 he cut me off abruptly as he was coming out, mind you this is a 40mph road and that s as fast as I was going. I had to slam my breaks and he knew he did wrong because he laughed like a big dummy. He was driving a pick up truck with a loaded flatbed on the back. And as he turned he almost hit me again. I honked at him to stop turning so that I could back up. All because he couldn t wait 10 seconds for me to pass as I have the right of way. He could have seriously caused a crashed.

I want to share with you a detailed account of my recent experience at this local establishment. Its important to me that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I must caution you against considering a visit here, as my overall impression left much to be desired. Upon entering, the ambiance and surroundings seemed promising. The establishment had a charming and inviting atmosphere that initially piqued my interest. However, as I eagerly took my first sip of their touted beer selection, I was met with overwhelming disappointment. The quality of the beer was far from satisfactory, resembling more of a watered-down concoction rather than the flavorful craft beer I had anticipated. The distinct flavors and depth were sorely lacking, leaving me feeling underwhelmed and dissatisfied. In an attempt to salvage my experience, I opted for a tasting sampler, often referred to as a flight, hoping to explore a range of flavors. Sadly, this endeavor proved to be equally disappointing. Each sample failed to leave a lasting impression or excite my taste buds in any meaningful way. The beers lacked complexity and failed to showcase the creativity and craftsmanship that one would expect from a reputable establishment. However, the most disheartening aspect of my visit was the lackluster service provided by the female blonde bartender. Instead of warmly greeting and attending to the needs of patrons, she exuded an air of indifference that made me feel like an unwanted inconvenience. Despite the establishment being far from busy, her attitude remained unchanged, leaving me perplexed and questioning the level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on my extensive and disheartening experience, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this establishment. Furthermore, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to my friends, family, or anyone seeking an enjoyable and memorable outing. There are numerous alternative options in the local area that undoubtedly offer superior quality, value for money, and exceptional service. Spare yourself the disappointment and seek out one of those establishments instead, where your patronage will be genuinely appreciated, and your taste buds will be delighted.

Great interior and exterior space with 2 dozen house beers from pils to stouts to sours. Open room with high and low long wooden tables gets a bit loud from reflective floor and ceiling. View into shiny stainless brewhouse. Lots of outdoor seating at picnic tables. Games for the kids. TVs over bar with redundant sports channels. Flavorful beers were well done. Pop-up food with hotdogs and pizza. Seems like a great destination.

I was in town for TX2K23 and the first couple days were rained out. So I looked up some local breweries in the area and decided on SpindleTap. The gentleman who helped walk through the draft list was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have worked in a brewery and am an avid craft beer drinker, so I had some questions about the hops used in some of the beers, in particular the double IPA, he answered those quickly and confidently. I got a couple flights, everything was fantastic. The taproom was clean, had beautiful light for pictures was extremely spacious and inviting. I had a beer I loved so much I even got some to go cans to bring all the way back to Ohio. Thank you so much for an amazing experience, when I come back to TX Im definitely making it a point to stop! I wish I wouldve got the gentlemans name who helped me out, but thank you for making the experience that much more enjoyable 10/10

There s an inside with plenty of tables to sit at and outside there s a covered area with 6 tables you can reserve, a huge space with games, and also a food truck. Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I had the triple berry juiced up hard seltzer while I was there and it was sweet enough for me to have 2. Parking- There s about 40 parking spots right by the brewery and then there s a lot next to their lot with a few more spots.

Really dissatisfied with my visit here. I m disappointed because I really love u guys beer but where I spend my money is very important . I came here on a Wednesday afternoon for the first time. Was blown away by your outside presentation but very disappointed with the manager. I told him this was my first time here and let him know I would like ipa flight. After getting it, I gave him my card but it was chip. He told me he couldn t use my chip. Totally understood I was trying to have a conversation with him about what happen to my card( and why my info was not on my card) he just gave me this negative energy and was not trying to hear me or try to help find a solution. I went online to see if I could order the beer online, and found a solution. After talk to another employee who was very nice and listen to me , manger came over again. I ask him why he had this energy and he said he trying to help others. As a manger your job is to multitask, and create a safe positive energy for the business and that not what I got. Very very disappointing.

Spindletap is by far the best brewery in Houston and for many reasons. Their beer is awesome and at a great price!! haha. The outdoors offer a great environment for the family or just to hang out with friends. I go there often with my kids. I hang out while my kids play basketball. They have a food truck that has a great pizza option. They have a mini golf, basketball and a baseball field. Their outdoor events are so much fun. Live music which usually start as early as noon. They play for hours all the way to midnight I think. Awesome lighting at night. One thing they need more is benches near the basketball and the baseball field. :)

Great atmosphere. Every single staff member is curtious and friendly. They got a food truck that serves great pizza. The beer, to me.....the best there is and Ive been in the craft beer scene for 10 plus years and had different craft beer in numerous states including the mecca of craft beer Washington state and Oregon. Just wish I could get it where ever I go. I travel a lot. A must visit for all.

If you love beer this is your place. The bartenders keep it real, they will make sure you get the stuff you need. Clean bar and restrooms, clean food and drinks, plenty of room for huge parties, a sight to see once you walk in. If you live in Houston, id say give it a shot.

This brewery feels huge! Theres ample seating indoors as well as a covered pavilion outdoors and a huge field to host all sorts of things. They have a pretty good choice of beers available right now. I tried the Houston Haze Hazy IPA and it was great. I loved the hoppy taste! I also tried the Aceite Crudo Russian Imperial Stout and that was probably my favorite! I also had the chicken Birria Tacos from the food truck there and they were sooooo good. The staff was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations. I would not mind visiting again, just wish it was closer! My only complaint is that they dont offer flights on the weekends. Everything else was nice.

What a great experience. We live just north of Atlanta and our daughter lives in Humble TX. Every time we come out here (which has been for 7 years) we make a trip to Spindletap. It started out small but had great beers and a cool taproom. Today they are so much more. Still great beers - but so many more of them. The outdoor space has just blown up. They were building an outdoor stage today! As a bonus today - we got to meet the founder - Brody Chapman. He saw my Georgia Tech hat and introduced himself as a great friend of Josh Pastner! (GT basketball coach). We are all GT grads. Brody could not have been a more gracious host. Can t wait for my next trip back here!

Disappointed. After so many times coming here, we came to celebrate my b-day. Unfortunately, this was such a bad experience. I do not recommend. The waitress were incredibly disrespectful. I understand you might be busier than usual; however, that doesnt justify the bad attitude. The bathrooms were very dirty. I understand the more people is in, the quicker it will get dirty but maybe an additional cleaning could shift should have been considered. They were having a hawaiian theme or something like that which meant they were limiting any options that are usually available to force you to go thru were it was required to pay $15 to get in. I might return but definetly will make sure there is nothing else been celebrated because I dont think they manage large crowds.

Spindletap Brewery is maybe my favorite in Houston so far. The atmosphere is great, quality and prices are good. This is family friendly place. They have a big area for outdoor activities including mini golf, soccer, corn hole, basketball and volleyball. Also great outdoor benches and hammocks where you can enjoy your beer. Food truck with pizza was also really good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back.

This is a great place to hang out on a nice afternoon. They have a lot of covered open space and bands on the weekends. The beers are really good. If you like IPAs, these guys are some of the best in Houston IMO. Each one is very different -- unlike other places that taste pretty similar. Heavy Hands was the biggest surprise for me. I thought itd be hot but it was really juicy and lots of tropical notes to it. My wife had the Calavera lager and loved it. Highly recommend checking it out.

Best brewery in Houston beer, space, beer and beer-ista s! Seriously if you have not loaded up the beer fam and headed east, then you are missing out. These guys are IPA magicians. Their IPA s actually taste different and are not just one offs! Strong showing! Thanks for brewing in H Town. We will be back.

It was our first time coming here, its where my mother wanted to come..they have a restaurant but it was closed. They had a food truck with crawfish only..I dont eat. The prices are great and the scenery is awesome. It was beautiful outside and things to do with the kidos.
