Five Guys used to be my all-time favorite burger joint when I lived up Northeast I ve been to this location few times in the past. The burgers are still good, fries are okay but & that s a big but the price has gone up ridiculously .can t spend almost 100 for 4 meals! I know everything is going up due to inflation but..that s too much

Best customer service for a fast food restaurant. Always clean and yummy. Today, my daughter fell off the tall chair, luckily she didn t get hurt. One of the associates (black shirt) came over afterwards to check on us and made sure everything was ok - we were not expecting that level of service at a fast food chain! P.S. not this restaurant s fault but the hot dogs are ok but wayyy overpriced. We didn t want any topping on ours and still paid $7.5 for it.

Ive always enjoyed eating here, but decided to try it as takeout this time. The problem is often that the superb fries get cold, droopy, and lose vigor. But weve just received an air fryer and it revolutionized the experience. The burger was still delicious, and after 10 minutes in the air fryer, the fries were crunchy and equally excellent. So consider take out next time, it can be great.

Burgers were great as always! There was a slight error I in our order but it was resolved promptly. Had three Little Cheeseburgers AllTheWay and two Little Bacon a cheeseburgers AllTheWay with grilled peppers and jalapeños. To top it off we ordered a large order of Cajun fries! It truly was FeastLike !

From Alaska and we dont have 5 guys up there. Bacon burger really good, fries are perfectly cooked. Not soggy or burnt. Prices little high, but once you take a bite of there burger you dont feel so bad paying little more then most places.

Usually a great place but unfortunately today it was the manager who made my burger and in the middle of it touched his cell phone without changing gloves and then touched my food. I called and it happened to be the same guy that picked up the phone and I explained it to him and he said sorry but I dont think he understood the gravity of the situation. Cell phones are dirty and then you touch somebodys food some things shouldnt need explaining. Order 19- Saturday January 6th 2024. 8:00 p.m.

I was very excited to try as I had heard about this place and the stories of their marketing strategy. The order taker was very helpful and curtious. The beef cheese burger was amazing and so were the cajan fries. The only annoying thing was that one of the kitchen staff member was constantly whistling which was very unpleasant. Anyways will be going back, maybe to another branch.

This was an amazing lunch stop. The service was quick. The taste of the burger and Oreo shake was awesome. But the portion of fries was perfect. I was able to save some as leftovers for my wife who absolutely loved them. One order of fries can feed two.

The food was hit and delicious but the music on the other hand was ridiculously loud. If you got a phone call you actually had to step outside to take the call. It was also difficult to hold a real conversation with my lunch date! Just wanted to let you know how our experience we today 5.6.2023. The music wasnt overbearing, Our burgers were pretty good apart from the cold buns which I didnt understand. We tried shakes for the first time and they were expensive and tasteless, wont be trying them again. Their shakes dont hold a candle to Chick-fil-A.

Ive always loved Five Guys, but that affair ended at this location. For a few bites, I thought I was experiencing sudden onset COVID-19 as I couldnt taste anything. Then I took a sip of my drink and realized it wasnt my taste buds failing, but the burger. Im baffled how a burger with grilled onions and mushrooms could have virtually no taste whatsoever.

I was looking forward to enjoying a good Bacon Cheeseburger & meeting with a good friend to catch up with each other We could hardly hear each other over the background noise level. The music was way too loud! The wait staff were dragging those noisy chairs around the room! The combination caused the patrons to screen at each other to be heard. The Bacon Cheeseburger & French Fries were Great! Next time, I will order takeout & eat in my car!

This was my first time to eat at 5 Guys since 2017, when I ate at one in Mississippi. This trip was much better and well definitely come back. The burgers were very tasty, prepared properly, with all the right toppings as ordered. The fry order was much larger than expected and the were hot and fresh.

the burgers are fantastic, but pretty expensive. even without the combo. with that, they re very careless with the fries. on several occasions i ve been given my burger in the bag with fries DUMPED on top, forcing me to dig through fries to get my burger. and at that, they give you way too many fries. and the fries itself aren t great in flavor.

Horrible! I ordered vegetarian burger and I got slice of tomato, pinch of lettuce, can mushroom and raw onion. At least you could make it as a patty since this is on your menu. The fries were so greasy the oil was dripping through the paper bag. Never again. Worst $27 spend on lunch

Five Guys consistently serves quality burgers and fries fast. It is our go to fast casual burger place bc there are multiple locations. My family also loves how you can customize your own burgers very easily. I wish there were better vegetarian options, but this is not a deal breaker, bc you can always do a sandwich with vegetables. They serve peanuts as an extra little treat which is fun. The to go options are quick and easy and they often wait to cook the fries until you arrive too ensure that they are hot. The online ordering is very easy to do. Thanks five guys for a consistently delicious experience!
