I highly recommend Momentum Title! I recently sold my house and purchased a new house. The closing for the house I sold was with Momentum. Trying to coordinate selling and purchasing for the same day along with moving, not to mention different Title companies was stressful to say the least. Somewhere in my life I must have done something right because, Jessica offered up a solution to work with the Title company for the house I purchased that saved me hours on the day I was moving. There really aren t enough words to express how much I appreciate Jessica s willingness to go the extra mile for me. She was a breath of fresh air during a stressful time and I am thankful for her professionalism and kindness.

While Ive known Brian and Momentum for a couple of years now, this was my first chance to work with them. It went as good as expected, or better. Melissa from Momentum did an exceptional job with our case. We were working with a different title company for 6 weeks and were stuck with no closing date in sight. Once we switched to Momentum and Melissa took over we closed in less than 10 days. Highly recommend her and will definitely work with her again in the near future!

My friend worked at this location and had the worst experience of her life. The employees were not professional to her or to any of the clients that came in. The girl who worked at the front desk was a complete witch, and could not have been more ugly to my friend. Also the other employees were extremely petty and wanted nothing to do with my friend. Because of those reasons I would never ever recommend this place to work at or do services with.

Run!!!! They take advantage of older people and widows,. It s truly frustrating and disappointing to see someone you love, who s husband left her all he had which was never contested when he passed. Now she has to sell to live and pay bills, and they want to squeeze everything they can from her, and make this process as miserable and extensive as possible.

This company is terrible! On Jan 15, 2020, the escrow officer Amy Fraser emailed me because her office needed to close a deal on the next day (Jan 16, 2020) at 11am. Our company has Released a Lien for the property owner and it was signed by my attorney. However, the owner failed to record the Release of Lien to the County Clerks office. Out of desperation, Amy called and begged me to sign another Release of Lien, email and Fed-Ex it to her. I said that I would do her the favor only if Momentum Title can pay me for the Notary fee and Amy promised to do that by a confirmation email Will do. I, as the owner of Harris Oakley Solutions, dropped down all my work and found the cheapest notary public to sign the Release of Lien for $6. Then, I went back to my office ,put the document in the Fed-Ex envelope and drop it off to the closest Fed Ex office. This favor took me more than an hour. A week has passed and I still havent received the $6 check. I sent Amy a reminder email to send me the $6 check and I gave a deadline to the coming Friday (Jan 27, 2020). Amy replied and said she was not aware of the $6 check [was] for. Then, I reminded her again, it is for the notary fees and the REL. Amy replied, Should you require the $6.00 for the notary fee you would need to collect this from your borrower. This was not collected at closing. Well, my last attempt to try to resolve this issue by calling the office. I spoke with someone who claimed to be the office manager. Her name is Licia Prince. She was really rude. She yelled back to me on every sentences we have spoke. Apparently, she doesnt want to understand our company has signed the REL and sent to the owner and it is up to her to record it to the clerks office. Ms. Prince yelled at me and invented her version of the property code. The borrow must record the REL in the clerks office at the borrowers cost. This is insulting not only to me but also to my attorney. Because my attorney handled the REL for this property. This is accusing my attorney who did not know the property code but Ms. Prince knows the property code better than my attorney. LOL. Our company would not recommend anyone to do any favor to the company. A $6 check, for such a bad reputation. Does it worth it? My companys advice is NO!

If youre a realtor, you need Angel Traweek working all your files! She is on top of it, & is a terrific communicator start to finish! She has saved me on more than one deal! If youre a home buyer or seller I also encourage you to do your research and tell your agent that TITLE MATTERS & that you need a top office like Momentum & Angel working your file!!! :)
