Shania was outstanding! We missed a couple of spots however, that is typical with any head to toe waxing. She will fix the little spots we have missed today! Shania was not only an outstanding waxer in addition, she is a great listener, as well as a beam of light wherever she goes. I felt as though I had the best therapy session I had ever had by the time we were completed with my full head to toe wax. I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for Shania! I would recommend Shania to anyone if they want the best of the best!

Scheduling and website are very user friendly and easy to navigate. It s so convenient for me to schedule, cancel, and/or reschedule via the site. My wax specialist is Latoya. She is perfection! She completed my service on my first day and I ve been going to her ever since. I m new to waxing and she makes sure to educate me along my waxing journey. She also checks in with me during the service as she knows waxing can be a little bit of a painful experience at times. The front desk attendants are so friendly and they saved me money by educating me on the yearly deal they had going on.

Taylor, Taylor, Taylor. This is who you need to ask for when you go in. Im all about customer service and making me feel comfortable because its already awkward getting a Brazilian. I came to the Irving location last month and the young lady who waxed me prior just didnt do for me. So I went online to read the reviews and Taylors name kept coming up so I decided to give her a try. From the minute I walked in, her personality stood out. She introduced herself to me and made me feel welcomed. We held a conversation as if wed been knowing each other for years. She was just amazing and I KNOW Ive found my new wax lady!!! It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax with Alexis so I was extremely nervous to go with someone new. But she made me feel so comfortable! She made sure to tell me all the steps and every product she was using and when to breathe!! From the start she told me she could tell I had sensitive skin and went ahead asked me my shower routine and schedule and recommended the best products to exfoliate and moisturizer. And the step by step how to apply them. Hands down an amazing experience, I can t wait for my next appointment with her

I ve been coming here for about six months. I usually book day of, with first available and today that was Felicia. As much as I want to gatekeep, I told the girls at the front desk I was going to leave a review and they didn t believe me lol. FELICIA HAS THE HANDS OF AN ANGEL. I was not tense. There was no pain. It was quick, pain free, and chatter was at a minimum. I could have fallen asleep, and I ll book with her from now on. The girls at the front desk were kind, smiling, and we had each other laughing when I told them about my awesome experience. Update 9/22: I went yesterday, arrived a little early, and Taylor took care of me super fast. I walked out before my original appointment time! Taylor is fun, personable, and quick witted!!! Update 1/31 Taylor is still taking care of me. I love this place.
