Very animated and attentive staff. Everything seemed clean and picked up. Lots of games for both small kids and older kids. Vegetarian options: Salad bar Parking: Average parking lot Kid-friendliness: Its a kids dream. Games, pizza, prizes. They were open when I didnt have power during hurricane beryl and I was amazed of how well kept everything was on the salad bar and how uplifted the employees all seemed to be regarding the circumstances. My food was perfect, everything was clean, chuckie cheese made a few appearances within the 3 hours i was there. I think its probably the best chuckie cheese Ive been too and my kids had a great time. I also had the gold summer pass and I can honestly say its well worth it.

I give them a 5 star only because of the games for the kids..If you have a summerpassforyour kid justremember the trampoline area is not included and its $12.99 (I was not told when i bought the summer pass) The food is horrible but thats my opinion. The atmosphere could be a little more joyful and pumped up for the kids...

After spending $80 for one 30 minute card and one vegetarian pizza and one draft beer and one salad bar I was asked to leave for trying to get salad on the wrong plate. . I was never given the RIGHT plate whatever that means. But I paid my money and I left. My toddler and my wife are not too happy.

We did not get food this time but the place was great. We have been to 6 other Chuck e cheese locations around Houston and this had the most games. My daughter loves it. We are most likely going to come back a few more times, even though it is an hour drive to get to this one.

Havent been to this location since 2014 and my daughter that is now 13 wanted to visit again for nostalgic reasons because she loves anamatronics but they no longer have them nor does chuckie come out anymore the place is not the same. Then lets get to the prices 20 dollars for one large pizza is more than any pizza chain out there for mediocre food. The cucumbers were old and dry so my mom complained and the woman brought a water spray bottle and sprayed the cucumbers in the salad bar. Place has gone down hill chuck e. Cheese is not the place we once knew.

We came early so wasnt a crowd. I liked that u can buy time to play for an hour and we ordered food. What they forgot to inform us is that ur time starts when u buy it. Not when you start playing. Which would be helpful if your feeding kids for bout 3p minutes. So, take right what was wrong they did gv us another 30 minutes. So, my only complaint is customer sv. Telling people the rules as well as how you could save with coupons online. If I didnt ask.. we would hv not known. Overall a good time. Go early!!!!

I love this location. The staff is always great and the entire place is well kept. We had a birthday party last year and will be doing it again this year. Our kids love this place, and our party host did a wonderful job the last time. The games are always in working order which can be an issue at other places. It can be a bit pricey depending on what options you choose but what place isn t these days. It s always a great experience, though.

I was pleasantly surprised when we went to Chuck E. Cheese. From what I remembered I was thinking gross food, dirty floors and broken machines. But it was the opposite of all that. Our granddaughter is now 5 years old and enjoys the rides still and now getting into the video games. The food is better than decades ago when our children were young. It is best to take young ones as soon as they open so they can ride. When the older kids come, some run over and push the small children at video games. When our granddaughter was 2 years old she was done after about 30-45 minutes of riding and after seeing Chuck E. Cheese.

Had my sons bday party 4/30 Had a good turnout table decorated nicely, host was very helpful. He had a-lot of fun! Redeemed his tickets got a drum-set. Thank you for an excellent experience.
