We were about to close on a house but at the last minute the sellers changed their mind a day before closing. It was so disappointing and frustrating for us especially that we were in a time crunch. We contacted GK law because we believed that the sellers did us wrong and after all we spent and invested in this house we needed someone who knows the law to protect our rights. When I thought all was lost she came through. I was frustrated to the max with my car dealership not wanting fulfill my warranty and fix my car. I was going back and forth with them for months! As an early stage oil and gas tech start-up we hired Ms. Khan to draft a shareholder agreement that co-founders and early employers can sign. Ms. Khan exceeded our expectation with a well-crafted and airtight document that addresses even potential shareholder problems that may arise any time in a life of a start-up. For example, she has put in place articles that do not allow unrestricted transfer of shares to spouses of shareholder (which is a real problem in the case of a divorce).
