Customer service was extremely poor. Very disrespectful management named Keith or Kei. Order was placed at drive thru Friday Sep 13 afternoon we arrived home and noticed our food was incorrect and we were missing items as well are having old fries. I tried to call several times and no answer. Saturday morning/ all day we been calling and no answer so I send my husband up there because I am getting kids ready and myself to go to work. Husband calls me and tells me the manager denied service. And was being rude. I was in speaker and i heard the manager use foul language and make disrespect my husband. I told my husband to leave. My husband asked for corporate phone number and manager stated he didn t know a number. That s crazy. I work in the restaurant industry and by all means. You never argue with a customer. And you never deny corporates numbers. I am not one to complain because I know how working in this field can be but when it s a situation when the restaurant was at fault just fix it. Someone please explain to me why I have not been able to get in touch with a DM / or anyone from corporate

The restaurant was not very tiddy and clean. Our table was filthy and we had to clean it. The tator tots and cheese curds I ordered were over cooked. I never experienced this at a Freddys before. Sorry but I cant see returning to this location.

I love Freddys, but was very disappointed in this location. The young lady taking our order was great; however, when the order was made, they left the cheese off my sons tots and the tomatoes and bacon off my husbands sandwich. When asked to add the cheese, someone asked did they pay for that? Yes, yes we did. It was on the ticket, just like the tomatoes and bacon...why wasnt it on the plate? The Signature Turtle concrete I had was lacking in caramel and pecans (no caramel and 1 whole & 6 little pieces of pecans). The bathrooms need attention, the cooks need to learn to read the tickets, and those making the custards need to make them correctly. It feels like someone is all about saving $$$ and skimping on preparations.

Today August 23rd husband picked up my mobile order of 5 combo meals. A person in charge maybe the manager a white guy treated my husband with very bad manners, very rude and disrespectful and didn t want him to check if our order was correct. It is very sad because every other time we have gone they have treated us very well but today he ruined our day. It is our favorite place to eat I hope you do something about this issue and treat the customers with respect. The food was made sloppy very bad manager in charge. Makes us not want to go to this Freddy s anymore with the bad service to the customers.

We just sat in drive thru where you order for about 10 minutes . We said hello several Times and no one responded . No one was behind us or in front of us. So we pulled up to the window and sat for another few minutes until an employee realized we were there and acted confused . One guy was just walking around Looking lost. The girl who offered to take Our order said I m on break and some other girl Is in the front , but I guess I can take Your order . So after that , we said No thanks and drove off. They were not busy and not taking orders in a customer service business . Unreal . We will spend our money else where . Get it together .

Waited in line 25~ minutes for what was supposed to be a chili cheese dog and double cheese burger meal. Corrected the lady at the window after she repeated our order, originally saying we wanted a double cheese burger and double bacon cheese burger. No idea where the double bacon cheese burger came from, she acknowledged the correct order of the chili cheese dog and double cheese burger before pulling forward. We were given a plain hot dog. Went inside to get this corrected. On our way out of the parking lot we found a COCKROACH inside of our to-go bag. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Do. Not. Eat here.

Probably the worst Freddy s location you can visit across Texas. They charged my meals as all separate purchases (splitting my burgers, fries, and drinks) which results in you having to pay more. When brought up they try to cover themselves saying it costs the same in a meal or separate . This franchise actively participates in stealing your money.

Came in to pick up a delivery at the time it was supposed to be ready, ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. It took asking 3 separate people about my order for them to start on it, and once someone did, they then kept pausing to take new customers rather than just quickly finishing my order first. This is far from the first time something similar has happened here. Freddys management needs to staff more people and train them in order of operations.

Not a fan of the fries) I tried one tonight because they were free for cheeseburger day. Big mistake. I cant stop thinking about how good it was. I loved the thin patty (thats my preference) and crispy extras around the edges. I also had an amazing vanilla custard with brownie pieces. I visited this location because I had a freebie and also wanted to try it. The establishment was extremely hot inside as if maybe the AC was broken and receiving my brownie sundae and having to eat it quickly because it was melting, was not what I wanted to do. I saw the sign from I-45 and decided to try it on my way back north. I ordered a custard shake. They must have made 2 cars ahead of me and sat it by the window. It was completely melted when she handed it to me. Completely. And it was small. For a shake that was over $7, I expected it to (at minimum) still be solid. Tried it once I wont go there again. There are less expensive cold treat options that have larger cups and they wont be soup.

This Freddys would have had more stars if the customer service was geared toward the customer as customer service should be. We waited in line until our turn just to reach the register and the cashier stating she was ready to take our order and not be ready. She purposely ignored us after ordering and turned to talk to another customer who walked up beside us to ask for something. Then, after they left, she turned back to us and said, What did you say? Not even apologizing or politely asking the other customer that was cutting to wait a moment so she could finish tending to us. Also, we were sick after eating the food at this location, so we probably wont visit again.

GREAT burger! Flavorful grilled patty which I had served on iceberg lettuce. It was sooo good, worth $10 for my single with onion rings, (I ate 2, took the rest home) and unsweetened tea. Made this diabetic very very happy, and my blood sugar was beautiful afterwards so Ill definitely be back. Fried cheese curds were so hot and delicious I almost cried. My daughter ordered them for her side and I had 3-4, omgosh, heaven! Highly recommend.

This place has delicious hamburgers. They taste so fresh and their sundae is so good too. Drive thru is what I do often and they are attentive and nice.

Ordered 3 Sundaes!!! I got 3 milkshakes instead!!! The drive-thru cashier gave the excuse that Its hot inside thats why they melted. I was offered no apology. No discount!!! Next time I will drive the extra 5 minutes to Dairy Queen. If its that hot inside your establishment turn on the AC!!!

my sandwich was a messy patty melt as if the bread was soaked so it just slid all over the meat making it hard to hold..the size of the vanilla shake for the price was a joke unacceptable

Inside was dirty. Majority of tables were dirty, trash on the floor. Restaurant cleanliness poorly maintained. Plenty of employees present, place was not busy at 4pm during the week.
