AMAZING i wish i got a picture of the food but after one bite our plates was finished in 5 mins lol it was sooo good we got the all star one with grits one with hashbrowns and the cook made sure everyone eating at the place was doing alright. The waitress was prompt and friendly everything was amazing best waffle house i have been to here in dallas Kid-friendliness: Had high chairs for kids and bathrooms every thing aas super clean

This Waffle House location is getting a one star Because the AC unit has been broken almost a month. The workers are working under extreme heat conditions, which is concerning and unacceptable. Burl, aka Big Daddy and the manager Mari provided great service. Please support this local waffle house as the workers work hard to provide a great service. No one should have to work under these kinds of heat conditions. I hope corporate reads this, and they should be ashamed of themselves franchise and the franchise owner. Take Better care of your people and they will work hard for you.

I usually dont put down reviews but i find it weird that last night i went there and my card was charged more than what the receipt showed .. i then turn back to go and tell them and only the guy cared to hear it the one who attended us and another lady just walked away as soon as i said it had charged my card more than what the printed receipt had .. i dont wanna think that they are scamming there because they are my GO TO late at nights .. but i cant excuse this one at all when they playing with my moneys & my card at that . Over all no problem .

This Waffle House is all but tucked away from the traffic light and corner at Jupiter Rd here in Dallas. IF youre not actually looking for it you could very easily pass right on by it! In any case it is a really good place to eat at with good service and great Waffle House atmosphere! Come check it out! Parking: Large parking area available at this particular restaurant.

So first of all they dont answer the phone. Ordered 4 waffles. Supposed to be 3 with pecans and one without. Got 3 without and one with. Paid extra for pecans I didnt get. Then my sons chicken sandwich with no bacon had bacon that he CANT EAT!!! I dont know if they just cant hear or dont care but for what I paid, this was UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Disappointed! 1st went to the waffle house on oats drive in Mesquite Texas. Employees cussing! In front of the customers. The server came over after I had been there awhile waiting, I asked for a sweet tea he said it was brewing and would bring it when it was done. I thought he would at least take my food order. I waited again till I finally kept looking around and thought to myself this place looks pretty filthy and I left. So I decided to try another nearby waffle house on Jupiter Road in Garland Texas thanking oh maybe I can get me a chicken sandwich, hash browns and a sweet tea there. When I pulled into the parking lot it was empty no customers at all the cook and the waitress were sitting in a booth. I thought oh well maybe theyre waiting for a customer so decide to go in order my chicken sandwich hash browns and a sweet tea. The waitress did take my order in good time I didnt have to wait long I will give her a good rating for that. The sandwich. chicken was burnt the bacon was burnt and hashbrowns were burnt, the food was terrible! I dont know whats happened to the waffle house but that may be why they didnt have any customers? I dont know their breakfast seems to be pretty good and lunch but the night shift is not doing well! This is the second time Ive run into the same thing in the past several months. The price has gone up, I hope the food quality goes back up!

Dont even bother coming here. Last year I had a terrible experience regarding one of the employees (His name is Will and hes a black skinny man with a patchy dry beard) and I contacted the owners regarding my concern but yet I come back today to see the exact employee that thought it would be fired by now since he thought it was acceptable to curse me out infront of everyone simply because I told him I was disappointed at the wait time. Now its not my job to care about the mental wellbeing of the employees but this man obviously has problem and shouldnt be working for the company but unfortunately its seems they will hire just any dusty rude man off the street. Never bringing my family back here again.

Does not have customer service at all. Order my food with cheese on my eggs and hash browns and they brought it wrong. The servant ( binkiyy) did not even bother to ask me for more coffee, had to get up and ask for more coffee and not only that when she got up they did not have any coffee made so i had to wait more time until they made some more coffee. Do not recommend this place because they will not pay attention to you at all. This place does not even deserve a 1 star. Will never go back, we were the only customers there and everyone was just sitting down.

I took my 3 year old daughter here to have breakfast, and the sweet tea we both got was filled with tiny bugs like gnats. Im embarrassed and feel disgusted me and my 3 year old drank half the tea before realizing. Then when I told staff, I was never given an apology and they still charged us for the drinks.
