Most of the games are broken, missing pieces, or glitched. The service was absolutely awful, and I would think if you were this close to shutting down, as this specific place is, you would think they would have better service. The ladies at the counter were short tempered and rude. If you dont want to work with kids, please find another place of employment.

Great for the little ones, the best is an all inclusive card for as long as you prefer... and with that card they play like crazy... once finished... you recharge again and repeat the best games, in the end you cash in the that they prefer for the points generated, enchanted creatures.

Hello! I ve always wanted to go to go to a Chuck E Cheese animatronic show and to go to Dallas to see the Dallas Cowboys. (I live in ) Despite Texas having the most Chuck E Cheese locations, only 2 have 1 stages ; Amarillo and El Paso. Amarillo is the closest to Dallas, so that s the one I d go to. QUESTIONS: 1: I ve heard from recent sources that Amarillo s animatronics are stuck on random mode. When will this be fixed, 2: Will this location get the DREADED 2.0 remodel? If so, when will the depressing day come? I live in so I can t go in and ask the manager, and I m not sure if there s a way to contact specific Chuck E Cheese restaurants without calling them (costs a bit of money, as it s a USA number), unless someone has an alternative way? Thanks if you have made it this far! #saveamarillotxcecbots Hopefully they make it a hybrid store like Northridge CA in another universe

Please update this place. The prices are outrageous. For my kid and I, 50 bucks for a medium pizza, one salad bar plate. There was no lettuce or dressing. Took grandson (6yr old) to eat pizza and have fun. But the staff in Amarillo Tx is NOT friendly at all. If I could give a rating of negative, I would. Everyone that works there was NOT pleasant, friendly or accommodating at all. The manager doesn t care. Games didn t work, items such as bean bags, footballs, balls, etc were stuck. Wasted tokens due to paying for game , starting game but couldn t play. Manager wasn t helpful either. She retrieved the footballs but didn t give credit back. It just sucked big time! Then grandson went to get prizes, staff helping was rude and tacky. She didn t pay attention to grandson. My grandson gave up due to her not giving him the prizes he asked for. Sad place! It was awesome to see the antimatronics. Everything was okay. It was concerning there wasnt more staff around. There wasnt anyone at the front checking hand stamps. I had to go to my car with my teen. Someone came over when we came back in. Before we left there were more staff. We were there during a visitation with my nieces mother.

One of the worst chuck e cheese Ive been too. There were people who were behind us thar got their large pizza before we got our personal pizza. For what they charged for salad bar youd think theyd keep it stocked. Half the games didnt work. All the skee balls were in one machine. The bouncy ball game had no bouncy balls. The clown game had one ball to throw. The clock ride didnt work. Extremely disappointing.

We went at about 1 pm. Not a lot of people there so it was nice and quiet. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a personal cheese pizza , 4 drinks and 45 minutes of game time. It was about sixty something dollars. If you do minutes instead of points you get a lot of play time and can earn lots of tickets. Vegetarian options: They have a small salad bar. Parking: Small parking in front but there is parking all around the building. Kid-friendliness: When you arrive everyone gets a ultra light stamp on your arm and you get scanned before you leave to make sure kids Leaving with you are suppose to be with you. Wheelchair accessibility: Only drawback is you would have someone hold the door , it doesnt have an automated door. There is a ramp , plenty of room to get around inside, and bathrooms are accessible. They still have the animations on stage and every few minutes they sing and play.

Always a good time for the kids at Chuck E. Cheese. Years ago when I lived in Michigan, I would take my kids to Chuck E. Cheese and it wasnt a very good experience because it was dirty and the food wasnt that good. The one here by the mall is clean and the food is good. I dont mind going to this location at all. The staff is good and they take security very serious which Im grateful for. You can still get beer here so that helps with the experience. They have a good deal going where you get unlimited play for an hour and it wasnt expensive. I dont want to try to quote the price because I cant remember what it is but I do remember it was affordable. I definitely recommend taking your kids here. Restrooms are clean and its really never crowded the earlier you go.

My kids love to play games here! The timed fun passes are the best deal because kids can play as many games as they want in the time they have and when their time is up it s time to go. Just make sure they pause their time when they sit down to eat. The food here is really expensive for the quality so that is why I only rated it 4 stars. This is a bittersweet post about Chuck e cheese pizza. I know with covid-19 how its ravaged local businesses and the new release of the masked mandates allowing businesses to open up fully here in Texas with a choice to wear a mask or not. Businesses should be happy and ready to open however the understanding they cannot do to the unemployment benefits and where people dont really want to go back to work. Pros with $200 a family of six can eat and enjoy themselves for about 3 hours. Conns with saying that for two single topping pizzas and one supreme pizza that was still missing many toppings it took an hour to get them out. The manager stated they are understaffed and other staff members stated they stopped taking food orders because theyre overwhelmed and dont have the staff. I would really recommend holding off going here and spending any of your stimulus money or scheduling even a birthday party. The business needs help and they really dont understand the operation of customer service. Do not let a family order a supreme pizza when they basically only have three toppings that will go on it however charge you the full price. They do not give any warning times on when theyre closing, they will shut down all video games regardless of paid for which again youve paid for that run so they should have honored a refund. I like their idea pay for minutes or for points however if youre looking to get ticket items they are extremely high and their games do not pay out. In all honesty it was not worth the money to spend for because its not managed well and they dont have the staff. For the birthday parties they do not have live event characters everythings done on the TV and they dont even have the ticket blaster at this time. Please give this place a minimum of 6 months to hopefully a year and they should be back to abnormal state or a change state which would more benefit the customer then the company.

First time going to Chuck E. Cheese in Amarillo. Bad experience. We start of with a pizza and four drinks that came out to $29. The pizza was hard and didnt taste well. We had also purchased game cards with our order that went by time and not points. We were told by the cashier that our game cards will be automatically paused when we stop playing games when we sit down to eat. We played for 10 minutes then sat down to eat our pizza. When we went to go back to finish playing games we had a zero balance. I went to the cashier and asked them what was going on with our cards. They told me that the time ran out. Then they told us that we have to pause it ourselves. I confronted the lady that told me that it would automatically pause and all they could say is sorry. They wouldnt refund any time or my money. Then they told me I can put my cards in a recycling bin. On the back of each card it says receive a candy when recycling them. They didnt honor that either. My kids were not happy with this place either. First time going and it will definitely be our last.
