Went to BJ s for a free pizkookie, but my car broke down in the parking lot, luckily Aaron was there to help. My hero came outside, asked me to pop the hood, he placed both his hands on the positive and negative battery terminals, and miraculously the engine turned over. I m extremely satisfied with my experience at BJ s southlake and will be recommending it to my friends and family. Thank you Aaron, your hard work does not go unnoticed :)

Horrible experience today. No help on a Saturday afternoon. Waited forever for an appetizer to share Asked for ketchup on the side. Got ketchup on sliders and lettuce & pickles on the side. Asked what s up with order, guy said the kitchen is just being like the kitchen always is huh? He indicated he was only the bartender. Burgers burnt, fries cold. Must have been sitting in back for a while. We weren t the only customers looking around like what s going on. Hated having to pay good money for it.

Only one time out of a dozen has the waitstaff not been prompt and courteous - and on those rare occasions I think they were shorthanded. I miss that $10 chicken fettucine lunch special though.

This place is just so unprofessional. Me and my family of 4 went to dine in and when we walked in they walked us to a table. He just threw the menus on the table and walked away. Then we asked if we can move to a booth and the waitress was just like go for it . No direction to which one. So we went to the closest and waited for about 20 minutes and no one even came to get our drink orders let alone our food order. We just got up and left. They didn t even ask why or say anything for that matter. Made us feel so uncomfortable and unwanted.

So July 3rd is one of the busiest nights in the Southlake with lots of folks coming in to dine out prior to the fireworks. The fireworks celebrated their 25th anniversary this year, so BJs has no excuse for not being properly staffed. We were seated promptly, and a friendly manager came by and asked if he could put a game on the TV for us. After that, everything went downhill. Our server seemed to have too many tables for one person. She took our order in a timely fashion, but it took a while to get our first round of drinks. My husband ordered a second beer. Then our food came out. It was as expected, maybe a little cold from the wait, but okay. Our server never checked on us. I had to borrow ketchup from another table. My husband went to the bar to get me a second beer. We ate our meals, and we still had to flag down our server to cancel his beer that he never received and ask for our check. Thankfully, we were able to pay using a QR code, or we might still be waiting...

10/10 service tonight! Me and my buds came out to BJ s after a long day of Pickleball and wanted to cool down with some beverages and food. Our server Micaela was our server and was the best and gave us excellent service, always refilling our drinks and asking if we needed anything else. So satisfied with my experience, will be coming again!

This was the final time well be eating at BJs. It wasnt busy for a Friday during a playoff game, which probably should have been our first clue. It took our waitresses (yes 2 of them) forever to take a drink order. That was messed up. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to come back and order appetizers. Those took 30 minutes to come out because they had to re-fire the 2 appetizers we ordered. Then it took another 20 minutes for them to come back and take our food order. EVERYTHING came out cold. The shrimp tasted odd to the point where it wasnt finished. The grilled chicken was the same way. Then I tried to pay online to avoid having to wait again, the website wasnt working so by the time we paid and left I was overly annoyed. It doesnt end there!! The had a full on Ratatouille movie remake in the parking lot. NEVER AGAIN.
