We were in Dallas for a wedding and after the reception we were hungry. We stopped in Raising Cane s Chicken which I had heard people talk about, but not having one in Ventura, CA, or Saint George, UT where I have lived; this was my first time to eat here. I ordered the 4 piece chicken with Texas toast, Cole slaw, and, Raising Cain s sauce. The chicken was moist and tender and all white-meat. The Texas toast, a buttery garlic thick bread, but the Cole slaw was just average slaw nothing fancy here. The chicken and Raising Cain s sauce was delicious and I will definitely be looking for this restaurant when I am in the south as I could eat here again and again. A big thumbs up for this delish chicken chain. Puts Popeyes chicken with it dry meat crunchy chicken to a shame in my humble opinion.

The sauce changed my life - inflation also changed my life so I can now only afford to have Canes every once in a while. Shrinkflation has affected canes so the tenders are getting smaller.

For some reason, this particular restaurant here in Texas was not as good as a one in Aliso Viejo, California. Fries were barely warm, chicken was very small, and the bread wasnt as crisp or warm

Went there 5 yrs ago and service was terrible. Tried again today and its still terrible. Tried to place an order there they answered the kiosk but asked me to wait. After 5 minutes I was still sitting there. Tried the website on my end it wouldnt go through. Get home I was charged but I got nothing. I wont try again.

This location is always crowded. I looove their Texas toast, and the sweet tea is good too. I personally dont understand the hoopla about the chicken. Its good, but I wouldnt wait in line for 30 minutes for it. Also, what is the deal with their coleslaw?!Its basically served in a container the size of the Canes sauce, lol. Whats even the point? You can barely fit your fork in it. We ate inside today and it was nice & clean.

Ive been going to this location for years, and although there was a slight bump in quality as a result of the pandemic, I can gladly say that this location is back to being the Raising Canes I used to love. The chicken has been great as always, but what really makes me come back is the people. Logan, Connor and Charles are some of the best employees Ive ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. They are all deserving of raises/promotions and I always look forward to coming in because I know that they will make my order exactly how I asked for it. Connor and Logan were extremely helpful when it came to special requests (skinny chicken tenders), and every time I saw him, he knew what to put down. Overall a great location and Im glad its back to normal.

they forgot my bread. i was so suprised i didn t find my bread i thought i dropped it on the floor but then i started searching for it under the fries and sauce and chicken and went back n fourth across the whole restaurant for my bread n i couldn t find it and then i realized they forgot my bread. so then i went up to the front and told them they forgot my beard and they got so mad about it when it was their fault. very disappointed in this restaurant do better.
