We decided to find an immigration lawyer due to my husbands 100% disability veteran status and we knew income wise this would be an issue for us with the IRS. We chose Jessie as she was close to us in case we ran into any issues - which we did. Jessie was thorough and laid all our options out. She was extremely responsive and easy to get in contact with which made the whole process much less daunting. It didn t matter the time or day, if I messaged I didn t have to wait long for a response. Having such good communication led her to being extremely flexible and we were able to file and do the whole process without having to make the drive to her office in Richardson. One of my biggest worries with getting a lawyer was the $$. Instead of expecting a lump sum upfront or a huge deposit, she offered a number of reasonable payment plans which were easy on the bank account. Even after all my payments were made and USICS ghosting us, Jessie still kept in regular contact and gave updates when she could. She was great to work with!

She will tell you like it is and not sugar coat it but shes also so kind and willing to text after hours. I cant tell you how many times she talked me through my anxiety about my case. She responds to texts almost immediately. I am so happy to report my husbands green card was approved and it is all thanks to the hard work and dedication of this law office. As far as pricing she is very reasonable. Immigration is expensive, high cost up front, uscis fees, etc...but she works out payment plans so it is so doable. I am a pretty forgetful person so she did have to text me to remind me about my payment once or twice but she was never once rude or disrespectful about it. Simply Jessie is an amazingly dedicated and by far the most efficient immigration attorney you will ever have the pleasure of working with. I typically don t do reviews, but I had to do one for Jessie especially because a few years ago I randomly found her on google after a couple of bad experiences with immigration lawyers. I took a leap of faith and I truly could not have picked a better attorney to help me with my GC and naturalization process. Jessie s attention to details is phenomenal! I started the process very anxious but quickly found that from start to finish I had little to worry about because Jessie had my back. In addition to all the good things other reviewers have said about her, a couple of things stood out for me. One, when I moved from Texas to go back to school, I did not have to worry about taking a trip down in person, Jessie handled the details online via emails and USPS priority mails. Also, when I ran into financial issues after quitting my job to go back to school full time, Jessie offered a payment plan that was very reasonable and convenient. I had people telling me you don t need a lawyer for your naturalization process, just do it yourself and save the money. Well, some of the same people have not even started on their own process and that would have been me but for Jessie s help who kept up with me along the way to make sure I was on track. I became a US citizen August 31st! It is a long and tedious process, but I honestly had it super easy. If I had to do it all over again, I will go with Jessie for sure. It gives me much pleasure and pride to be writing this review about our attorney and friend Jesse Thomas. My wife and I met Jessie Thomas in April of 2017. We were living in Texas at the time. I brought my now wife to the United States on a K-1 Fiance visa. I was working with a less than reputable, but very well known attorney from the west coast. She arrived in May of 2016, and I was supposed to have married her in 90 days. The attorney told me that the 90 days was not etched in stone and I really had 180 days. I was busy traveling with work across the country so I felt comfortable moving the marriage day back. My wife and I were married in November of the same year. When I called him up to finish our paperwork he was extremely rude , insensitive, and condescending, basically telling us that my wife was going to be deported. He also denied telling me that he had said we had 180 days. Needless to say we were distraught at the thought of being torn apart. We were newlyweds. My wife started making inquiries in and around the metroplex in Dallas. She told me one day after I returned from work that she had been texting with an attorney from Richardson , and she had a very good feeling about her. We made an appointment to meet with Jesse shortly thereafter. Jessie was vey nice, accommodating and genuinely concerned about our situation. She told us that it wouldn t be easy and we were facing an uphill battle, but nevertheless she was with us the entire time communicating with us at all hours of the day and night even weekends , guiding us, coaching, and prepping us for our big day the interview. We used the services of Jessie for our marriage based green card process.
