Absolutely delighted with my experience at this event venue! Everything was simply amazing, from the personalized attention of the manager Valery to the friendliness of the entire staff. The facilities are impeccable, and the atmosphere is perfect for any type of event. Without a doubt, it is my first choice for future celebrations. Highly recommended!

KAtie and venue bartender asked 3 of my bridesmaids if i was pregnant(the bride), they basically called me fat on my wedding day.. What makes me more upset was i was at bar getting drinks WHILE THEY WERE BOTH THERE. The company changed their response from my maid of honors review DOWN BELOW, saying the pregnant comment wasnt made towards the bride and IT WAS. So now they are LIARS. Do not book here they wont even take accountability for their saying me the bride looked pregnant comment around 3 bridemaids. is the bride pregnant comment made by Tuscany Wedding Venue staff to the bridemaids was unprofessional. First, and most importantly, my fertility and my sobriety is NOT the Tuscany Wedding Venue staffs businesss to speak of or ask my guests about for any reason or in any context. PERIOD. Also venue was HOT I was sweating so much inside, it was awful! This is inappropriate. Yes, this comment ruined the day. Nothing is worse than gossiping staff members. I do not care what else was said to me. The pregnant comment overshadows everything. I dont deserve that; no one deserves that. It upsets me that we paid so much money just to be insulted on the most important day ever. The fact that I am here two months later, having to go through this embarrassment again for whatever is happening with the venue responding to my friends complaint is so annoying and unappreciated. They should just take accountability. I am once again upset. This has been the most disagreeable event in my life. I am full of sorrow that the pregnant comment was made and as I am a bigger woman and do not need to be ridiculed for any reason on wedding day. Its upsetting to have the same women smile at my face throughout the night after spreading such a rumor is quite disturbing. Again, My fertility, my sobriety, my weight is not what Katie and the Tuscany Wedding Venue bartender should be talking about on my big day PERIOD. Do not bother us anymore on this event as I am trying so hard to forget the embarrassment the staff of Tuscany Venue has put me through I posted one photo so you know this real and trying preserve the privacy as this is so embarrassing to have to review.

Beautiful place!! The service was excellent, the setup of the entire event was exactly as we wanted it. Tuscanys location is perfect between the RIM and La Cantera Mall. The attention of Valery, the person in charge of Tuscany, is very good since he made sure that everything was spectacular and not a single detail was missing.

Beautiful place. Everything turned out perfect and the reason why I say is that if something was wrong I (the bride) didnt even notice. Valery and his team are the best. Yes attention to detail and professionalism on her part was the best. Thanks for everything. Will definitely be returning for future events. The location is perfect, accessible and most definitely a hidden gem.

The wedding Coordinator Katie was phenomenal. The venue was lovely, but her skill of orchestrating a fairytale event was incredible. She made a dream our reality. Her professionalism is first class. My friend had a wedding here and the venues bartender told me the maid of honor and all the bridemaids directly that she thinks the bride is pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shes just a bigger girl but definitely not pregnant, but I was very taken aback that she would make such a profound comment. my other friend gossips alot and told my the bride and she cried. This is the last thing we wanted for the bride. This is not how a special wedding day should go!! Who will fix her special day???there is no repeats. They ruined her day. The entire staff is absolutely unprofessional. Accountability is important and truth is even more important. This event did happen in the way I am desribing it. The staff doesnt even know who she is sharing her thoughts with. The left the bride insecure the rest the day and had puffy eyes. Also instance say she was pregnant..... who is the bartender to tell people??? thats not her news to tell the world, but she is not pregnant she is just a curvy girl. Anyways thats the review!

Update.. we had our wedding ...and the inside was so hot we were all sweating. Some of our stuff went missing we have no idea where some of the stuff went. i felt like the staff was in and out of the groom and bride room more than we wanted, even when we werent in the groom and bride room as we saw them them go in and out. We were upset because we we were told there would be no furniture and then there ended up being furniture from the venue and the wedding guest stayed in areas the venue had furniture that we did not want the guest to be but because the venues furniture was there it changed the whole dynamic of where the wedding guest went. It was like a waste to hire a decorating team and pay for their furniture cuz we were tokd the place would be empty. It was very frustrating and ruined dinner. The needing to have every caterer and vendor to sign a waiver and provide their own insurance policy change our whole wedding. Our caterer couldnt cook on the premise because of this and the bartenders we wanted couldnt come with there drink stations and theres no kitchen on site to use so we couldnt prepare the oysters and keep them refrigerated because there was no refrigerator available because there is no kitchen. They provided ice but you need your own coolers. If we could do it over again we would in a heartbeat and it would not be here. What was suppose to be the best day of our life was not. Fiance and i booked this place 6mths ago wedding coming up and our coordinator was fired and replaced with another lady named katie. She has not responded to our questions like she said she would. It has not been fun at all and we are super stressed out over here. We are very nervous about how the wedding will go. Like we are both having nightmares about it.

My husband and I were married here on April 1st this year and had such an amazing experience ! We met our event coordinator, Katy, only a week before our big day and she made the swift change seamless! I was under the impression she would only be there to assist with giving direction to vendors but she was so much more than that. We honestly couldn t have done our day without her! Tuscany is such a beautiful venue, I couldn t say enough good things. I found out about it just days before booking it and fell in love the moment we visited. It was perfect for our micro wedding. Their packages are reasonable and so worth it. I highly recommend it to everyone! It s kid friendly too with a playground and tons of beautiful green grass! Huge plus for big families. Thank you Katy for your amazing hospitality and Tuscany for hosting our special day!

Dang I picked this place for our wedding and they just showed me their rectangle tables as i wanted rectangle tables that they advertised to seat 6-8 THEY ARE SO SMALL lets be real you can fit 4 avegarge sized people in comfortably. You cannot put people at the ends they cant even sit there cuz their knees touch the table legs ... omg!!!!! Uuughghghguugugug owner wrote back but i do not want to expose my identity as im already been treated rudely and sont want more rudeness on top. Ill just post again in several months how everything goes with pictures

I had my daughters baby shower here and had around 75 guests. It was such a beautiful space for the event and everyone enjoyed the indoor/outdoor area. Our event planner, Rebecca, made sure everything ran smoothly and we couldnt be happier. So glad we chose this venue!

From the moment we decided to use The Tuscany as the venue to the moment that the wedding was finished, Rebecca and her staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter s day went perfectly. They worked with us on payments, let us visit to make sure we had things exact, let us change some stuff and add stuff at the last minute. If you want a beautiful place to be married with great people to help you, The Tuscany is the place! Thanks y all for making my daughter s wedding day one she will never forget!

The place is so expensive, the manager is soooooo RUDE treating people and shes a thief, shes a rip off.... she dont wanna give the $500 deposits and shes asking for more money on top of that by saying we did some damages in the venue which shes making up a story and all not TRUE !! Shes charging $60 for cake cutting utensils and server for cutting server, RIDICULOUS....smoking at venue $150 fine WTH !! I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A VENUE, YOU WILL REGRET AND NOT WORTH IT, its a very stressful experience......very bad system.....they keep sending bills like a hospital bills goshhhhh

Wow! What a beautiful hidden gem for weddings and events! We held an outdoor wedding ceremony at Tuscany Venue and it was perfect! The Bride and Groom suites were wonderful for last minute adjustments to the attire and for getting nerves under control. The huge trees made a wonderful backdrop for great photos. Overall, we had a very nice experience and we appreciate Angelas assistance in making our day so special!

We had the most amazing experience at Tuscany Venue! We had a GNO birthday party and it was a blast! Angela was an absolutely godsend! She worked with my budget and even found us a fire dancer for entertainment! The catering was so delicious! Every option we picked was delectable. And the way they set up the grazing table was a work of art itself. Not to mention the desserts were little pieces from heaven! This venue is beautiful for any type of occasion and the support you receive makes your event seamless with not an ounce of stress!

Babtism and First Birthday Party This venue is absolutely amazing! This first moment I walked in for a tour, I knew this was where my son s party was going to be. The options for indoor and outdoor receptions is so nice. Being able to meet with the venue coordinator Angela and all the Team was such a relief and weight off our shoulders. They worked with us to have our event come to life. I 100% recommend this beautiful place.

Had the BEST bridal shower! Andres is such a sweet person from the time I had to book from out of town he was able to answer all my questions and wanted to make sure I got everything I had wanted, he genuinely cares for the people who are booking making sure they are satisfied!
