Even though this location is the closest to me, I always go to the second and third closest for my many Little Caesar s orders. Today I wasn t feeling well and made an exception and ordered at this location. Huge mistake. Once again, I had a bad experience. I m trying to give the benefit of the doubt for many things I hate about this location like them being super slow and how sometimes the female employees are so rude. But the thing I don t excuse is how they massively skimp on the cheese they put on the pizza and cheese bread, to the point that the food is really terrible. I m kicking myself. I should have just driven farther away. This LC is in a great location for customers. But the food and experience is awful. Note to self: stop coming here!!! You know better!!! Go to the Garland location and the other Mesquite locations. I m reminding myself of this and definitely recommending this to everyone else. (I did meet someone I think was owner once, and he seemed nice, to be fair. But those employees. Not worth the money for the experience.) Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Bad service I spoke to order a pizza without sauce and when I get to pick it up they give me the wrong pizza and I have to wait for them to prepare it again they gave it to someone else. Thats why I spoke so I wouldnt be waiting because I was in a hurry.

Took a chance and ordered pizza today at this location after being disappointed in the past. WOW what a difference! Ordered the 2 topping special and it was delicious. In the past it was over-cooked and dry but today it was perfect and bread was soft(NOT raw. So important) . breadsticks were perfectly done as well. In the past they were dry and hard. Today they were soft and evenly cut. Delicious as well. Tried the chz puff cupcake looking thingys and they were so goood. VERY SATISFIED with my purchase today. I have been avoiding a lot of Mesquite restaurants for lack of care for their food. Glad I gave Little Caesars a chance today. Manager(didnt catch his name) was very cordial and polite. Please keep this staff from today Wednesday around 1 pm 05/22/24. Place looked clean too. They did great. 5 stars. Parking: Parking lines need repainting. They need to be spaced out more. The old lines are waaay to close. Creates problems between customers. Car dents.

The service I received was totally unacceptable.. the staff was very rude. The store was not clean.. the employees was very unsanitary.. the manager David was picking at his face with his hands and also scratching his back with his hands and touching his hair and never washed his hands.. the lil girl that was fixing the pizza pushed the trash down with her hands and then continued to touch and fix the pizzas with her hands I watched the whole staff as I waited and what I observed was unacceptable! And the pizza was cold and uncooked this is dough raw !!!

Employee was very polite for an error that I made my self by ordering at wrong location. Location were originally order from were rude and didn t care about my Situations! But when I called original store I meant to order from employee was understanding and very polite! He willingly offered to fulfill my order and empathize about my experience! Bought a 6 dollar pizza last wednesday. I was told it was fresh. It was not! Called them and mgr juan told me hw would replace the pizza at a future date. Friday i call and order 2 pizzas and asked for one of them to be the replacement as juan had indicated. The young cashier yelled at juan that the guy who complained about the pizza is on the phone! Called in an order at 5:19 pm after trying to order online to be told it was not available at this location. Call in the pizza order. Showed up 15 minutes after calling pizza order in. Pizza was not ready. Was told they were waiting on one other pizza to cook. Waited 30 minutes pizza was still not ready. Over four other people were in and out in that timeframe. Very disappointing experience. Will not return here again. This is the worst Little Caesars pizza I have ever been to. Been here multiple times similar issues of slow service. Understaffed. The service has really gone down since the summertime. Make sure you always check your pizza. The last two times I have tried to come back it was inedible. Once I ordered ahead through portal and the pizza was burnt. Another time I waited for pizza for almost a half hour only to get home to discover they neglected to put sauce on it at all. It was literally crust with extra cheese. Couldnt tell from looking at it quickly. Will not be back.

The young guy looked like he was 18 had a carless attitude when I asked for a real receipt. He provided what looked like a receipt but with XXXX in place of totals charged. When Ibtold him who his manager was he said he was. I told him you dont talk to customers that way he responded thats fine. He referred me to corporate. So I did contact corporate. Now Im hoping Corporate will reach out to me. He was able to print me an actual receipt...who knew right.
