great place, my son got into a fork lift accident while at work. I was recommended by Arthur Aranda at the Schoel Law Firm. my son won his case with really no problems. he is very grateful for M&B. They know what they are doing!

I wouldnt recommend them. Matt was my attorney and recommend me to see his preferred specialist hes worked with. After 5 months and a lot of money still havent gotten anywhere. Ended up with less than 19 thousand dollars and using my insurance for 2 neck surgeries. Ive been out of work for 9 months and still need a shoulder surgery. This is from my car getting rear-end. Should have told me to use my insurance from the beginning. All the money went to his doctors and attorney fees. Very disappointing. Had to give 1 star to post this

Mark one of the attorneys there made a grave Aer did apologize and was supposed to file a amend, he had accused me of adultery. Which was untrue apparently he made a cut and paste mistake. He is a Craigs list attorney, and he has yet to file a motion that was Monday today is Friday, actions speak louder than words. No class again a craigslist attorney!! All we have is our good name he shows he does not have a good name!

Royce,worked hard for me.He was able to get all my benefits reinstated in 3 weeks.Royce,also fought hard to get surgery approved that Texas mutual kept refusing to pay.. Excellent, Excellent attorney

I had Toby as my lawyer and when I say he went above and beyond for me he actually did way more then that. I was about to give up hope on anyone taking my workers comp case, as I never lost a day of work. However, Im stubborn and worked through so much pain with strick limitations from my doctor. Toby made sure that I was kept in the loop with my case and took the time to ensure I understood my rights. I would recommend him 10000 times over. He took a risk taking on my case as chances of winning werent great. He not only took my case but won it and got me more then I had expected. I cant thank him enough for what he did for me!! If youre looking for a lawyer who wont back down he is definitely the one you should look into.
