he was assigned to me as a defense attorney. he confused his own schedule, calling me at work one day and chastising me for not being in court. I told him I dont know what youre talking about it, we got it rescheduled to a later date..he continued to rudely tell me to get over here or youll be arrested....calls me while Im getting ready and finally realizes his mistake. when the court date finally came around, and Im at the court with my friend, hes no where to be found. I have to call him up, hear him express SUPRISE when I tell him todays the day, and then when he gets to the court he greets my friend (standing right next to me) with my name... this man should retire. Im sure he WAS good. just awful, awful, awful.

I sent Mr. Martin a resume/ but he said he already had a secretary/ so I said ok. Ive heard very good things about him, but Ive yet to meet him.
