I had an absolutely horrific experience with this Law Firm. in addition to being non-communicative they were absolutely inept and incompetent at obtaining public records, communicating with me problems they allege they had with my insurance company which is USAA, to not being able to express not getting updated reports per the police officer told me he would have done and just a total lack of communication with me calling and texting for updates. I couldnt tell you the name of my attorney because I have never had a conversation with her other than when she initially was assigned my case. All information was through her staff of whom I have no idea what level of experience they have but that we went back and forth constantly. My case is a very low level rear end where I was hit from behind and yet this Law Firm allowed State Farm to say that they would not accept liability. As a prior Legal Assistant that did personal injury I would be embarrassed to say that I worked at this firm.

I was in an accident, Mr. Hilley and team was great! Throughout this whole process it was very easy Mr. Hilley took care of everything down from my medical to my settlement and all I had to do was recover from my injuries.
