The new Cloud 9 management and establishment is amazing! Nice decor and vibe. The customer service is amazing! I highly recommend this place. I have been to a few hookah spots in San Antonio and this is the best one!!! They do offer water and other drinks but it is a BYOB establishment. They also offer a military discount!

Loved the vibe tonight. They had an open mic night tonight & Quincy was an excellent host! He had some poetry prepared and it was excellent. Our hostess was also awesome and really attentive.
