For starters we came at 8:20pm they did not have anything we asked about they didn t have cheese danish, they didn t have ham and Swiss, and they didn t have any birthday cake pops I get it it s almost the end of the day and they are probably ran out of some of the things but when we asked for a puppachino they came to the window and said they ran out of whipped cream. Get better staff or have them learn customer service skills.

Hello, If I could give this Starbucks ZERO stars I would. I have frequented this Starbucks for 5 years, and have recently started driving further to another Starbucks because their service is HORRIBLE. I started going to a different Starbucks because everyone I go there there are new people working who always get the drinks WRONG. Today I visit because i didn t want to drive to the other Starbucks (i really should ve taken the drive), and my drink is made incorrectly. No problem. I park and take the drink back in to have it remade, and the employee refuses to remake the drink because she says it s made correctly. Her manager tries to show her the paper with the specifications of how it should be made and she still refused to remake the drink. I told her ma am I ve been drinking this drink for 5 years (it s the ONLY thing I drink at Starbucks) and it not made correctly. She then proceeds to tell me the only thing she do is pour the same drink into another cup and blend it more. I told her no because this drink isn t supposed to be that thick. Finally, because no one (including her MANAGER) could get her to remake the drink I said it was fine just refund me my money. This was RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This particular Starbucks need to do better, and train their workers BETTER.

First of all was not greeted when I entered this Starbucks. There was 3 girls just standing at the counter. The app said my order was ready got there 2-3 mins and it wasn t ready. When my drink was finally ready I had to ask for my sandwich to see if it was ready. They didn t even make it yet! Why say on the app your order is ready and it s not.

Dont take the new lavender matcha if the cold foam isnt purple!!! They handed me one with green foam. Not a hint of lavender taste to it. I even commented is this the lavender matcha and they said yes. Almost $7 on a venti drink and they have to be lazy when making drinks. So many lazy drinks from this store lately.

I wish this location was run better. Its the most convenient location for so many reasons, but its really slow, the staff always seems annoyed when it has customers, and they only get the drinks right about 75% of the time. The rusted out menu board in the drive through should have been a clue. No one seems to care about the facility, the coffee, or the customers.

50-50 chance they get my order right. A Frappuccino with no whip. Last time, they put whip in it. Instead of making a new one. They scraped off the top. Put it in a new cup. The whip that was at the bottom of the old cup was now in the middle and they just poured more coffee to cover it up.

The staff are so rude and uncaring! They behave as though they are doing us a favor when they take our orders. I had to wait 22 minutes for a Frappuccino and a coffee. I couldn t find the cream for the coffee and they said they were out of it. When I asked them the reason of the delay, they just gave me a dirty look and looked the other way, and started talking to another colleague that was standing next to them. The place was empty. There are four people behind the counter but yet they take their own sweet time and get upset if you ask them any questions. I don t see why I even have to give them one star .

Their ticket system for mobile orders was down but people could still submit orders without issue. The poor girl at front making the mobile orders was completely surrounded by Karens and people that have no patience. They handled it very well since the only way to actually make someones order was to see their receipt from the app and then remember who had what. Handled very well under pressure they all deserve a raise but especially the sweet girl at the front. It s my fault for not asking for her name.

Worst experience ever. Got in line and it was moving slow (no big deal as it was still moving) and then it abruptly stopped. After waiting 42mins even being next up to order I finally just left the line, along with multiple others that gave up sooner than I did. Im guessing the staff decided to just stop making coffee and go take a break as when I passed the window there was a hurried sign in highlighter that said closed until 9am. I left at 9:05am. My drink was ready and sitting on the counter. A barista looked at it a few times and walked away. I needed to leave for work, so I honked to get the cashiers attention. A male named Riley (may go by she) came from the back and scolded me, telling me not to honk at the cashier and that it was her second day. Im the paying customer. I ve given this location so many tries like daily. It s come to a point where it s just terribly poor customer service and experience. I consistently get cold coffee, cups full of milk rather than balanced with coffee. I often have to pull up and park to request a drink to be given to me properly ( no one wants cold coffee) and they seem to forget I m waiting for my drinks. I was recently burned by getting boiling hot coffee after kindly asking that my cold coffee is replaced. I m often given a cold brew rather than nitro. Also, the nitro machine was broken FOREVER (think McDonald s ice cream) and recently fixed for about a week now. That would be great if I actually received a proper nitro cold brew. Everyone who works there seems to be kind but just maybe not properly trained or supported. I love coffee to start my day- specifically Starbucks. How we, I can no longer continue to support this poor service location. Here s a picture of the nitro cold brew I was given this morning. All cream. All ice. No nitro if you know the order, it doesn t even come with ice! this happens more times than I can count. I just don t have the energy to keep kindly asking to get it right.

Placed my order online, went to pick up and the door was locked. A sign was up saying drive thru only due to short staff. Tried to explain through the door glass that I had an inside pick up order and I was ignored. Stood there for almost 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. It would be very helpful if there was a canopy over the orderboard. I was a bit frustrated at getting drenched by the rain because the drivethru person refused to let me order at the window (which had a little bit of coverage but I still got rained on) and I had to have my drink fixed since I asked for lite ice but was given extra ice.. overall it was a very Meh experience and for the prices they charge I expect (and normally receive at other locations) better service.

I visited this location yesterday in the drive thru and Riley took my order. Their system was down but I was greeted with a big smile and such a pleasant attitude it was refreshing! I ve visited the drive thru at this location multiple times over the years between 5:30-6AM and thus far has been the worst compared to others they rarely get the order correct, even after going back to have it corrected they still screw it up..??? Stopped in at this location today to grab some coffee. Tried to order a grande dark roast pour over since they dont brew dark roast in the evening. I was notified by the barista they dont have pour over there I could have the brewed pikes place or an americano.
