I have always had a good time at this theatre. I have been going here since i was a kid. They always have the movies I want to see and great showings tat let me go when I want to. Snacks are good, i have the rewards so i pay next to nothing to see a movie. I usually walk in and get a large popcorn, drink, and candy and only pay $16. The staff is usually pretty good, they are nice as well. Seating is good, i am 64 350lbs and my father is 68 and 365 and we fit in the seats just fine. Also heated seats.

Went to see Despicable Me at theater 10.. Our seats were D 11,12,13 and seat 12 didn t not work !! Popcorn was not fresh and hotdog was horrible , cold and hard , bread was hard Was going to return but the lines were to the door ! Just a bad experience overall . 30.00 wasted

My daughter went to watch the Quiet Place last night. Forgot her purse there with $195.00! It was the last showing so nobody picked up the phone when we called. Called today, they said they would call her back and they never did. I had to call about six times so they can say that they didn t have the purse. I know who ever cleaned took it, took the $195.00 that she was holding for her best friend and probably threw away the purse with my ID, my wallet, birth control, and keys. They don t want to say anything cause they got the money. This doesn t help with the crisis she is already going through! Not going there ever again. They re dishonest and bad customer service!!! The devil is a liar!

Yeahhh went to go watch bad boys, 4/18 house 3 at 935 and wow, what a mess. We got there early to make sure we got our correct seats and eat some popcorn and drink ICEE while we waited for the movie. The theater wasnt cleaned yet, drinks and popcorn left every where from the previous showing Im guessing. The seats need to be replaced is another thing, the pleather is pealing off just looks tacky. The movie screen looked a little dark as well, not sure whats going on there. Tinsletown has kind of lost its touch. Another complaint i have is walking out from the theater, the whole walking area walking outside had trash all over the ground. Just all around unclean.

We had just watched the 12:35 pm showing of Inside Out 2, which you can generally expect to have kids watching, right? I was with my 6 y.o. old girl, and apparently, someone complained about our noise. I could not understand this because there were lots of kids in the theater, and just like everyone else, we cheered at the beginning part of the movie where the girls made a goal. The only other time we were talking was the next few scenes where the new emotions came out. I have a 6 y.o. who is inquisitive and curious and kept asking me what those new emotions meant, and I clearly remember talking into her ears, explaining a little bit. All in all, that did not even take one whole minute. While we were quietly watching, I remember a young lady from the other end of the row walk up to our seats, stop right in front of us, look down on us and walk right back. I even pulled my feet in to give her more room to walk. I did not think anything of it, until I was made aware of the complaint. What IRKED me the most is how the staff handled the said noise complaint, with not just 1, but 2 of them walk up to me to tell me, while we were completely QUIET, making no sound at all and just concentrating on the movie, to keep it down because someone complained that we were noisy!???!??? How dare they tell me to keep it down when we were not even making a sound at all!!! I was so quietly dumbfounded I could not even respond to what the staff told me! I suddenly felt a sense of being embarassed for no reason, felt offended, and felt utterly disappointed. All throughout the movie, I had to shush my daughter whenever it looked like she was going to ask me something, while other kids ran up and down the stairs stomping their feet and yelling, and other movie goers in my row loudly laughed and chuckled and reacted to the movie. I do not know if the person who made the complaint was just mistaken, but what mattered so much more than that was how the staff made us to feel like we were a disturbance in the theater when we were not. I have a suggestion for the next time this happens to someone else. Your staff should acknowledge the complaint, but first assess the situation, let the complainant know that they will keep an eye on it, and if it goes on, they will kindly handle it. They could have come into the theater and observe first, and see if indeed we were making a noise disturbance. But they didnt. They (your 2 staff) came right up to a mom and her 6 year old girl and told us to keep it down, while we were not just keeping it down but were completely quiet!!!! I could have complained about all the noise that went on and on in the theater, but that would be so petty. Whats not right is how your staff made me feel embarassed, enabled the complainant who was clearly mistaken, and take away the supposedly good time me and my daughter were to have. Shame on you and the way you handled the situation and being so one sided about it. Tell someone to quiet down if they are making noise. But if they are quietly watching, you better not come up to them and destroy their cinema experience!

We went to a morning show. You can choose your seats when you purchase your tickets. Even though it was before ten there was fresh popcorn popped and waiting. We noticed that alcohol is served, beer, margaritas, jack and coke, etc. there are other food options like nachos , candy, chips. Plenty of options for kids and adults. The theatre was clean. The seats were well spaced. They recline and have temperature control. The sound was clear. Sometimes too loud during previews but perfect during the movie. There is a small arcade. There are restrooms in the front and on the far side exit hall of the theatre. The bathrooms were clean. They only have hand dryers. There is a family restroom.

No free refills on large box of popcorn and asked if they could just fill it up half way and that was a no! So they said we can charge you for a small and then dump it into our box of popcorn we had already purchased and ended up charging me $8 and once they dumped it in the box it was half way! Popcorn is cheap! There are theaters where no matter what size you get you can fill it up with popcorn and as much butter as you want for FREE! That s ridiculous!

The assistant manager Alyze went above and beyond for us!! We went to see Ghostbusters with all our matching shirts and wanted to buy the slimer popcorn can. They said it was sold out so I was a lil sad but we took pics and sat down. The assistant manager sought us out in the theater and said a truck just came in with more ...she took her time to find us and I was so happy and impressed thank you sooo much!

I live about an hour and a half away and I was so excited all week planning a date with my boyfriend. We where so excited to watch the exorcist. So excited that we got to the movie early and decided we wanted to watch the showing at 7:40 instead of 8:50. Which was fine with staff . Then when we show the guy our tickets he sends us to theater 4. We sit for about 15 minutes and then the ending credits to the movie roll. The guy sent us info tho wrong theater. We got the entire movie spilled for us because we watched the ending . Got our refund but not without some employees laughing at us thinking it was funny . It wasnt funny at all. I was and am very upset .now we dont even want to watch the movie because I know how it ends!! Thanks Cinemark.

Very large cinema with loads of parking and several theaters inside. The wide reclining seats give you an optimal viewing angle, and the arm rests can be raised to allow for comfortable hand-holding. The seats were comfy, and the sound was incredible. Thank you for a great experience.

First, I m used to the Cinergy theaters in the Midland area. This theater was less than an optimal experience. They serve a limited selection of hot food as snacks, but the seats don t have tray tables to sit the food on. The back concession stand was shut down and appeared to be converted to a make shift storage area. The men s room was pretty run down as well. The light fixture in the handicapped stall was burned out and several urinals were covered with trash bags / out of service. Some of the locks on the regular stalls were completely missing. Seats were comfortable and reclined. This theater has seen better days.

Issues with the system on July 15, 2023. in the morning. The team very nice and apologetic even though it was way out of their control. The movie was able to play and we received complimentary passes as the concessions and ticket sales did not work. The movie theater is in decline. There are seats losing their cover, among reclining issues with some. A restroom has been out of order by Theater 1 for weeks. There was no AC in the theater but didnt tell us until our fourth request for some air. The popcorn is almost always scorched. Still a decent place, but in major need of repairs.

I love that they added the reclining seats. We have the movie pass subscription and have not used it for a few months. Came to the movies today and we were able to watch a double feature and did not have to pay anything for tickets because the movie pass credits roll over. I have fond memories of when this theater first opened back in the early 2000s, and vividly remember seeing some classic movies (Star Wars & LOTR) and even having birthday parties here. Over 20 years later, this theater is still nice, the seats are comfortable, and their popcorn is always good and fresh. I cant give this theater 5 stars though as I believe there is some upgrading they could do to improve. The seats are a good, but some need maintenance, and I would love for them to have a full food menu like many other theaters do now. All in all, still a fantastic theater, and my wife and I see movies here on an almost weekly basis!

I don t generally like theatres because of the mess and The people, or there s always some weird smell. But I ve been here twice already, and I love it. I am comfortable. Enjoying movies with my husband, and the employees are so friendly and helpful.
