I rented this space for Friday night and all day Saturday. When I got it Friday. The place was so dirty, dust all over the place. Someone blew their nose on a napkin and threw it on the floor I had to sweep all of the space plus clean the kitchen, in the sink There was a dirty knife, dirty utensils and the restroom smelt like mildew Had to clean it with bleach in order for it to smell decent, Plus one of the Stalls had no toilet paper and they dont give you any toilet paper extra for your party so you have to bring your own toilet paper. Be sure to bring your own enough hand soap & Paper Towels for the restroom because they dont supply that either, Lastly if youre planning a party make sure the party ends at 10pm because you have to be out of there at 12am bc michelle doesnt give you any extra time for cleaning and will take your deposit!!!!!

Large and clean location. This location is large enough to host a rather good-sized party or gathering. A furnished kitchen is also provided within the facility. As well as extra chairs and tables. Also has a covered area outside. Clean rest rooms are also within the facility. Max occupancy is 285.

This facility is amazing. We had a successful run of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, the inaugural play of our new community theatre, Back Porch Theatre. We hope to outgrow it eventually, but for this show it was perfect. They made everything easy and were so accommodating! You can be assured, we will be back. Thank you, Midlothian Civic Center!

Nice place but chairs are flimsy and low to the ground, if you just looking for a place to have a baby shower or small events the ceiling isnt ideal it doesnt look picture perfect

We have had (2) of the most beautiful weddings here. Very convenient location, able to cook and serve from same location as the wedding and reception. Price is good and if you clean up and lock up on time the deposit it a full refund.
