Eric and Mark have been very easy to work with. They are very responsive by phone and email. I had a little hiccup with my payments but once that was resolved my case was filed within 2 days. And their pricing is much better than the competition. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Eric is the most honest lawyer and in the top 3 of best overall people I have ever come across in my 36 years of existence. I have dealt with many lawyers and I dont even feel right putting him in that category. He is a genuine man and i can say he truly cares about his clients. If I were to give an example of how he has personally and positively impacted my life Im pretty sure NO ONE would believe me. I was referred to Eric Engle for a case. On the first day we met, i hired him as my attorney. He filed all documents and processed them immediately to get the case started. Case went very smooth and was very patient in explaining the process and what it consist of and what was to be expect. He also offers payment plans if you are not able to pay everything upfront. I would definitely hire him again for any future case I may have.

I have been dealing with this law firm s POOR Unprofessional service for a year n half now. The people who wrote about the excellent service makes me wonder what They had done. After all the stress of lost paper work to the trustee telling him things needed to adjusted on my case (that were NOT) which ending in my case being dismissed. So now after all this I m back at square one!! Horrible representation for any law firm

If I could give this law firm 0 stars I would. This is the biggest slacker attorney EVER!!! if you HAVE to file a bankruptcy go get yourself a legit attorney. From the losing of your important documents to the neglect of important deadlines in your case to the not returning of your phone calls. Its ridiculous. Horrible service

You would be smart to invest in a more honest attorney, unless you want all your money taken from you. For almost an entire year I paid into a plan set up by the trustee with a case that was dismissed for failure to confirm, failure to reduce attorney fees, failure to submit proper documents within the bar date. Even though my case was dismissed on a plan they said i couldnt afford. I had to pay into this plan they said i couldnt afford for almost a year; April-November So, altogether I paid $1700 dollars and in the end only recieved $133.00 back for a case that provided no help and was never accepted or approved by the judge because the lack of the Attorney providing what was necessary to help with the case. Thus, putting me behind $2700 in car payments, losing the job I had in Dallas, having to move back to another state. Im good now, but you can bet this law firm will be hearing from another law firm for malpratice This review is to simply help or prevent innocent hard working people from having to go threw what I went threw.
