Went there on a friday night. The place looks nice. there was no air conditioning and no servers, no clear sign of who is staaff and who is not. no one came to greet us until 40 minutes until we waved someone down because we had not recieved a hookah we ordered 40 minutes ago through the QRcodes on the table. The staff seemed like they dont know what we were talking about. the bar manager told us that we shouldnt have used tthe qrcodes even though they were on the table and could give us a refund because it was connected to the manager and she did not know how the QRcode worked. She did eventually give us a refund thankfully.

The waitress was very sweet. There were only 4 items on the menu to eat. However, we ordered the shrimp and we could not get that. So we ordered the wings, and they were not cooked well. The fries were good. $18 for a whiskey sour though??? That was crazy. In a plastic cup at that.

I wanted to try a black owed place to support. However this was by far the worse place I have been to in the DFW area. I had garlic Parmesan wings well done with fries. I got rubbery chicken wings barely done with white uncooked fries that tasted horrible. Let s not get started on the 20% gratuity. The drinks were watered down and was disgusting. I asked the waitress if I could changed my drink she got upset and ignored me. I went to the bar and asked if I could change my drink. The bartender had an horrible attitude and made me a different drink. However she made it know to me that she was not happy doing so. Don t go here way to much money for nasty food and watery drinks

The atmosphere was amazing. I love the vibe it was giving. However the food was horrible. The very small, salty fish plate wasnt worth $21 plus 15% gratuity at all. The burger was salty as well and seemed to be a frozen patty. My husband wanted a double shot but was told it was $34 dollars. So he felt the young lady didnt know what she was doing. He proceeded with the order. When drink was brought to the table it was actually two double shots. We explained to her he only wanted 1 double shot. They still charged us. Our ticket was $154 for 2 fish plates, burger plate, and two double shots. The plates were not worth the price at all. They must get it together!!!!! This had a club vibe. The music was way too loud. It was very hard to have a conversation. The drinks were strong and tasty. The food was cold and mediocre at best. We ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. It was bland and greasy. The bathrooms weren t clean, and the patio was unkempt. Our waitress was a sweet young lady but I have no desire to revisit this establishment.

I can not say enough how pleased we were with The Park Bar and Grill! I reserved a Graduation party of 40 people for my daughter on a Saturday at 11am and John made sure the staff was ready to accommodate us on all levels. When we arrived Tink went out of her way to make sure we had the BEST experience and that we definitely did! Food was on point, drinks definitely on point, and the staff was excellent professional and FUN!

I don t need to return ever again to say the least! I had Parmesan wings and fries that was terrible and my coworker had fish, which she said was awful! The drinks are poorly made. Not sure when or what s on the happy hour because some of got the same drink but had different tab prices. Servers need better training also. The music is FARR TOO LOUD for a space this size. While I wanted to enjoy and support a local business they do NOT have to worry about me again.

The objective was to invite members of our Business Partnering Group to a social event to meet and greet others. While we had a great turnout, some of our guests were not pleased. Many complained their food was not tasty, there were several items on the menu that were not available and there was an excessive wait for some items to be prepared. The drinks were very strong, some may have appreciated this but it wasnt quite what wed expected. They boasted happy hour specials on their website. However, some were charged full price. The music was quite loud so we found ourselves yelling at each other and asking us to repeat ourselves. There were other concerns. But theres no point in going further. Unfortunately, we will not return to this establishment to host future events.

Plenty of room for improvements. The sign on the building is falling and the plastic large toy in the front needs to go. It looks tacky and needs to be either replaced with something else or a wooden version would look better. It would make it look more sophisticated. The DJ s music was too high pitch for such a small restaurant. There is not enough fixtures on the wall to offset the high pitch so I end up leaving with the headache. I could not talk to my husband without yelling and it just didn t sound good. The food was OK. I got the hot wings and the Parmesan wings. The Parmesan wings were gross but the hot the wings were decent. Also, the drink menu just throw the whole thing away. It s overpriced. The drinks are too sweet and not made well. There is also no beer on tap. I wouldn t go back again.

Do yourself a favor and go to the southern gourmet kitchen next door. These reviews must be fake. The service was slow and they were clearly understaffed. I had to send my food back after waiting for what felt like an eternity only to end up sick either from the chicken wings or the fake cheese from the overcooked burger. The management/owner takes no accountability whatsoever. The drinks were good they helped me block out all the loud noise. I made the mistake once, I was not impressed and definitely wont be back until I see what their health inspection scores are looking like.

Went here to celebrate my nieces 22nd birthday. We were a party of 3, and arrived around 8:00pm, before a crowd showed up and ended up waiting over an hour to get food. Other tables that arrived later than us received their food before us. Once they brought food, they only brought the food for one person at our table. My niece ordered a vegan burger and they waited over an hour to tell her they were out of patties, leaving her with no other options to eat. We eventually waited to see if the other two orders would come, but they did not. We then told the waitress that we would like the cancel the order, due to waiting excessively long. The waitress stated that we would only have to pay for the hookah we purchased, but once she brought the ticket, they included the price of the drinks we ordered, plus the hookah AND a $30 DJ fee that was not mentioned. We ended up paying $113 for only one meal, hookah($40), and 3 drinks. I try my best to support black owned business, but this was a huge disappointment and I will not be returning.

I was In dallas visiting and saw this place on TikTok. I m so glad I went the staff was super cool and friendly. They are definitely understaffed. The girls were very nice but for it to be a Saturday you guys should be staffed. We came around 5:30 and it was one bartender who was also the waitress for the floor. Then later that night it was one waitress and one bartender the whole night. Like come on this establishment could be amazing but the lack of service and waiting almost two hours for food that was over cooked is wild. Other than that beautiful establishment I do suggest if you are drinking (I believe they are owners or friends of the bartender) do not help her out if you have been drinking. Unprofessional talking to people saying you will take care of them and your breath reeks of liquor.

This place was not for us. We have been driving by this place regularly for a while and finally decided to pop in and try it. We got there at 5:30pm on a Friday and were hoping to have an appetizer and a drink after work. The music was incredibly loud. It felt like they were going for a party nightclub atmosphere with the music at 5:30. You couldnt hear yourself think let alone try to have a conversation. The menu looked really basic only offering tacos, burgers, wings, and salad. So we left without ordering anything. This is the only time I have ever walked out of a place without ordering anything. Based solely on the atmosphere this place was not for us.

The restaurant is a unique place with park benches and table games like Uno and Jenga. However, the menu had extra charges all over the menu. Big turn off! Second, the drinks weren t potent. Third, the nachos had wheat chips and were dry. When we asked to share the nachos, the staff stated they had no extra plates, so we had to eat them with our fingers and on napkins. Fourth, the server forgot to bring the birthday girl her order. Fifth, the dj/bartender came out from the behind the bar with only his sock with no shoes on. I won t be coming back here.

Went for my first time recently (at night) and didnt have the best experience. Firstly, $200 for a table is crazy. They didnt even say if it came with anything, like a bottle. We got lucky to get free seats along the wall, which sucks because if you do want a seat you cant go enjoy the dance floor w/o prob loosing that seat, because they are limited as the waitress did tell us, so we sat the whole time. Ordered food, lets just say Ill never order food here again.. Nope! Its a beautiful place, but I probably wouldnt return. Paid near $30 just for 2 drinks. Ill go where I can get at least 3-4 for that price. Lastly, I thought it was nice and classy, but they where arguing and ready to fight outside when it was time to go. No time for that either! The Park Bar & Grill is a Great place to hang out! Our server Taylor was wonderful and answered all of our questions and helped any way she could. We tried a few different items off the menu and they were all fantastic! We recommend the Frito Pie, Mozzarella sticks, and Mini Corn Dogs. They have a full bar and make great drinks as well. Fun concept restaurant with games on every table from Uno to Jenga, and TVs playing all different channels. We will definitely come again!

From the time we were seated it took 55 minutes for our food to be served. We ordered a salad and a basic burger lettuce wrap. There was no seasoning in the beef or salt on the fries. Having a small menu should mean all the food is on point. Our food was not on point. There s a typo on the menu and non-alcoholic beverages aren t on the menu at all. Two salad topping items we ordered were not available. They don t serve iced tea. If you want to try this new restaurant you will want to go soon because they aren t going to be open long. I don t know how you mess up burgers and a grilled cheese but they managed. First the burger is 14 dollars then they nickel and dime you for any condiments. $1.25 for cheese, $1.25 for pickles, 1.25 for onion, etc. then it doesn t even come with fries. Those are 3 dollars extra and look like they came out of a frozen food bag I get at Target. The grilled cheese was literally sandwich bread from the store. It looked like something I could make while I was drunk in my kitchen on a Friday night. For that it was $10 once you include tax and gratuity which they added themselves. We were passing by when saw interesting place got our attention The Park bar and Grill located in Plano at Park Rd. not far from Willow Bend We decided to make a stop by to see how is inside and what they are offering. The time was around 7 pm Guys this place is amazing! Not just only food or music there, but the way they design the actual place was fabulous The place is for everyone. We have a 4 years old kid who wouldn t stay still by the table and it s hard for us to accommodate our energized bunny when she wants always to play, but here they have a different type of games not just for a kids, but also for an adults and when you want to meet with friends and spent a quality time with each other - this is the place to go. Ms. Diamond (beautiful name BTW), who served us, was very professional and was constantly checking if we need anything else.. . All who works there just amazing and welcome everyone. Okay!! I came here by accident but, I have no regrets about it. The environment is so dope!!! I can see myself hanging out here. The food was good and the customer service was great as well!! I will be back with friends.

Tiaunna and Torey were quick to greet me and answer questions about the restaurant concept as I took a look around. Good concept, free shots are available to those following on Instagram, and the bar food was not a bad compliment to the experience. There are games and tables available for those want to dine instead of drink. Customer service is on point. Speed of service may require some work (expected for a new restaurant), and the environment is presented as nature if that is your thing.

I went there for the first time recently for the Davis vs Garcia fight. Upon entry, the guy at the door told us that there was an entry fee per head. We asked did we need to pay inside and he told us that we did not and he would take care of it. We only had large bills, so he went to the register to get change. I noticed upon him giving us the change that he still had the remaining cash in his hands and proceeded to put it in his pocket. This prompted me to ask a waitress if there was a cover charge. She informed me that there was not. Upon notifying the manager, he made the doorman return our money. Okay. Cool! We moved past it and proceeded with the night. The menu was limited which was a bit of a disappointment, but I thought nothing of it being that this was a special event and restaurants often limit their menus on days that a large turnout is expected. The wings were good. Drinks could have been stronger. Upon leaving, my husband went to shake the hand of the man at the door as we had moved past things and he wanted him to know that there were no hard feelings. The man then took it upon himself to confront my husband for speaking with his manager by stating and I quote What was all that back there with you talking to my manager? . This was very unprofessional and unnecessary being that we had let it go and continued to enjoy our night. With all that is going on in the world especially with minority violence, this could have ended very badly with a different set of people and had cooler heads not prevailed. I would have never allowed my husband to risk it all over something so minuscule. However, people should be able to gather without the nonsense especially from an employee of an establishment with a chip on their shoulder that is unable to accept fault. All in all, I don t think I will be frequenting this place, but I will definitely drive across town to the owners Richardson restaurant. The atmosphere there is top notch. The staff is cool and the owner seems like a really nice and stand up guy. He alone makes you want to support him.

Showed up to this place and they were still setting up the area. Mind you, this was well into the evening. it runs like it just opened yday. Slow service (sweet waitress though), no ingredients available, majority food items sold out, no signature cocktails, just all bad. Wings were mediocre at best, so I didn t even eat them. We called our group and told them to turn around/meet us elsewhere & left. Hopefully they can get it together before it s too late. Edit - thanks for responding. Interestingly enough, we saw photos and videos showing that this place opened back in February.

Give this place a chance! This is clearly a family owned restaurant and you can tell they try their best to make the experience as good as possible while improving their managment skills. We got burgers and they were delicious. They had lots of games you can play with your family like jenga, uno, domino, four in a row, etc. The place is very well decorated. You can tell they put lots of time, effort, and money into it! Don t be discouraged by the other reviews and support this local business!

Really wanted to like this place. Waiter sat us down then never came back. I had to go up and ask for a menu, they were sold out (at 1pm on a Saturday with only 2 other people in the restaurant) of everything except burgers and nachos. We never even received water. We ended up just getting up and leaving and going next door to southern gourmet kitchen. AMAZING food there!

Got the opportunity to try during their soft opening. Gave us a free shot, which was baller as hell. Its more of a bar first, restaurant second, however Im not gonna sell the food short, best food Ive had at a bar; quality wise, comparable to cheesecake factory. Great music selection, but the music is pretty loud, so understand this is a place to have a good time, without kids. Food was great, had some solid country-club style Buffalo wings, tacos were pretty serviceable as well. Love their ordering system, when youre finished just pay your bill on your phone and walk out, no need to wait around for a busy server. Great service and experience, I probably wont return as often as Id like, because its not super kid friendly, but would highly recommend for a date night or a younger crowd.
