Incredible experience. Delicious, reasonably priced food for sure. Staff is considerate and courteous. Even gave us an order of egg rolls on the house! Lunch specials are awesome. My favorite thing is the crab rangoons! Probably the best ever!

Found this ramen place close to home, and Im so happy about it. They have a lot of great options I havent seen at other places, like the vegetable tempura roll. I also liked that they had a vegan ramen option as well, but today I went with the spicy miso ramen, and it was incredible, so perfectly spicy! I will definitely be back.

First time coming here with my boyfriend I work near and he came to take me for lunch. Everyone was so nice, polite and the food came out super fast with cute miniature displays on our sushi plates. We also had the ramen very tasty and they gave a lot of food so much we had some to take to go. This place is awesome you can tell they really care about the food they make and present honestly no complaints

After reading the reviews I found my way here and I am glad I did. Everyone was very kind. Service was exceptional. I love pan fried Gyoza and these plus the sauce did not miss. I asked for recommendations on the romen and let me just say this romen is full of flavor and delicious. The spring rolls came with the romen and they were so good with the sauce. I will be back.

Discovered this hidden gem in champions area next to the Kroger. Delicious food, EXCELLENT service! Thank you James for your attentiveness. Had the ramen and it was amazing!!! Excellent!!!!!! Stumbled on to this place. If you are looking for Ramen look no further. I had the Miyazaki ramen and it was absolutely delicious. I had the crab rangoons as an appetizer .. probably the best I have had. Filled with sweet cream cheese and crab served with a spicy dipping sauce! Couldn t leave without sampling the sake. The sayuri sake served cold is sweet and smooth. A must try.

Absolute gem of a restaurant. The customer service and attention to detail was exceptional! The food excelled and exceeded all my expectations. Fresh and so so delicious! Huge portions, had to take some home as couldnt eat it all. The ambience was great with music at a pleasant volume too, so you could easily hold a conversation. Good interaction Gyoza: crispy and has vegetable. So its very fresh feeling. Takoyaki: runny but still decent if ate hot. Eel (dragon roll): Good Shaggy dog: slightly strong mayo in spicy mayo, good. Crunch Roll: inferior California roll Tonkatssu and volcano ramen: volcano is tonkatssu broth with an extra something... If you like mushrooms and bamboo, then order the tonkatsu. More noodles then typical places... Only recommend for light palette Pork is soft with a strong flavor making it explode in your mouth.

What an absolutely delicious place! Went for lunch. Everything was spectacular!!! We had a few rolls the crunch roll, shaggy dog. Some salmon and yellowtail Nigri, some deep fried won tons and Takatsu Ramen. Flavors were amazing! Everything was fresh. And honestly AMAZING service!!! The gentlemen working were so kind and helpful! They were so nice and accommodating to our 2 year old! He got a huge bowl of Yummy Ramen! This place is a MUST!!!! Of all my ramen reviews this place really hits near the top of the list in terms of good quality ramen. The pork and chicken they use is phenomenal, the spicy miso is excellent, and is definitely the spiciest ramen dish I ve ever had. Definitely made me cough a bit in the first broth tasting. So if you like spicy this place does it right. Egg is nicely marinaded. Very clean and friendly atmosphere, this is a place you want to show to friends if they ask for a top notch ramen shop!

The restaurant was just a few minutes away, so I figured Im out on a hunt for a new ramen and sushi spot. Service was impeccable. James took care of me start to finish, I was able to get here while it wasnt so packed, so that was a plus. I ordered the Takoyaki, the Crispy House Roll, and some Chicken Shoyu Ramen. I don t usually write reviews but I have to this time. What a gem! Our first time here was a wonderful experience. Service was great even on a busy weekend night. The sashimi was very fresh and portion was so generous for the price point, most importantly, the sushi rice was perfectly cooked and delicious. The pork chashu in the ramen was also very good, and the soup was flavorful. The server and owner were also very friendly. The owner came out to greet us personally, and I learn how dedicated he is to ensuring the quality of the food he is serving. My husband & I came here for lunch by chance because another place we wanted to try was closed & we are so glad we did because everything was amazing! I had the shaggy dog roll & the crispy rice, & my husband had the spicy girl roll. We also got ramen, I got spicy miso, & my husband got the miyazaki. Went here for first time - ordered: spam musubi, chicken gyoza, tonkatsu ramen, and their Crunchy Roll. All were delicious and you can tell everything was fresh. One of the chefs offered up some edamame to snack on, and they also let me try their double hot chili. SO GOOD and itll absolutely light you up! We were so pleased with our first visit to Miyazaki, and glad to have another great ramen & sushi spot in the neighborhood. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were spectacular! We had the most wonderful experience. The owner, our host, and our waitress were all fantastic! We felt welcome and enjoyed our dinner with family so much more because of the fabulous service. I visited this little place because they have onigiri on the menu. The owner was so accommodating to my special request for a spicy tuna and spicy salmon onigiri off-menu. While he said he could only fill special requests when they were not too busy, he was so kind to even offer suggestions on other ideas for off-menu items. The spicy tuna and spicy salmon onigiri were so good. I came back with my whole family two days later for dinner. We ordered the takoyaki and garlic mussels for appetizers. Both exceeded expectations. The garlic mussels are a must. The Takoyaki was crunchi and fresh. Our group was fighting over who would get the last two. They also gave us free fried egg rolls while we waited, and the guys demolished them. For our meal, we shared several sushi rolls. The presentation was super fun and nice. We ordered the Sweetheart, Yum Yum, Rice Crispy, and the Lion mane rolls. My favorite was the Yum Yum. It is aptly named. We also ordered unagi sushi pieces and they were fresh and hot and buttery. Just yum! The rolls were fresh, fish was fresh and tasty, good portions. My husband had the Spicy Pork Ramen. The chasu in the ramen was the absolute most delicious, soft, and flavorful chasu ever. We all agreed we would come back just for that! Overall, we will definitely come back and try even more things the next time. Highly recommend to support this local business.

Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Salmon skin salad was much larger than I expected and had plenty of freshly fried salmon skin pieces with mixed greens. Miso ramen was tasty and came with two pieces of chashu and two egg halves. Be sure to eat your ramen timely while the noodles are perfect!

Top notch Ramen and top notch customer service! They really treat you like family here. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and my son got a spicy tuna roll and a Philadelphia roll. 10 out of 10, highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back here. The Goku eating Ramen poster was the cherry on top.

First time here and it was SO good! Loved the Goku curtain to the kitchen, I don t know where they got it but I want one too. Service was very attentive, our waiter even noticed I needed another napkin without me having to ask. The fish is so fresh and melts in your mouth. The presentation for the sashimi appetizer was super cute! We got complimentary edamame and a gift card for next time. This is our new go to sushi spot!

My son and I picked this place based on the many positive on-line reviews it received. When we got there we were a little concerned considering its inauspicious location in a nondescript strip mall, between a Subway sandwich shop and a dry cleaner. Well, location isn t everything after all I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I ve probably eaten at 50 Japanese restaurants, and this is by far the absolute best. The food we ordered was brought amazingly quickly; the staff was tremendously friendly; and the presentation, quality, and quantity of our menu choices were extraordinary. This place deserves a Michelin Star rating

Mayizaki is absolutely amazing. I m a Ramen fanatic and this is a top bowl for Houston. My taste buds taste buds were loving it. The broth hits slow and builds up in flavor the more you eat. This is a legit higher quality Japanese food, it s way better than the teriyaki bowl place it replaced. Service was fast. Crab rangoons are somehow superlative, sushi is quite good, and the ramen is quite good. You can get slightly better ramen elsewhere but you d have to brave 1960, which isn t worth it for such a small difference. We will come here a lot!

Ive tried a good couple of dishes from here, im usually not a fan of ramen but least to say the ramen here is pretty good! Doesnt feel heavy, I got the Miyazaki ramen, also love their fried rice. First time to Miyazaki and it was so lovely, the interior is welcoming & well designed. We tried their tonkatsu and spicy miyazaki ramen - both great. The pork/chashu was deliciously tender & this is the first time we agreed that the bamboo shoots were a star of the ramen. They gave us some fried egg rolls on the house, so sweet. We finished with sushi & sashimi yellowtail & Michael was so generous! He presented us with fresh wasabi & was very mindful to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back. The yellowtail was delicious.

We ate out as a family tonight at Miyazaki. It was so amazing. We had Chicken Karrage , Crab Rangoonand Edaname for appetizers. Delicious! I wish I could have a whole bucket of the chicken. My husband and daughter had Miyazaki Ramen, it was beautiful and yummy. I had the chicken fried rice. Everything thing was delicious. The service was great. We are already planning on going back. I hope everyone tries them out.

We are visiting Houston for the weekend from New Orleans. We stumbled into this place after shopping at Kroger. Im so glad we did. First of all, the restaurant was very clean and cozy. The customer service was probably the best Ive ever experienced. They gave us a free appetizer and were extremely polite and attentive. The chef even came to our table with spice options when I requested more spice. The food was equally amazing. We got the Spicy Miso Ramen, Volcano Ramen, and various sushi rolls. Everything was incredible. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We didnt have one complaint. To top the experience off, they gave each of my three daughters keychains and coloring kits. Its a shame that we dont live in the Houston area, because I would be recommending this restaurant to all of my friends. If youre ever considering eating here, DO IT!!
