I don t usually get CFA ever since they lowered their chicken standards and started using chicken with antibiotics. But the few times I have over the past 2 months I have been disappointed by the small size of my sandwich. I finally took a picture I ve had half a broken filet and essentially a chicken strip, for the prices it is not worth it.

Seemingly blocked me from delivery on their app when I said something about them leaving my drink at my front door in a manner that knocks it over if I open my front door. This doesnt just block me from ordering from their store it blocks me from all stores. This store is a disgrace to the franchise. Literally the worst one in town. Dont order from here if you can avoid it. If I could give a 0 star review i would. I dont think its rocket science to not leave a drink in a doorway....

Chick-fil-A is always fast and always friendly. Anytime I need a quick high quality meal they got my back. Probably one of the best deals for the amount and quality of food you get there too. It s good to see a company sticking true to who they are.

Husband brought back food he got through the drive thru. It was busy but he got through the line fast. The issue is when I began eating my salad. A few bites in I noticed a piece of lettuce that seemed very odd. I picked it out and discovered it was a wadded up piece of plastic. It looks like part of the bag the chicken comes in. I called the store to try to tell someone so they can review proper food handling and trash etiquette but no one answered. The phone rang to a voicemail box that has not been set up yet and hung up. So I sent a review in to corporate They ain t gonna answer the phone, that s what happens. I understand this was an accident and no one deliberately put a big piece of plastic in my food, but there are still standards that we live by. Food safety handling exists for a reason so that people don t eat PLASTIC.

Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A Im always asking for extra sauce bc they only give one or two sauces even after asking for extra. The fries boxes are always full of fry crumbs and theres very little fries in the box. The ez ice I always ask for they always give me a bunch of ice and Im always more thirsty. Its in a horrible place and always so hard to get out of their parking lot.. overall this store is okay but it needs work... :/ but the people that work there are always so nice but that is at every Chick-fil-A.

I love Chick-fil-A. Everyone does and thats the only draw back . In my experience too many people trying to get into an already packed parking lot and over crowded dining room. Cars are trying to get in and getting stuck on a very busy major road. They need bigger parking lots and spaces.

I go to Chic Fil A every Monday morning for tea and nuggets. I purchase 3 gallons of tea every morning and five count nuggets. The 5 nuggets are for my dog. When they get my dentures to fit correctly I will go back to eating my 8 count nuggets and when my stomach gets stretched out again I will be able to eat my 12 nugget count. I pick up a 30 count plus a 12 count nuggets for my grandkids. I do wish they had a nugget count between 30 & 125. You can t drive up to the drive up window an order 125 and if you could you would be waiting forever. Besides that minor problem about the nugget size Chic Fil A is the best.

Quick and always good food. Staff is nice. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. After some time of visiting and ordering for delivery for those lazy dinner nights, this location is the closest to our house and they no longer deliver. The last few orders before delivery suddenly stopped the orders were frequently wrong or items were missing.

Wow! To keep it Simple. I recieved my order and when I went to eat my grilled chicken wrap. I bit into it and a hair got stuck in my throat. I was on my way to Dallas TX for a trip and was so hungry I gave the second half of the wrap a chance and took a bite, belive it or not another long hair again! Wow, I threw up at this point. I called the facility to let them make it right. When I talked to Jayshon the team leader he did kindly listen to my complaint. Jayshon, told me to send a picture of the grilled chicken wrap showing the hair in the Sandwich. I did so, he put me on hold and when He returned on the phone he said the team was going to refund my full order for the inconvenience, I said Thank you, 5 hours later he calls me back and says the team changed thier mind and was only going to reinburse the chicken wrap only. Wow! Im stunned with my experience.

I ordered the new sandwich. I have had them at other stores. This one was not at all like every other one Ive had. This sandwich here had exactly one sliced jalapeno. There was barely a teaspoon of pimento cheese and I never did taste any honey. The sandwich was much less than the CFA standard. I dont have bad experiences at CFA but this one was. Honestly should have went to Canes across the street.

Even the locations around Houston, I haven t been to a location in probably a yr (ordering food for myself) and when I finally do, not only was the strawberry frosted lemonade watery (which was fixed), my order was also wrong. Looks like orders are now needing to be checked before leaving the restaurant.

Super fast, was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Parking: Not much parking, and the layout of the drive-through is odd, but the staff were always helpful!
