I used to really love this location... over time, customer service has just deteriorated... Ive had so many issues (ruined birthday cake, melted open bags of ice, trash in grocery bags, bad fruit, with CS etc) and now, apparently with curbside, they only bag half your stuff... when I asked the guy if he had extra bags on him to bag the rest, he said no; now granted he did offer to bag it after the fact but that wouldve meant my ice wouldve been sitting there in the heat while he goes inside for more bags... why isnt it just a given to bag everything? This isnt Sams or Costco Bulk... so now here I am at home with my toddler having to bag things in my trunk to take everything inside.. does HEB deduct employee pay for bags or what

On August 30th I stop at heb on pharr Texas, I wanted to let you guys know about the great experience that I had with this employee name Arnaldo he was very friendly and he offered me the most wonderful and delicious pineapple leg quarters for only $5 and some cents, I like the way he treated me he make me feel at home he even gave me a piece of chicken for me to sample! Like any Texan we always shop at HEB. Per usual we came to buy our groceries and our cashier Karena was so nice and great. She was very professional. Jorge, the person who was bagging, went above and beyond for us. He was so nice and very helpful. He offered to take our groceries and help load them into a our vehicle and right after he was done and wished us a good day he stopped and asked somebody else if they needed help putting in their groceries. Every HEB needs to have someone like him. As someone who goes to HEB often he was truly the best. Its very rare to find such a helpful and kind person who doesnt make it feel like its a chore. this heb treated me horrible you cant defend your self agaist the manager becouse they will throw you out from the store for good and they will call the cops on you just for defending your self they told me that i am banned from the store for good.i spend alot of money to buy food and everything is in cash and thats the way they pay be back...

This is specifically for the bakery department. I ordered a 2 tier cake that was going to cost around $63 before taxes. One tier is supposed to be chocolate the other tier vanilla. The cake was supposed to be decorated exactly as pictured in the book, the colors were pink, purple, blue. When i got there to pick up the cake it was all wrong! The cake colors werent even close to what was supposed to be done. Then i asked her to make sure the cakes were the right flavors and they werent. What a disaster! I had to wait for someone to remake the whole cake. The picture of the cake with purple is what i ordered the cake i got was the one in the display.. This will be the second cake they have messed up. From no on i will order elsewhere.

Female working at the popcorn location inside was very dry and had poor customer service. Was not talkative at all with customers, and seemed like she didn t wanna answer any questions. Manager, then passed by the popcorn store location, an attitude changed, but you could tell and was vary noticeable. Stayed on her phone while customers were in front of her, and didn t put down her phone until the customer spoke requesting an item to order. Did not get the name of the female working there, but needs very much improvement on her Customer Service.

Let me start by saying I have been shopping at this location for the last 3 years. I wish i could score them a 0 stars but this is the lowest. I Have now been accused 2 times in one week of Stealing once by a young girl at the self check out by the name of CRISTY last 10-20-2020, I spoke to front cashiers manager Joe and had him check my receipt as I paid on the self checkout to make sure they were aware of the situation and proof my purchase, made a corporate complaint and never got a callback as i had requested. Today 10 -28-2020 I went in to buy flowers and again I was accused of stealing, this time by EVA in the floral dept, I had proof of my purchase with my receipt and spoke to 3 different managers the worst being a young guy in his 20s by the name of Pedro , who defended the actions of the employee. I Feel as if Im being profiled and harassed by this employees, called Corporate and submitted a 2nd report. Last person Joe Torres store manager apologized and said would get back to me, In the meantime the mentioned employees are rude and abusive towards me, I will make sure this doesnt happen to anybody else because of their skin color or ethnic background. I Strongly suggest making your purchases at a different store. @ HEB Fix your customer service it is definitely broken !!!

Terrible experience! Manager I guess in black shirt followed me for 5 isles and when I confronted him he told me he wasn t then. I was followed again by another worker, which just honestly set me off I Felt discriminated against for being gay. I will never step foot in here again! I would not ever buy lottery tickets from the machine there at HEB on Ridge road. I spent $21 last week on tix. They were cut at the wrong place on the ticket with the bonus portion on the bottom of tix instead of the top. So bonus numbers were not valid for that ticket. I reported error to service desk. Their reply was well, it was not a winner so no problem. But the bonus numbers did not line up. No recourse for my $5 invalid tix because it was not a winner. And, they have coupons to buy packaged roast beef and get mashed potatoes free. Last week, no mashed potatoes. This week same sale; mashed potatoes in stock, no roast beef. Not a happy customer. Another issue too, but not shopping there anymore.

HEB is a good place to shop for groceries, candy and other house hold goods. I enjoy being able to get several prices due to name brands, the HEB brand and the Hill Country brand. I also like being able to get several packages of fajitas and taking them to meat counter and having them tenderized FREE as a courtesy.

HEB Plus with a wide variety of products very suitable for the Latin market. Good prices and variety in the same place. How Plus you will find some basic electronics, gifts, clothing and hot food. This store sells grilled chicken and sushi. You can send money from there. Located on the main street of Pharr 3 blocks from downtown. Surrounded by food businesses such as pizza, hamburgers and without missing the gas station and car wash. An excellent super market.

Great place! The produce section is really big and everything looks as fresh as they could be. Is the first time I go to a HEB Plus and I was really surprised with the sections and I was specifically going for some wine and even it was one aisle, they got a lot of option and even I get more products than I was looking for.
